We loved the stay in the bubble! A really cool once in a lifetime experience! We especially loved Pedro, he was so friendly and made sure we had every drink and food we wanted! The food was great and the drinks even better! Definitely recommend to go here!

I don’t have any negative things. Of and only if I had something to note it was that the food menu had limited choices. But the food itself was great and fresh.

Our stay at Bubble Glam was such a unique experience. The bubbles themselves were beautiful and offered the perfect amount of privacy while still letting you feel fully immersed in nature. One of the absolute highlights was waking up in the morning to the sound of monkeys playing in the trees above us. Leaves would fall onto the bubble and gently wake us up — it felt like something straight out of a nature documentary. It was peaceful, memorable, and unlike any place we’ve stayed before. If you’re looking for something different that blends comfort with the outdoors, this is definitely worth experiencing.

The only downside for us was the restaurant menu. It was pretty limited, so if you’re staying for multiple days the options can feel a bit repetitive. Expanding the menu or adding more variety would really elevate the overall experience.

​Notre séjour au Yuum Boutique Hôtel a été absolument parfait. Le clou du spectacle a sans aucun doute été notre dîner romantique organisé dans le cenote de l'hôtel : un cadre enchanteur pour un repas délicieux. Un immense merci au chef cuisinier, qui est non seulement fabuleux derrière les fourneaux, mais aussi d’une grande gentillesse. ​La chambre était nickel, spacieuse et très confortable. Quant au personnel, il est extrêmement serviable et accueillants, toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. Une adresse rare que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Ich hatte eine Nacht gebucht weil ich etwas besonderes wollte. Das Konzept war interessant. Die Anreise mit dem Auto gestaltet sich wegen des ausgefahrenen Feldweges schwierig. Die Anlage macht auf den ersten Blick einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. J

Die Bubbles werden mit überdruck betrieben. Das führt zum einen zu einem leichten Druck auf den Ohren und zum anderen dazu, dass ein kleines Loch o.ä. dazu führte, dass es permanent sehr hochfrequent pfiff. Wie ein Tinnitus. Man sagte mir, das wäre normal. Die andere hätten das auch. Wir besuchten noch eine andere Bubbles, dort war es ebenfalls nur gefühlt etwas leiser. Ein Wechsel wurde mir nicht erlaubt. Nache ein wenig tüfteln konnte ich es abstellen wenn ich die Außentüre einen winzigen Spalt offen lies. Ich wundere mich, dass das bisher noch niemandem auffiel. Zu den Bubbles ist außerdem noch zu sagen, dass das Bild, man könne dort die Sterne beobachten leider komplett falscg ist. Das Licht in der anlage brennt die ganze Nacht und über den Bubbles ist dichter Wald. Das einzige was ich beobachten konnte war ein Affe. Das abgebildete Teleskop fehlte ebenfalls. Alles in allem wurde die Erfahrung durch das Pfeiffen komplett ruiniert. Vielleicht hört die Zielgruppe Ü70 die Frequenz nicht, aber für mich war es unerträglich.

Loved the ambiance of the place. Great food, wonderful staff. The public areas are beautiful. The cenote a wonderful feature.

The rooms could use some additional features. Fridge, bedside lamps, and bathroom privacy curtains. Otherwise, very nice.

Had two dogs parking non stop throughout the night. Also had a rooster which started crowing at 2:45am repeatedly on the hour until 7am. Checked in on a Thursday. They were out of over half the items on the menu, not good as you are very remote. Was out of several beer offerings and tequila.

A real experience. Interesting and fun. Staff superb. Facilities, food, design, jungle location all excellent. Strongly recommend.

Allt. Allting var så fint och genomtänkt från inredning i rummen till omgivningen och möjligheten att gå ned i centen som fanns i området. God mat hos restaurangen och även den genomtänkt inredd. Allt var exotiskt och man fick verkligen känslan av att vara i djungeln. All personal var så vänliga och servicvänliga.

Ein wirklich besonderes und spezielles Erlebnis in Bubbles zu übernachten. Das Ambiente und die abendliche Geräuschkulisse sind eine tolle Erfahrung, die wir nie vergessen werden.

Am ersten Tag war die Kommunikation sehr unklar, was im Frühstück inkludiert ist und was nicht. Und wurden zwei Gerichte angeboten, im Nachhinein haben wir erfahren, dass es doch drei gegeben hätte und erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass es auch einen zweiten Gang geben würde. Leider wurde uns bei der Abreise eine Wasserflasche aus dem Zimmer sehr teuer verrechnet. Es wurde absolut unklar kommuniziert, dass diese Flasche nicht inkludiert ist. Trotz Nachfrage, ob alle Wasserflaschen inkludiert seien, war nicht klar, dass dem nicht so ist. Leider trübt diese Art der Kommunikation das ansonsten so tolle Erlebnis.

הדרך לבאבל היא על חצץ וקשה לגרור מזוודה. הזמנו חדר עם ארוחת בוקר והמנהל אמר שזו הבטחה של בוקינג אבל הוא לא יספק ארוחת בוקר. וחויבנו גם על קפה שבשאר המקומות סופק בחדר בחינם. המון יתושים. קשה לשהות בחוץ.

É uma experiência única, imersa na natureza. Limpeza da bolha excelente, atendimento super solícito também. Valeu muito a pena passar a noite lá!

As refeições são boas porém a disponibilidade estava baixa. Tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar, vários ingredientes e opções faltando. Não tinha ficado claro na reserva pelo Booking que nosso quarto não teria banheira (porque reservei um quarto Premium) mas de fato não teve. E a piscina é muito gelada, por estar em meio a natureza. Esse é um detalhe mas foi impossível utilizar.

Dommage que les piscines privées ne voit pas vraiment le soleil ( du moins notre bulle le matin) du coup nous n’ avons pas pu en profiter . À l’intérieur de la bulle , c’est assez humide et pas de téléphone pour joindre la réception .

El buen trato del personal y disposición

Die Lage im Dschungel ist atemberaubend schön und auch das Areal ist sehr schön gestaltet. Ebenfalls sind individuellen Bubbles sehr schön gestaltet. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant ist ein Plus, denn in der Nähe gibt es nichts anderes. Das Essen war auch lecker.

Die Bubbles waren relativ laut, man sollte definitiv Oropax einpacken. Auch war die Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Bubbles hoch, da man nicht lüften kann und direkt in dem Raum duscht. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber auch mit einem normalen Auto gut machbar.

Voor de lunch was er vanalles niet te kiezen omdat verschillende ingredienten niet voorradig waren. Vreemd voor een hotel van dit niveau.

Struttura molto bella immersa nella giungla, personale gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento, dormire nelle bubble è un’esperienza meravigliosa e molto intima, ogni giorno la stanza viene ripulita. Sicuramente si può raggiungere solo se si ha una macchina ma strada semplice da trovare. Bellissimo soggiorno.

La struttura vieta l’introduzione di cibo e alcool, purtroppo una mattina non è stato possibile fare colazione per problemi con la cucina e non potendo avere cibo può essere un disagio. Consiglio nel caso ricapitasse di trovare una soluzione differente soprattutto per chi non è provvisto di auto o decide di soggiornare nelle bubble senza visitare altri luoghi.

Das Personal war super zuverlässig, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Chris hat sich stets um uns gekümmert. Er hat eine super Tour durch das Hotel gemacht. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Bubble ist ein cooles Erlebnis, vorallem klingt der Regen cool. In den Bubbles sind Klimaanlagen. Sehr privat, jeder hat nochmal seinen eigenen Pool. Personal kommt nur, wenn man sie dazu auffordert zu den Zimmern und das geht ganz einfach über WhatsApp. Die Kommunikation war einfach. Das Hotel ist ein Erlebnis. Frühstück war lecker. Drinks an der Bar super gemischt mit frischen Zutaten. Essen ist lecker. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter an die, die ein cooles Erlebnis haben wollen, mal was anders und im Jungle schlafen wollen.

Me encantó. El lugar es único, mágico y totalmente diferente. Desde que entras se percibe una calma increíble. El personal del hotel es muy atento. Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños sorpresa de mi esposo y prepararon una cena increíble, decoraron un espacio para nosotros y cuidaron de todos y cada unos de los detalles. El chef Luis y Pedro nos atendieron increíblemente bien. Lo recomiendo 100%. Las burbujas muy limpias.

This is an amazing experience to be in the jungle, but with the comfort of the air condition and everything in view.

My credit card was cloned, I have no way to prove it and Amex already refunded me, but I rarely use my card and I used it here and got cloned, hmm.

El staff es muy servicial y muy lindo, fueron atentos desde que reservamos, nos encantó todo! Muchas gracias a Alejandra, a Luis, al equipo de housekeeping por todas las atenciones, lo recomiendo mucho.

No probe el desayuno, pero la cena estuvo deliciosa, la atención fue estupenda y las bebidas excelentes.

El hotel es excelente para tener un día o días llenos de tranquilidad, un servicio increíble, el personal muy atento y amable y ufffff disfrutar de la naturaleza es lo mejor

Tout était parfait de l'accueil à la chambre en passant par la restauration et le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est au petit soin, attentif et très arrangeant. La piscine commune et la petite piscine privée est un plus. J'aurai peut être aimé une petite table ou bureau et une chaise mais c'est un détail.

Unico neo , il fatto che alcuni del personale non comprendono affatto l’inglese e questo comporta incomprensioni. Ci è successo con Santiago al bar , si avverte anche la sua difficoltà , ciò crea disguidi con le comande. Un piccolo corso di inglese al personale farebbe la differenza. Ciò non vale per le due manager… carinissime!

Sfeer en ambiance was fantastisch, erg knus in de jungle en ’s’nachts naar sterren kijken. Goed schoon van binnen en heerlijk bed. Eten op locatie was ook echt heel lekker en leuke bediening die hun best doen om je een leuke en lekkere avond te bezorgen.

We hebben een premium bubble geboekt en op alle foto’s stond een bad (waar we na 4 weken reizen veel zin in hadden), echter bij aankomst was het bad er niet en was er in plaats van het bad een klein zitje, dit viel ons onwijs tegen en was niet in lijn met de foto’s. Ook buitenkant van de bubble mag wat vaker schoongemaakt worden zat veel viezigheid op door regen etc.

Un très bel endroit authentique en pleine nature dans un cadre paisible et ressourçant, entouré d’une nature exceptionnelle. Personnel accueillant, chaleureux, aux petits soins . Chambres confortables et impeccables. Cuisine raffinée délicieuse faite à la demande, produits de grande fraîcheur, digne d’un grand chef pour un prix dérisoire ! Expérience inoubliable vraiment.

L’endroit est magique . C’est conceptuel . Lieu paisible et tellement original . Restaurant excellent

C’est assez loin de Puerto Morelos mais idéal pour une nuit avant le retour à l’aéroport. Il manque en revanche de la lumière dans la bulle à côté des oreillers , du sucre pour le café , des verres en plastique , des chaises , une brosse pour les toilettes … la climatisation était bruitante ainsi que la pompe de la piscine mais le personnel a été efficace .

La comida es muy sabrosa pero lleven dinero porque les van a encajar el diente, 1,500 pesos por una cena para dos personas con a penas un café y dos cervezas. También lleven su propia agua porque a penas dan una botellita de 300ml por persona. Las bebidas del son muy refrescantes y ricas pero una vez más, lleven dinero porque son carísimas. La burbuja luxury es perfecta. Las áreas verdes son increíbles. Las amenidades del baño están deliciosas, los shampoos y geles de baño están excelentes. No pasaría más de dos noches en el lugar. El staff es muy amigable y atento. No hay estacionamiento dentro de las instalaciones. Muy buen Internet.

No hicieron descuento de inversionistas. No hay azúcar ni leche con el café que ponen en las burbujas. La comida es sumamente cara, sería mejor hacer la experiencia todo incluído. La alberca necesita calefacción. Las luces en la noche deberían ser apagadas a media noche, no dejan dormir. Falta señalización para llegar porque Google Maps no es exacto Y poner su número de Whats en Booking. La alberca debería tener calefacción.

The bubble was simply amazing, waking up in the middle of the jungle with birds and monkes going around was great experience. The Staff was super kind and they were really kind with us trying to accommodate a lot of alternatives for our food intolerance.

Unique experience! The same design you see in the bubbles is put into the whole experience as a guest. Intimate and perfect for couples. High quality service and no photoshop in the pictures, the bubbles are amazing - and actually the common facilities are even nicer than the pics Poo

No hay suficientes señalizaciones para llegar, la ubicación manda a otro camiml... Intente marcar a recepción, jamas me contestaron, tiempo perdido facil una hora.... Escribi por el chat y lo mismo, logre llegar a la ubicación y nadie atendía, tuve que literalmente gritar para que bajan del restaurante atenderme y ni una disculpa me pidieron, jamas me ofrecion bebidas de cortesía y mas por el mal rato.... En cocina poco variada... Pedi una papas y llegarln quemadas, hice el regalamos y se limitaron a decir se lo comento al chef.... Ni siquiera un cambio o un disculpas, en general siento al personal mjy apatico, sin duda no regreso El dichoso cenote esga todo enlamada o le. Dan mantenimiento, en general ya necesita mucho mantenimientos, el jacuzzi privado tampoco servía

Beautiful bubbles, but the outdoor pool was never cleaned, the bubble gets foggy at night so you can’t really see anything. Staff is very kind and hospitable tho and the food is good. Wish the breakfast was a tiny bit bigger for the price.

Es ist ein tolles Erlebnis in diesen Bubbles zu Wohnen. Essen war zwar teuer aber Super. Alles sehr sauber. Personal im Restaurant war sehr höflich.

Leider haben wir Urlaub in einer Baustelle gemacht. An allen Tagen war von 10:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr ein Presslufthammer in Betrieb. Man konnte sich während des Frühstücks nicht unterhalten, weil es so laut war. Am Pool konnten wir nur mit Noise-Cancelling-Kopfhörern sein, weil man es sonst nicht ausgehalten hat. Meine Frau hat mehrfach geweint. Als ich mich bei der Rezeption über die Situation beschwerte, meinte sie nur, dass sie es ja auch aushalten müsse. Vielen Dank für nichts, kann ich da nur sagen. Auch Booking.com wurde informiert. Außer dass sich jemand innerhalb von 24 Stunden meldete, kam da auch nichts. Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass man da nicht vorgewarnt wird. Manchen Menschen mag das ja nichts ausmachen, wenn es laut ist. Ich möchte meinen Urlaub so verbringen, wie er mir versprochen wird: ruhig und erholsam. Stand 31.01.25

Ein interessantes Konzept, mal was neues.

Leider ist direkt neben an eine Baustelle wo das Hotel anbaut, davon war leider in den Kommunikationen mit dem Hotel vorab keine Rede, darauf angesprochen hieß es ab 18 Uhr ist Ruhe und in den bubbles ist es leiser... Naja, ich komme nicht in ein Hotel weit weg von Meer und Zivilisation um dann bis 18 Uhr in einem kleinen Raum zu sitzen um nicht den ganzen Tag Baustellenlärm zu haben. Generell hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber was kann eben auch passieren. Bei uns war es abends recht frisch mit 16 Grad und es war einfach kalt, der Raum hat nur eine Klimaanlage die kalt macht, jedoch nicht heizt. Sonst gibt es bei kühlerem oder nassen Wetter auch nichts zu tun und die Straßenverhältnisse vor Ort sind schwierig, unbefestigte Schlammstraße zum Hotel. Ich denke im Hochsommer um 1-2 Tage abzuschalten, ohne Baustelle, ein schönes Konzept, das bei uns leider gar nichts aufging.

Eine hoteleigene Baustelle verursachte die ganzen Tage schrecklichen Lärm. Wir konnten nicht in der Anlage bleiben und mussten uns außerhalb aufhalten. Auf die Beschwerde von booking com wurde nicht reagiert. An der Rezeption wurde uns nicht entgegen gekommen (z.B. Entschädigungszahlung oder ein Essen umsonst).

The temazcal was fantastic and the location in the middle of the jungle. The onsite cenote was a pleasant surprise. Chef Luis gets an 11 out of 10 for the amazing octopus he served us. Grounds were lovely and peaceful.

A little expensive and having to order food and water onsite adds up quickly. It felt a bit disingenuous that the credit card machine doesn't allow you to pay in dollars, but the pricing per booking is in USD and is translated to Mexican Pesos at a terrible rate. Does not seem fair and they were not able to resolve this for us during our stay.

Det var ikke muligt at købe almindelig vand eller simple snacks på hotellet selvom det lå ude i ingenting. Maden var ikke noget særlig og ventetiden på det var lang. Det virkede ikke til, at den private pool eller fællespoolen var rengjorte for blade længe. Det var lidt ærgerligt.
