The service from the staff and owner was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly attentive, kind and welcoming. We were given a huge, very comfortable room, and the bed was excellent. The setting is wonderfully peaceful, the pool is fabulous, and the accommodation is a great place to switch off, relax and experience nature. We are very grateful for the care and kindness shown by everyone there.

The shower water pressure was very poor; it felt like showering under a trickle. Also, as the property is quite remote — around 30 km from restaurants — the dinner options on site were limited, with only two dishes available in the evening.

Heel unieke setting, middenin het woud! De host doet er alles voor zodat je verblijf helemaal naar wens is. Vlakbij verschillende cenotes en 15 minuten van puerto morelos Zwembad is dik ok, ontbijt kan je ook apart boeken en heeft ons gesmaakt! Laatste dag hebben we vanop ons balkon 10 minuten de apen mogen aanschouwen die rond het hotel aan het slingeren waren , met veel geluid 😄

Nous y avons passé une nuit avant notre vol depuis l'aéroport de Cancun et avons passé une merveilleuse soirée! L'emplacement au calme dans la jungle, les singes qu'on peut observer dans les arbres, les poussins et canards pour les enfants, la piscine en fin de journée, le dîner délicieux, les chambres simples mais confortables, l'accueil très agréable de l'équipe (mention spéciale à notre hôte australien!), l'ambiance du lieu: tout était parfait! Excellent rapport qualité prix, je recommande!

The location was nice – peaceful, surrounded by the jungle, close to many cenotes, and not far from Puerto Morelos.

The overall cleanliness could have been much better.

Un endroit calme et plein de bonnes ondes au milieu de la nature... Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et arrangeant. Ils nous ont fait participer à la fabrication de cacao avec des fèves de cacao (contre une petite participation). Un lapin, un cochon d'inde et un cochon énorme ont fait le bonheur de nos filles ! Les chants d'oiseaux ont participé à notre bonheur au réveil...

Loin de la plage (mais on le savait !).

La nature environnante, on a l'impression d'être au milieu de la jungle, à moins de 30mn de l'aéroport de Cancun. La piscine est super ! Et l'on peut avoir accès au barbecue.

La cuisine était très peu équipée.

Die Lage ist wirklich wunderbar - mitten im Wald, viele schöne Details, freundliche und wirklich sehr bemühte Gastgeberin. Die Tiere sind herzallerliebst und das vegane Abendessen war sehr lecker. Bis zur Stadt sind es knapp 30 Minuten und wir können Ausflüge nach Puerto Morelos und in die nahe gelegenen Cenoten sehr empfehlen.

Leider spricht das Personal überhaupt kein Englisch und wir wurden bei Ankunft nicht informiert über die "Box" die es für die Küche des Zimmers gibt. Später hatten wir dann die Möglichkeit selber Kaffee zu kochen. Die Matratze des zweiten Bettes war sehr unbequem - hart und knubbelig (das grosse Bett war bestens!). Die geretteten Tiere (Kaninchen und Meerschweinchen) und die Enten düften weit artgerechter gehalten werden (im Dreck, auf Gitter, ohne Einstreu etc), wir hoffen, die diesbezüglichen Pläne wurden bald umgesetzt. Mir persönlich ist hier zu viel "greenwashing" und Pseudospiritualität im Spiel, offenbar scheint das andere aber nicht weiter zu stören.

Prachtige tuin met veel vogels. Zwembad en overal lig plekjes. Grote kamer met een goed bed. Tv met Netflix. Lekker eten in het restaurant. Super leuke honden. Vriendelijke gastvrouw!

Nous sommes arrivés de nuit, du coup pas facile de se repérer pour trouver l'hôtel.

Location is pretty, but remote.

Staff seemed uninterested, arrived at 7 pm after prepaying and room was not ready, needed to ask for clean bedsheets, pillow cases and towels, which i had to fit myself. Hungry and thirsty after a 14 hour flight, paid 90 pesos per beer, which is double that you pay anywhere else. Feel ripped off.

This is a special place with such a warm, welcoming feel. Its not large but there is so much in the space. The animals including the pet pig, the fire pit, the hammocks, the pool and the jungle feel. There were monkeys swinging through the trees when we arrived! And the bar area was lovely too. The owner was around to help with any questions and organised tours for us. We were able to have meals there, which were always very nice. Our kids loved it. We had booked probably the wrong room (the double with lots of beds is the budget room without so much space for a family amount of stuff!), so its good to try to check before that you book the right room for you. Luckily she was able to move us to a family suite which had a lot more space and was perfect.

Beautiful design, eco-friendly construction style and practices. Super cute animals on the property. We saw beautiful wild birds and monkeys. And the view of the stars at night is unparalleled, something you absolutely couldn't get in a big resort.

Le lieu est extraordinaire. Nous y avons sejourné qu'une seule nuit de passage mais nous avons vraiment apprécié l'endroit au calme et endroit très chaleureux

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui nous a préparé une belle chambre pour notre dernière nuit au Mexique. Nous avons profité de manger le repas proposé le soir, c'était très bon. L'hôtel est situé au milieu de la jungle, c'est très tranquille et reposant.

L'hôtel est au calme au milieu de la jungle c'est très dépaysant et agréable.

C'est assez loin de Puerto Morelos. Il faut compter une bonne vingtaine de minutes pour s'y rendre. La propreté des chambres et du linge est à revoir.

The property was different in a good way. It was very much in the elements. You feel like you’re in the woods. There’s some ducks, a pig, and some dogs to keep you company. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool could have been cleaner. It wasn’t the easiest place to find. Maybe some more communication about how the road / entrance works.

Beautiful setting, in an interesting and lesser busy part of the region. Easily accessible by car from Cancun airport. Great for visiting Cenotes and Puerto Morelos. Lovely staff, very authentic.

Nothing - it’s authentic, peaceful and characterful but arguably not one for the chain hotel crowd or those seeking a busy resort.

Beautiful peaceful location in the jungle. After several days in other parts of the Yucatan peninsula, this place let us breathe and chill. The room was just as described. The staff was very friendly. Monkeys swinging in the trees right in front of our balcony. Can't wait to come back and spend more time.

De perfecte start van onze vakantie! De vriendelijk eigenaresse, haar man, de stagiair en lief personeel hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen en goed geholpen. Op het terrein lopen 2 leuke honden rond én een super-lief zwijn 'Chorizo'. In de bomen slingeren spider monkeys en er vliegen toekans rond in de prachtige tuin. We deden een avontuurlijke tour: zip-linen, quad-rijden en zwemmen in 2 cenotes. De kamers zijn ruim en prima, én geen mug gezien. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om er te komen of om naar een restaurant te gaan. Echt een top-plek.

Treurig om te zien was dat een aantal cavia's en konijnen in een veel te klein hok opgesloten zaten en ze stonden voornamelijk op gaas. We hopen dat daar wat aan gedaan wordt!

L'environnement de l'hôtel, très très sympa, avec l'impression d'être dans la jungle 😅. On a aussi pu manger typiquement local en arrivant de l'aéroport !

Het is een heel rustige plek waar goed voor je wordt gezorgd. De familie kamers zijn prima. Het zwembad is mooi! Het eten is lekker, goed ontbijt. Er hangt een relaxte sfeer

Het verblijf is aan een vernieuwing toe. De familiekamers zijn netjes en ruim. Maar de andere kamers zijn klein, leeg en oud. Ook de douches daar zijn minimaal. De foto's op booking.com zijn niet de realiteit van het verblijf.

Les photos de la chambre sont plus jolies sur booking que la réalité. Pas de fleurs, pas de déco, toute grise, un peu triste.

Étape après notre arrivée à l aéroport, cet hôtel a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes avec sa literie très confortable, son personnel avenant ( merci de nous avoir préparé à manger malgré l heure d arriver tardive). Merci également des conseils de visite alentours. Nous étions même un peu déçus de partir si rapidement vers d autres aventures

The surroundings were peaceful and exotic. It was very green and away frim the main road. Lots of nature. We liked the pig that was like a pet and freely roamed.

The apartment had an awful smell, like it wasn't aired enough- It was difficult to sleeo because of this. The water in the shower was very weak, almost a trickle.

It is a little slice of heaven. Being woken by the birds was lovely. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. We would have loved to stay longer and hope to return one day.

We loved everything, but this is a place for people who want to be immersed in nature. It is not for those who want high luxury in a hotel isolated from the local community. There are plenty of boring perfect hotels like that on the coast, leave this one to those who want to travel more sustainably.

The food they cooked is amazing and authentic, the beds were very comfortable ( compared to most Mexican beds) and the room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, any where. For birders it's a great place to hang out. So many live around and transit through the property. There was also a family of spider monkeys that came through in the evening. The property has a couple of very friendly dogs, lots of ducks and best of all, chorizo the pot belly pig. It's really a paradise. It is a 15 min drive from downtown puerto Morelos but if you want to avoid the crowds and the hassle of town this is the place. The road from town to the accommodations is very safe and easy to drive even at night.

Velmi klidná lokalita. Přátelští majitelé. Udržovaný areál s několika domky/bungalovy po dvou apartmánech. Pohodlné postele. Lehátka kolem bazénu. Bazén je studenější, ale to je vzhledem k lokaci přirozené. Silný internet. Bezpečné parkování před resortem. Pro odpočinek idealní.

Teplá voda tekla jen občas. Koupelna zapáchala. Venkovní sezení pro 2 lidi v apartmánu pro 3. Menší snídaně pro 3 lidi vyšla nad 800 pesos.

L'ambiance dans la jungle est très agréable. Le restaurant sur place est pratique. Le prix des chambres est très abordable.

Attention les logements pour 5 personnes sont peu spacieux. Mais pour une seule nuit sur place c'était parfait.

Le lieu au milieu de la jungle est très agréable. Grande flexibilité et agréabilité de l’hôte qui a changé la date de notre réservation gratuitement à cause d’un vol d’avion manqué de notre part. La chambre est grande grâce à un sasse à l’entrée avec canapé.

Les murs sont fins et nous avons été dérangés toute la nuit par les voisins éveillés / festifs au dessus. Un seul savon solide à disposition et le pommeau de douche dysfonctionnel.

Le lieu mais pas pour y dormir

Pas de cuisine, juste un frigo, alors que c’etait prévu. L’humidité. Logement très sombre et vétuste, la salle de bain en mauvaise état, le pommeau de douche cassé. Le bruit insupportable des portes qui claquent, le lieu pas très convivial..

Prachtige ligging, in het groen en met de auto niet heel ver van het meer bruisende Puerto Morelos. We genoten van een heerlijk diner bij aankomst, ook al was het al vrij laat… ook het homemade ontbijt was een aanrader, met verschillende keuzeopties. De communicatie met de gastvrouw verliep vlekkeloos! Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, er werd voor ons bij kleine lokale ondernemers een topactiviteit geboekt.

De gezinskamer voor vijf personen was een beetje krap voor twee volwassenen en drie tieners met bagage, volgende keer zou ik voor twee kamers kiezen.

This is a simple, basic accommodation that will appeal to travelers looking for a close-to-nature experience in the jungle rather than luxury. The garden is lovely and creates a very relaxing atmosphere, and the food served was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant. We arrived a bit late and Mauricio prepared a delicious Mexican dish.

Our room was quite basic and tended to feel humid with the jungle around, with a noticeable smell at times, so it may not be ideal for those sensitive to that. Water pressure in the shower was low, but manageable. Overall, it’s a good choice if you value simplicity, good food, and a natural setting, and who are comfortable with rustic conditions.

Quelle belle surprise que cet établissement. J'avais réservé pour la dernière nuit de notre voyage, avant de prendre l'avion à Cancun pour un vol matinal. 40 min de route pour se rendre à l'aéroport ce qui est super pratique. Et nous avons été accueilli merveilleusement par Malonie et Mauricio dans ce havre de paix en pleine jungle, paradis des animaux domestiques (lapins, cochons, canards, ...) mais aussi des singes et oiseaux. Bref, un plaisir de rester dans ce grand jardin, de se baigner dans la piscine très originale et de profiter des hamacs sur la "plage" tout en écoutant la nuit tomber. Mauricio nous a ensuite cuisiné ses tacos et nous a servi comme des rois. Et quelle belle nuit à entendre le chant des insectes, oiseaux, etc dans une literie grand confort. On ne pouvait pas faire mieux pour une dernière, le tout pour un prix imbattable. Nous serions bien restés quelques jours de plus dans ce petit paradis.

Die Anlage liegt mitten im Dschungel und hat ein tolles Ambiente. Hier ist alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail erstellt, so dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das Essen war super lecker - sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen.

Le cadre de cet hôtel est hyper sympa, vous vous retrouverez en plein milieu de la jungle avec un jardin très bien entretenu. Le personnel y est hyper sympa. Le gros avantage la proximité (20min en voiture) de puerto Morelos.

Nous venons au bout de notre voyage et nous pouvons donc comparer. Le prix est intéressant mais il faut s’attendre à être dans la jungle avec les choses qui vont avec au niveau du logement. C’est le seul logement avec une odeur d’humidité très présente que nous avons fait, pas de Vmc, pression de la douche très basse. Le plus gros point noir pour nous sont les services proposés, nous avons prit un petit déjeuné et franchement très décevant nous avons payé 30 euros pour un café typique du Mexique,1 jus d’orange (chimique), 2 jus en petite brique et des pancakes (sans fruits dedans,…) Horriblement cher pour finalement se retrouver dans la jungle nous pensions avoir un petit déjeuné complet avec fruits frais, jus frais etc mais non rien de tout cela.

I have stayed here more than once. It's a pleasure. The total commitment to Eco friendly practices makes me feel so good. The staff are as sweet was pie. Nothing beats the fresh air, the sounds of the jungle, And the gentle fluttering of the leaves.

Malonie en haar man ontvingen ons zeer gastvrij. Altijd behulpzaam om met ons mee te denken. Een prachtige plek middenin de jungle. Heerlijk om tot rust te komen.
