Due to the cold weather the heating needed to be on before arrival

Appartement très bien placé, à quelques minutes du centre-ville et du centre historique. Très calme. Résidence très bien entretenue et classe. Surface bien adaptée à 2 personnes.

Nous avons eu quelques petits problèmes avec le système de chauffage, mais heureusement, grâce à un appel en vidéo avec la propriétaire, le problème a été résolu.

The duvet of the bed was not clean. No hair dryer. 2 degrees Celsius, the apartment was freezing and the hitter didn’t work. The person didn’t come up to fix it and clearly said it wouldn’t come to fix. Impolite replies. Wet clothes left in the living room. I gave up and left the apartment in the first evening paying another hotel last minute for the same days. The person didn’t apologise for any of the inconveniences and didn’t refund the money. It just offered one third of the price paid as refund for something I couldn’t use. Certainly the worst apartment and experience in Booking. Consider I’m a genius 2 and travel a lot around the world. I never had such bad experience.

Great location. Small coffee shops, pubs all near by.

It was self check in, which I didn't mind but I had been told we would be met at the property. We had to get other residents to let us in through the two outside doors. One bath towel, no hand towels. Although 2 of use were staying there. Towels and sheets drying on a clothes horse in the living room. . Luke warm shower in the morning. Loud noise when using water in the property and from other apartments near by.

The place was absolutely filthy. I complained, but I have not been taken seriously at all, even when I provided photos to show how dirty the place was. Avoid.

Lovely apartment The host couldn't be more friendly. we arrived very late and east sure how to get in she was going to come over and help us, and this was gone midnight great customer service It was also so close to everything and was lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfy

La ubicación era buena! Relativamente cerca del centro.

La instalaciones estaban muy antiguas. La ventana no cerraba, la puerta del jardín tampoco. Nos tuvieron media hora en la puerta esperando y cuando llegamos las toallas estaba en la lavadora.., no nos pudimos duchar hasta que no se secaron. La habitación no estaba aireada. Difiere mucho de las imágenes.

Good location for our requirements. Good communication with the host.

It felt like the permanent resident had temporarily vacated to accommodate the stay. The bed linen and pillows looked tired and well used. Towels were damp. Personal products in the bathroom.

Large spacious appartment and very well equipped with everything you could want. We were given a bottle of wine and tea coffee milk left for us, which was a nice touch . Appartments are set in a lovely courtyard setting, which was very safe and secure. Tesco express nearby and nice coffee shop Pig and Heiffer.

A little far from City Centre at about a mile although my wife and I didn't really mind as we do a lot of walking

Great apartment in a very good location we had very good food and coffee in 3 cafes within yards of property there was evening you need if you want to eat in .

The shower was very warm but did not run very fast. No plug for the bath so the only option was a shower.
