Reviewed Jan 21, 2026We stayed for one week at James Place. We were satisfied with the apartment itself and had no complaints about it. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner was very negative. On the day of check-out, we had clearly agreed on a check-out time of 12:00. Despite this, the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 9:00 in the morning. She was very pushy and refused to wait, which forced us to leave in a hurry. This was a very unpleasant experience. We reported this to the owner. She apologized and promised us compensation equal to half a day. However, despite repeated requests, we never received any refund. At one point, the owner even sent a screenshot of a payment, but this turned out to be a transaction that was never completed. At last we just had to give up. We are half a year later now and the owner still didn’t refund us, despite our many attempts and despite het own promise to do so.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Logement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce et aux photos, très propre. Très bien pour une famille avec deux enfants qui aiment bien marcher : il y avait des travaux sur la ligne de métro qui nous reliaient au centre de Stockholm. Jane a facilité nos déplacements en nous envoyant toutes les informations quelques jours avant notre arrivée. Une air de jeux pour enfants dans la résidence et un grand centre commercial à deux pas sont un plus.

Great experience when checking in, the hosts did send us perfect instructions before our arrival. We loved it and will be back for sure!
