Die Küchenmöbel sind so sehr abgewohnt. Schränke lassen sich teilweise nicht schließen. Angefangene Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank sollten bei der Reinigung entfernt werden. Fenster im Wohnzimmer ließ sich nur schlecht öffnen. Die Küchengeräte mussten wir vor der Verwendung erst selber reinigen.

Valoisa, avara ja siisti asunto. Sijainti erinomainen, keskustassa. Autopaikka oli plussaa.

Asunto on 3. kerroksessa. Ei hissiä. Meille ”huonojalkaisille” pieni haaste.

Was warm inside, while +9 cloudy, rainy outside had to sleep with just the cover. The hand towel was small. The toilet was very close to the wall on left side, if one hasn't skipped leg day have to sit a little bit tilted

È stato tutto eccellente! Innanzitutto la posizione non poteva essere migliore di così. L’appartamento era estremamente accogliente, noi ci siamo sentiti a casa ogni volta ci rientravamo. È molto spaziosa, confortevole, e ha tutto il necessario! Lo consiglio e spero di tornare presto nella meravigliosa Lapponia e sicuramente soggiornerò qui!

Forse non è una nostra usanza, ma non ho appezzato molto gli avanzi in frigo. Avrei preferito un cestino di accoglienza piuttosto che avanzi di ospiti precedente di cui non conosco la data di apertura.

Nagy, tágas lakás. Jól felszerelt, modern bútorzat. Simán el lehet tölteni akar több hetet is a lakasban. Nagyon otthonos.

Very good location, just at the center of everything exists. Very clean and spare flat. Everything I need was provided. I feel like I was at my own home.

At first I had difficulty to open the door with electronic keys but later on I get used to it.

Central location, very clean and spacious as per photos. Provides all the amenities needed - towels, linen, utensils etc. Clear instructions on how to access property.

Door lock bit tricky to open but with practice & patience it gets easier. Apt on 3rd floor with no elevator but this wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t have big luggage.

Perfect location in the city centre with private FREE parking! Spacious and comfortable, well equipped.

The shower without a glass or a curtain (bathroom completely wet after the shower and windows that could not be opened widely.

Ingen a/c å ikke lov å åpne vinduene, så det ble veldig varmt i leiligheten.

Minä olen niin onnellinen, että näin upea paikka löytyi majapaikaksi. Kohteesta esillä olevat kuvat pitävät täysin paikkansa sen kanssa mitä näin mennessäni tähän asuntoon. Minulla on paljon enemmän kokemusta hotelleista kuin tämäntyyppisistä majoitusvaihtoehdoista. Toisin kuin hotellissa, niin tässä asunnossa tuli kodikas olo pian sen jälkeen, kun saavuin perille rankan matkustuspäivän jälkeen. Asunto on iso, viihtyisä, hyvin varusteltu. Siellä on hyvät mahdollisuudet kokkailla itse, sillä astioita on moneen lähtöön. Asunto on läpikotaisin siisti. Sohva ja sänky ovat hyvin tärkeitä elementtejä viihtymisen ja hyvinvoinnin kannalta. Näistä molemmat ansaitsevat 10 pistettä. Asunnossa pystyi rentoutumaan hyvin ja siellä sai levolliset unet. Sänkyjen osalta on kaikenlaisia kokemuksia ollut ja tämä meni kyllä ehdottomasti kärkipäähän. Siihen vaikutti merkittävästi tyynyjen laatu. Hotelleissa ne ovat olleet välillä aivan surkeita ja aiheuttaneet niskakipua.

Ainoa miinus joka tulee mieleen tästä kohteesta on hissittömyys. Se onneksi vaikutti vain pieneltä osin kokemukseeni, sillä ollessani uupunut pitkän matkustuspäivän jälkeen ja odottaessani vain, että pääsen lepäämään, niin aivan yllättäen taksikuski teki suuren hyvän työn kantamalla kaksi painavaa matkalaukkuani ylös kolmanteen kerrokseen. Minulle jäi kevyt osuus matkatavaroistani. Tästä avuliaisuudesta ja ystävällisyydestä olin hyvin vaikuttunut. En usko, että pääkaupunkiseudulla saisi näin hyvää palvelua kaupanpäällisenä.

Everything was great - lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment is very spacious and well furnished, including various essentials in the kitchen and bathroom, and is only a couple of minutes walk into the town centre.

The only small issue I had was that the key was a little hard to use, there is something electrical in it that sometimes takes a few tries to work.

Accomodation is clean and spacious, good location near the city centre with food options nearby.

Great location. A lot of space for 2 people. Nice bed, huge sofa, private parking.

3rd floor no elevator, it wasn't as clean as it should be. A lot of hair, dirty towels, blankets, furniture is pretty old, and the shower is weird.

FANTASTIC location, within walking distance of everything you need. The host was so kind and helpful with all the explanation of how to find the property. There was also a fan in the room which was a LIFESAVER in the heat of summer! The place was SUPERB and really homely, there was coffee and a huge TV if you wanted to watch.

Not really a negative per-say, however I understand that people loosing keys is annoying but being told €300 for a replacement seems a bit steep.

Really spacious living room and bedroom. Beds very comfortable. Excellent with provision of parking space. The owner provided clear directions to access and was in contact when needed.

Brilliant apartment, comfy, spotlessly clean, great location and fully equipped. Had a lovely homely feel and a huge TV!! 2 minute walk to a 24hr shop, and all the restaurants in Lordi square. Looks exactly like the photos, would really recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

No toaster (wasn’t a problem we just used the oven grill!) Everything else was perfect!

Wonderful location in the centre of Rovaniemi and it is a small compact city so everything feels close by. Super comfortable bed and sitting room area.

This accomodation was so clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and very central, the bus to Santa Clause village is just around the corner ( 100 m ) . The SnowGlow Park is like 5 min walking en Naava cafe is about 10 min by foot. Top location. The owner Juho is super friendly and reply on all our questions in WhatsApp.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Easy parking as well. There was a shopping mall, restaurants, parks all within walking distance. The main road was also close to the apartment so we were able to go anywhere we wanted.
