Nada , quizás le falte para ser un 10 de 10, tener algunos extras en espacios como p. ej. en el baño: más toallas , servilletas de papel; en una de las salas: una tele que no era smart TV … pero la verdad son minucias para lo ESPECTACULAR que es !

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The flat was excellent, spacious and had everything anyone would need. It was fully renovated and in excellent condition. The neighborhood was safe and good, with plenty of restaurants and cafes, very close to metro station. The building was very nice, renovated and had an elevator which is really important.
Pretty much we liked everything. If I had to write something I would say that it would have been helpful if the host spoke english and if there was a drying rack or a clothesline in the flat

Quizás que el baño estuviera dentro del dormitorio principal, por lo que los demas huespedes tienen que entrar en mi dormitorio pero es por poner alguna pega.

Kawa herbata cukier nawet tabletki do zmywarki i kapsułki do prania do urzutku wynajmującego. Klimatyzacja bez zarzutu. Mieliśmy apartament na 3 piętrze i była winda. Supermarket za rogiem. Okolica cicha.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Nos encantó nuestra estancia. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, muy ordenado, cómodo y muy bonito. La atención también fue excelente y estuvieron siempre muy atentos. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estancia y, en general, todo fue excepcional.
Nada en particular, todo nos encantó. Como pequeña sugerencia, y simplemente porque nos gusta mantener todo extremadamente limpio durante nuestra estancia, sería muy útil disponer en el alojamiento de una escoba con recogedor o una aspiradora para poder hacer pequeñas limpiezas nosotros mismos cuando sea necesario. Fuera de ese pequeño detalle, todo estuvo excelente y quedamos muy satisfechos.

1, it’s too small for us, family of 6, to stay in. Two of the bed is turned from sofa, not even a proper bed. The only proper bed is hard to sleep on is well, and keeps creaking. 2,there is only one toilet to use and the toilet is small, don’t have exhaust fan ( at least we can’t find where it is) 3, the rules said there is silent hour, but the people live around don’t seem to follow, always noisy around ( sound of people walking, running and talking), again make us hard to sleep! The sound insulation is very poor.

Nulla è stato tutto perfetto, forse unico neo è stata la fase del check-in online, dopo parecchi tentativi siamo riusciti a capire quale fosse il problema.. la C.I. non la leggeva ma solo il passaporto.

Não gostamos dos travesseiros e colchões eram muito moles para nossos gostos. Dentro do Box do banheiro era bem liso, perigoso escorregar.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The apartment is in an excellent location; very walkable, close to all main attractions (no need for a taxi or use of public transportation - you can walk everywhere on foot). It's right across the San Anton Market, and besides that there are many great restaurants; La Romana Gelateria is super close and has great gelato (which is kinda hard to find in Spain - there are mostly Heladerias, and many gelaterias do not sell authentic gelato). Besides the location, the apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped, good coffee maker, dining table, laundry machine, etc. Would stay there again if needed to be in Madrid again.
The only thing I didn't like is the shower design. With a glass covering only half of the shower space, it's designed in a way that a lot of water ends up on the floor, so we had to keep it dry with the towels to keep the area safe and dry.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Great stay! The apartment is actually quite big so it was perfect for my family. We were 3 adults and each had our own bed. The apartment is very clean and well designed (minimalist and artsy). The location is extremely central and we were steps away from some of the best cafes and restaurants in town. The AC definitely help when it was burning hot outside. The staff is very communicated via WhatsApp and responds immediately to any request. They also extended our check out by 1h the last day as our flight was much later during the day. Worth your money especially if you travel as a group.
The kitchen lacked amenities - I think for the price, they should have kitchen towels, disposable salt/pepper and some basics to allow us to cook but I get that it’s an apartment rental not hotel.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026El apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Además, aunque da a la calle, es súper silencioso, lo que se agradece para el descanso.
El check-in es muy tarde y en eso, hay que dejar las maletas en una consigna de pago. Por otro lado, el personal te atosiga antes de la llegada para completar el check-in a través de una plataforma online, lo que me resultó bastante molesto. La cama y almohadas son mejorables. Por último, utilizan un ambientador muy fuerte para la limpieza que queda demasiado impregnado y resulta algo desagradable.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Sijainti oli loistava ja ullakkoasunto vinokaton alla todella viihtyisä ja siisti :). Kapselikahvikone oli mukava yllätys, auttoi päivää käynnistymään ;).
Varaussysteemiltä tullut uloskirjautumisviesti lähtöä edeltävänä päivänä aiheutti hermostumista :(. Sain asian kuitenkin hoidettua whatsappilla melko nopeasti :).

Falta alguns itens de cozinha, como por exemplo mais talheres, papel toalha, uma tesoura. Suporte do papel higiênico está caído. Iluminação, com lâmpadas queimadas. Achei o ambiente muito escuro. As lâmpadas eram de pouca luminosidade.

Krevet na razvlačenje za petu osobu vrlo je neudoban. Rolete koje se nisu mogle regulirati. Domaćin nije fleksibilan oko kasnije odjave iz apartmana iako smo tražili produženje od samo jedan sat.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Her şey mevcut ve düzenliydi çok merkezi yerde karşısı hemen market her yere yürüyerek gittik özellikle çocuklu aileler tercih etmeli gezerken yorulma tuvalet gibi durumlarda hemen eve gelebilirsiniz metroyla uğraşmaya gerek yok
Buzdolabı gürültülüydü gece yatarken kapatmak zorunda kaldık yastıklar çok ince biraz daha dolgun olabilirdi sabunluklar bizi zorladı daha iyi çalışması gerekir ve türk misafirler için taharet musluğu olsa çok iyi olurdu.
