River House Near The Peoples Square And The Bund

Fantastic location with an amazing, unobstructed view of the Bund and the Shanghai skyline straight from the bed – wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to. Quiet and pleasant area, with everything you need within easy reach. We received a very nice upgrade from a room with two double beds to a spacious two-bedroom apartment. The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished, with a washing machine and a full kitchen, although a few more utensils would be useful if you plan to cook. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The view, location and generous upgrade were definitely the highlights of our stay.

무료로 방 업그레이드를 해줘서 가족끼리 편하게 잘 묵었습니다. 뷰가 좋아서 숙소에서 동방명주가 잘 보였고, 위치가 좋아서 인근 유명 관광지 가기도 편했어요. 호스트분들이 다 친절하시고, 위챗으로 빠르게 소통 가능해서 배달이나 기타 문의사항 관련한 답변도 빠르게 받을 수 있었습니다. 다음에도 상해 가게 되면 이용하고 싶어요!

Взяли на троих человек номер с двумя двухспальными кроватями. Очень красивый вид на город, удобно что есть кухня с холодильником и стиральная машина. На первом этаже есть продуктовый магазин. Отель всего в 15 минутах ходьбы от Нанкинской улицы, метро недалеко. На такси до аэропорта ехать около часа, а до основных достопримечательностей минут 10-20. После вида больше всего порадовала цена/качество, остались довольны 👍

Location is near to Qufu metro station. The apartment is spacious,clean and beds are big and comfortable. Quiet place and walkable distance to east Nanjing shopping streets... Highly recommend!!

Мы проживали на 21 этаже в номере с 2 комнатами. Как только зашли, нам безумно понравился вид из окна! В каждой комнате огромные окна с видом на небоскребы❤️. Кровати были удобные , белье чистое, белоснежное. Также понравилось наличие стиральной машинки с функцией сушки. Если придираться , то в комнатах требуется косметический ремонт, но мы практически не обращали на это внимание, так как ежедневно изучали Шанхай, приходили в номер вечером уставшими и счастливыми, засыпали любуясь Прекрасным видом из окна (прикладываю фото)

La habitacion es amplia y las vistas son increíbles. Estuvieron muy atentos durante toda nuestra estancia. La habitación y el baño todo limpiamos. Hay lavadora que está genial por si tienes alguna urgencia. Esta en una zona tranquila pero andando llegas a muchos sitios céntricos, si volvemos a Shanghai repetiremos. Gracias

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pieszo można dojść do The Bund, super centrum handlowe kilka minut pieszo. Bardzo miły i uprzejmy personel☺️

담배냄새가 계속해서 올라옵니다 ㅠㅠ 세탁기 하수관에서도 하수구냄새가 올라옵니다 이 정도만 해결되면 또 방문하고 싶습니다~

L’allotjament té una cuina petiteta, nevera, rentadora i sabó per rentar roba i estenedor. Cada dia reposen ampolles d’aigua i tovalloles. Bona ubicació: Cèntric a prop del The Bund i Nanjing Road.

Preferiria que hi hagués una recepció d’hotel. És un edifici de pisos. Et reben al hall de l’edifici i vam deixar les maletes en un quartet. No fan els llits cada dia.

Lovely large apartment, very clean with great views. Perfect for 4 adults. Includes kitchen although we didn’t use it. Great value and very comfortable bed. 15min walk from Nanjing Road and restaurants. The host was available on WhatsApp and very responsive. Offered comfortable transport to airport, great customer service. Would book again.

L'accoglienza di Vivien e la possibilità di fare self check-in visto che siamo arrivati di notte. Vivien ci ha messo a disposizione una macchina per tornare in aeroporto con un prezzo più basso del didi. Appartamento pulito e spazioso dotato persino di lavatrice. Un bagno enorme con doccia grande. Posizione eccellente a due passi da people's Square e dalla famosa strada pedonale.

Il condizionatore della camera da letto troppo rumoroso e poco efficiente.

Great location, near People’s square, Nanjing rd and with plenty of restaurants and an ALDI supermarket across the bridge. The Bund is within walking distance as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful, the host offered us an upgrade after the first night, with an amazing view. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really, having a bit more of cooking utensils and cutlery would be good but we could manage with what was available.

Everday we got clean towels  and fresh water. The apartment is very  clean and nice The location is perfect.

Vista wow sui grattacielo, camera molto ampia, personale molto molto gentile. Abbiamo chiesto di avere una pentola per cucinare e ce l'hanno fornita subito con tanto di cucchiaio di legno nuovo sigillato, la posizione è buona, a piedi si può raggiungere People's Square, un po' meno comoda la metro (che comunque è a 600 MT circa).

Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere la metro un po' più vicina, ma comunque erano pochi minuti a piedi

Die Grösse des Zimmers war gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Über Whatsapp/ WeChat konnte ich alles super schnell mit Vivien klären. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Immer viel neues Wasser. Kostenloser Gym war auch ok. Ausblick war nett, aber ein Haus hat 4 Seiten, also können nicht alle Zimmer Aussicht auf den Bund haben. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal wieder hier buchen.

Das Zimmer ist gut, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mit kleinem Aufwand, könnte es wieder Top werden: Wände streichen, Dichtung an der Dusche austauschen und eventuell neuer Fussboden. Es ist nichts dramatisches, aber es würde die Berwertung auf absolut Top verbessern. Leider hat man den Effekt aber oft in vielen Appartments und Hotels, das nicht viel investiert wird, um das gute Niveau zu halten

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and nice. They have a convenient store right there which is handy. Location is good but a bit of a walk to the metro.

강 옆에 있어서 야경도 예쁘고 근처에 공원도 있어서 산책하기도 좋다. 동방명주가 산책하다보면 보이고, 불편사항이 있으면 바로해결해 주신다. 쇼핑센터도 도보로 갈 수 있다. 습한 날씨에 비해 숙소 관리도 잘 되어있다. 그게 불편하지 않게 잘 지내다 왔다.

We were upgraded which was much appreciated ! The large room with view was fantastic. Before arriving, we were contacted by Vivien who gave all needed information and responded quickly to our questions. Good location with several metro stations nearby. Very good washing machine and the clothes dryed quickly with good AC. Very clean room and confortable beds. This accommodation contributed to a memorable stay in Shanghai !

Отличные апартаменты за свои деньги! Месторасположение прекрасное, рядом район с ТРЦ! Заселили раньше положенного, после дороги это было прекрасно! Вид из окна это отдельная привилегия, очень скрасил нам дождливый день! 🥹

Check in and check out is easy. If you are not old folks, then still walkable distance to the tourist spots. Lobby has a grocery shop which still opens around 12am, so you can buy groceries at the shop. Overall it's a good place.

Vivien was very helpful to plan our trip. The location of the hotel is very convenient to visit the main attractions.

i really liked the double beds (so 2 x double beds in living room and 1 x double bed in bedroom). they were very comfortable. the view is amazing! there is a washing machine, stove with 2 pit, large refrigerator, microwave, hot water cooker! there even was soap for the washing machine. everyday fresh water, clean towels. the shower is very good!!! hot and strong! there is a little super market on ground floor of the building. very handy for small groceries. the staff was very nice and helpful with everything. great place to stay!!

cleaning service could do there best a bit better (under the bed). There was only 1 cooking pot. 4 plates, 4 glasses. would be nice to have a bit more. but overall it was very nice to stay there!

La struttura era pulita e la stanza spaziosa con vista ! Siamo arrivati prima dell’orario previsto del check in e ci hanno dato comunque la stanza. Sotto si trova proprio un market comodo per acquistare acqua e snack ! Ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e lasciavano bottigliette di acqua ! Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto bisogno di un termometro e non avendolo in reception sono stati tempestivi nell’ordinarne uno e farcelo portare in camera .

It’s a good place to stay.

Very nice location close to Nanjing road. Super nice people, they helped us every time we needed help. You get access to wechat group and they help you every time you need something. Vivien and the rest of the team was very friendly and helpful. If we come back to Shanghai we will stay at River House for sure.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Great views, warm, relaxing, cleaned daily. Staff were extremely helpful. We were upgraded to a better room. They arranged a minibus airport pickup & safari park/station drop off for our family group (for a reasonable fee). Handy small convenience store downstairs in the lobby for basic needs.

난징동루, 난징서루, 와이탄을 모두 걸어 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 19층에 있는 제 숙소에서 보는 전망도 좋았습니다 (생활하는 주민들도 있는 건물이라서, 숙소로 운영하는 호실의 층 수는 다 다를 것 같습니다) 상하이에 아침에 도착하는 항공편이었는데, 숙소 1층에 있는 사무실에서 집을 맡아 주어서 편하게 다닐 수 있었습니다. 상하이 출발도 이른 아침이었는데, 호스트에게 부탁해서 공항까지 가는 택시를 예약해서 편하게 떠날 수 있었습니다. 2박이었는데 이튿째 날에도 새 샤워 수건이 욕실에 놓여 있었고, 생수도 다시 채워 주었습니다. 세탁기, 세제, 건조대가 있어서 필요하면 빨래도 할 수 있는 환경이었습니다. 현금고 알리페이 모두 사용할 수 있습니다. 갖고 있던 현금을 내고 나머지는 알리페이로 결재하면서 수수료 안 받는 구간인 200위안으로 나눠서 결재를 했는데, 친절하게 다 해주었습니다.
