Reviewed Dec 14, 2024the apartment shown is not what you get first they try to claim something wrong and you have to go to some hotel.. eventually after arguing and waste a lot of time they take to another apartment it is not as nice as the photos but it did have a great view of the pyramids .. inside not so clean but for me it's fine .. better would be just show the actual apartment and not switch to something different and make it a difficult process
not showing actual place you rent which is against booking.com rules

I called 1 day before check-in but no answer, I called the same day but still no answer. I urgently booked a much better hotel next door. The host is not serious no response no apologies, avoid this accommodation if you do not want to end the night out. There are much cheaper hotels nearby.
