Everything was organise well and comfortable.

Maybe the smell cause of the disinfectant spray is still present when we arrived but after that it was okay.

just a suggestion — maybe put a mirror on the bedroom wall. It would make getting ready and doing makeup much easier

Plainly the only unit available

Suction fan in the washroom is too noisy, the living room curtain cannot be closed properly (can see through from outside), the micro oven has no clear button indicator to operate. wall clock is not functioning, the lighting at living room is not well maintained, the mattress are rather hard.

Located near the beach. The facility offers a range of essential amenities for customers, including cooking stove, BBQ station, washing machine and even access to Netflix channel. The host is very helpful and responsive - ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly. In addition to that, the deposit is returned within one day - very smooth & hassle-free process.

Not really soundproof. Noise from neighbouring properties can be clearly heard - as they were singing & raising voices at night.

Suitable place for family staycation and located at the ground floor, making it wheelchair friendly. The place was clean and spacious and could easily fit 6-7 people. The beach was not too far, only a walking distance away. The host also was helpful with answering queries. Recommend 👌🏻

It was a pleasant stay at the Townhouse. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely come back some other time. 😊

Basic utensils, towels, plenty of rooms, can watch Netflix and BBQ at the back, overall good place for an outing with friends.

The bed in master bedroom was very stiff, pretty uncomfortable to sleep.

The property has a charmingly classic feel. The house offers ample space and a spotless environment, complete with all kitchen amenities. Entertainment is top-notch with Netflix and Prime Video available on the TV, making it an ideal spot for a family staycation.

The bed was quite hard I must say. And there was a power outage for several hours.

Clean, nice. Lower ground, good for elderly. BBQ pit was not too shabby. Beach is not too far, there's a pool too. No complaints, great for a weekend.

Instructions for check in and check out was very clear, and place was kept very clean. Owner even provided some snacks.

The bunker/double decker bed definitely has to be replaced. It was a metal bunker bed with mesh which was extremely flimsy and the slightest movement results in sound. We did not get a good sleep because of this.

Insect dead bodies on the bed linen (queen bed). Got cockroach

I like the fact that it is cheaper compared to the other townhouse. It even completes with all the cooking utilities and comes with water dispenser too!! Very very very recommended for family outings. The house is spacious and the dcoration are pretty too!! It comes with wifi also and barbeque pit!

The customer service. Very responsive and helpful even if we didn’t meet face to face. The apartment-type stay, perfect for family getaway. The 5min walk to an awesome clean beach! The mini supermarket next door! The pool that was open for us to use. The facility- BBQ set, swing, outdoor bbq and hangout area, the bunkbeds for children.

Should install daylight curtain for when you need privacy but still can utilise the natural sunlight during the daytime - especially at lower unit.

The house was clean and spacious. The facilities and utilities were good...especially in the evening we enjoyed a BBQ party outside the house. The owner was good and contactable..

They provided bunk beds that can fit 3 person. (most of others townhouse nearby does not have it) they also provided water purifier/filter. Very convenient for families who have babies. Very clean and smells good. I really loves the veranda

An excellent choice for a short getaway to seaside town of Sematan or beyond. The back patio comes with a picnic table & a swing as well as a BBQ grill. All areas are spanking clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The host even thoughtfully included a water dispenser. Netflix is readily available for free.

There is a minor issue for which some of my family members find that the mattresses are really hard as if they were sleeping on a board.

Everything about the house and the facilities were perfect except for the beds. The owner were very responsive. We had drainage problem, so we contacted the owner and he sent his staff to the house in less than 20 minutes. The house were very clean and tidy! 1. All of the facilities that we used were in good conditions such as barbecue set, stoves with hood, water filters (hot water is very suitable for making milk for babies which is a plus), hairdryer, fridge, tv with free Netflix ;) and of course wifi which is very important as phone coverage is not that good for certain telco. 2. Water pressure is very strong. Shower gels, hand soaps and dishwashing liquids with sponge were also provided. Kitchen utensils were complete too! There were also rice cooker, electric jug and other kitchen appliances available in the house. Thank you for the complementary snacks, coffee and tea too!

1. The mattresses were very hard that our bodies feel stiff the next morning. The bunk beds were very noisy and squeaky with every movements. I hope that the owner can do something about the beds and can change the mattress so that other guests can have a good night’s sleep. 2. We would like to suggest the owner to provide more mirrors for the convenience of guests especially womens! 😆

Lower level is good for my father who has difficulty walking and climbing stairs. Love the BBQ area and outdoor swing chair. Host is friendly and responsive.

The only issues is the unit is not well-cleaned. Pretty dusty as well. Only 2 toilet paper rolls for 3D2N and 6+1 people.

The location was very good, around a 400m walk from the beach. Beach was clean and not overly crowded. Rooms were spacious and perfect for groups, very cosy for a short stay. The host was very accommodating, arrived earlier and let us put out bags and food inside first.

The beds were a little bit hard. The double decker bed was too noisy (every turn it will creak). Maybe can put up mosquito netting on windows.

The mattress🥲. Why so keras? Im a pregnant lady and tak dapat tidur on that tilam . So sad. And also we found cockroach that night🥲

The kitchen was excellent and just like at home. Very convenient to cook. The living room is the space I like the most, with good smart tv and sofa, I enjoy and relax for the weekend pleasantly.

The weather that day was not very good. i failed to see the blue sky...
