Good location just 15min walk to the airport. It is little apartment with bunk beds and has everything you need. Nice little gym and big pool area. Owner was really helpful and answered fast.

Beds aren’t that comfortable and keeps a lot of noise when you or other person moves but for 1-2 nights it doesn’t matter.

The room itself was nice and clean, good bathroom and a little kitchen area. Beds were comfortable, however as a solo female traveller, i was alone in the dorm with no lock on either the front or balcony door. Very unsettling, very uneasy, you can hear noises from the dogs barking and other guests at the complex. The booking reservation and dorm numbers didnt allign, which made me more uncomfortable about staying there. Overall mediocer if in a group, but wouldnt recommened for solo travellers.

The location is unbeatable if you need to be near the airport (only about 1km away). I also really enjoyed the pool and the gym facilities, which were a great bonus for the price.

Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of smoke and was quite dirty. Most importantly, the mattress was completely worn out and uncomfortable to the point of being unacceptable. I’ve been staying in hostels since 6 months of travel and am definitely not picky, but this was a real issue for a decent night's sleep.

Very close to the airport. The staff was really nice. The pool is closed eve et mondays as well as the gym.

The building complex is huge.You have access to an awesome gym and a swimming pool with sunbeds. It’s very close to the airport and is definitely the best option for an overnight stay if you have connecting flights or many hours to kill.

positiv ist alleine die lage (nah am Flughafen) und das 24h eingecheckt werden kann, eine übernachtung im Dorm kann ich aber überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

Cela peut être problématique pour les personnes chargées de bagages et/ou fatiguées ce qui oblige à payer en plus un taxi ou grab https://maps.app.goo.gl/CiESgD5y9C2VikoA7 ⛔ ayant un bras cassé, j'ai demandé à l'hôte Peter 1 SEMAINE À L'AVANCE d'avoir un lit inférieur car je ne peux m'agripper à l'échelle; sa réponse 1er ARRIVÉ 1er SERVI😞 mais m'a t il dit, comme j'arrivais vers midi j'aurais plus de chance d'avoir un lit Inférieur NO COMMENT ⛔ l'hôte Peter a sciamment omis de préciser que la piscine et la salle de sport sont fermés les lundis ⛔ Du coup j'ai préféré ne pas me rendre chez cet individu et choisir un autre hebergement

是公寓，小业主的一间房，只有4个床位，感觉这里有非常多每家每户的小酒店。入住很困难，最后把电话给门卫才让我去502房 床上用品应该都没换洗发，到处都是小虫子，卫生极差，好在空调开到极低，穿着衣服睡的。

L'eau de la douche est froide ce qui est étonnant pour une résidence Resort. Le lit grince et est tres inconfortable.

Nous nous sommes fait avoir les photos ne ressemblait pas du tout à l’appartement qu’on avait, il était plus petit, il y avait quelqu’un qui vivait, il n’y a pas de clé pour fermer la porte. Tout le monde peut rentrer sortir quand ils veulent, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude et la cuisine n’est pas fonctionnel, grosse arnaque à éviter.

No entiendo cómo la gente puede valorar este sitio como positivo... - El personal de la entrada me dijo que no existían habitaciones compartidas, ni siquiera sabes el nombre del lugar así que es difícil de encontrar - Los colchones son los peores en los que he dormido en mi vida, te clavas el somier - La ducha da pena - Aire acondicionado a máxima potencia que no puedes regular - La habitación no tiene llave y está siempre abierta - No hay ni una silla en la que puedas sentarte a comer algo (de fuera, porque el resort no tiene restaurante) Con suerte puedes ir al gym y darte un baño en la piscina para quitarte el disgusto antes de volar!

Seul avantage, pas loin de l aéroport

Tout ! Horrible ! Paiement demandé avant et on comprend pourquoi. Pas vraiment d acceuil, il s agit plus de portiers. Je dois trouver ma chambre seule, pas de clé. L endroit est glauque. Je découvre que la chambre est vétuste, sale, qu elle ne correspond en rien aux photos ni à la description de booking. Des fils électriques traînent. Un homme est complètement bourré dans la chambre partagée. Lorsque je réinterpelle les personnes à l entrée en leur expliquant la situation, ils ne tentent pas de trouver une solution. Idem par mail. Ils m ont renvoyé que c était les aléas de ce genre d hébergement. Je ne me suis pas du tout sentie à l aise dans cet endroit ni même en sécurité ce qui ne m est jamais arrivée en 10 ans de voyage seule en mode backpakeuse. Je ne suis pas restée pour la nuit. Ils ont refusé de me dédommager. Ne pas y aller !!!

Espacioso y me gusto mucho que tienen de todo en la cocina (ketel, tostadora, microndas) e incluso lavadora para la ropa! Y Peter es muy buena persona y servicial ademas de que pueden ser flexibles a la hora del check out y dan informacion de lo que se necesite. Muchas gracias.

The host was friendly and allowed to use another room to take a shower. Outside facilities are great, pool and gym. And it is 5 min bike from the airport (50 pesos, if you take a bike taxi)

I am sorry for writing a bad review, but room inside is terrible, I am glad I only stayed for one night. I booked a hostel room. It was a dark room with window closed, 2 bunk beds (where the host sleeps on one of them) and a loud conditioner right into the bed. It is actually the same room where the host lives, but he also rents some beds. I don't remember the room price, probably around 7 dollars, but add 10 dollars more and you can have a normal place to stay. This is just an unlucky/desperate variant.

The owner Peter has a really nice vibe . I wish u could have talked more with him jeje. The gym and the swimming pool are the hit . The room has all you need , this place is more like backpackers than tourist people.( fancy people ). It has a kitchen,shower, Ac , fridge . If I would have known about this place before .I would have stayed for a week at least ✌️🌟💪👍🙏

Poolen, gymmet och personalen var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam! Sedan var det även bra att man kunde låsa in sina saker eftersom vi bodde i ett delat rum.

Det ända var att sängen var lite obekväm då min madrass var formad efter de som hade legat i den tidigare och madrassen var på marken, därför kände man marken när man låg i den vilket blev lite hårt, men min säng var den ända som var sån!

It is basically a studio apartment with the "owner" who's renting the place with 2 bunk beds in the "living room". He "rents" out the other three beds on booking.com... I cannot even begin to describe how bad this place is... going to try to keep this brief... 1 - Shower water basically like sewage water, smells bad, made me smell bad, cleaned up real well at the next hostel I went to... 2 - Host is flirting with me entire time (making comments about my appearance and body), super unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable... 3 - Sink in kitchen is back-filling with water and coming up through the kitchen floor, wet everywhere... 4 - Told kitchen was getting fixed, 3 days after the day the plumber was coming still not fixed (plumber never came)... 5 - The front bunk, the black one, has bed bugs on the lower bunk, I had a new bite every day... 6 - Both bunk beds are very uncomfortable... 7 - A/C is sometimes turned off to save on electricity... 8 - Wifi is spotty... 9 - Pictures aren't of the hostel... faking for bookings... (put what the hostel actually looks like up on here)

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect—close to shops and public transport. The atmosphere was social but not too loud, making it easy to relax. Highly recommended for budget travelers!

- Owner exceptionally nice and helpful! Really worth mentioning - Free drinking water for refilling - Shower gel, shampoo and soap available - Toilet paper available - Gym free of charge and really quite good for a hotel gym - Pool free of charge and really nice - Shower jet very good - Location close to the airport (but you can't hear it!) - You can't hear any noise from the street - Large locker - easy and quick to reach on whatsapp

- No curtain on the upper bed, which means you have little privacy - Air conditioning unfortunately broken, so you can't adjust the temperature and it was far too cold. Or too hot if you turned off the air conditioning - Air conditioning directly on a bed, which means you can buy sleep in this bed when the air conditioning is running - There were so many long dark hairs in the bed, it was really a bit messy. - No socket by the bed

Nice building,new,modern and clean.Very close to the airport.Kind people at the reception.They gave me good tips to reach NORTH BUS STATION,saving lots of money.Really helpful.Peter(the owner...i think)is very kind and helpful,but he wasn t there. We just txted each other:)

The apartment it s too small for more than 4 people.There are two rooms:the first one with 4 beds (2 bunk beds).The second one with 1 or two more beds,but they are hidden behind some kind of wardrobe.Water of the shower cold and without any pressure.The apartment is cute,but really too small for 4+ people.The worst thing is the AIRCON!TOO COLD.Peter txted me:it s on 25 degrees.Don t touch it.It was 19 degrees with the fan super strong!Impossible to put low the temperature!If you sleep in the upper beds,you re DEAD!I was freezing!I slept with a jumper and a thick blanked upon my body and i was freezing my ass off!The two guys in the lower beds were freezing too,all night long! One of the two slept with his jacket on. The day after he unplugged it cuz around 9:00am it was a freezer ,not a room! That is too much.

location is close to the mactan cebu airport. The host, Peter, was really friendly and helpful. The pool with the gym is really the cherry on top.

It's a perfect location for where I had to be. Very easy to get around. The room was perfect for me as it felt more like a shared house than a hostel. The host felt more like a room mate and was very helpful with everything. I would definitely come back
