The house was comfortable and had sufficient facilities..just felt at home..the wifi was reliable and enjoyed netflix without disruption.. Toppen is about 10mins drive away that was a plus as shopping, cinema and restaurants just a few minutes away..as for the beddings was excellent too..host provided lots of pillows as well..there is 2 queen bed and a single mattress as well..house is clean and the night view from the room is beautiful..also to mention the host was very responsive and shared detailed check in and out procedures and was kind with our request..definitely will consider this apartment again

We were looking forward to spend time in the pool but it was closed for maintenance and my daughter was very disappointed..apart from that i didn’t have any issues at all

The homestay is clean and well-maintained, located in a strategic area. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, making the stay more comfortable and convenience.

The wait for the elevator is quite long. The security guards also take a long time to register visitors’ vehicles so we end up queuing for about 10 mins+ before being able to enter the premises behind the visitor’s car.

Apartment was in a safe complex and very clean. Host was very detailed in reaching out about check-in instructions even though it was a too long due to the complicated process. Apartment is well fitted with everything you need, from washing machine to hangers and bathroom essentials. Great price for what you get and the location is near popular food and entertainment outlets in Mt Austin area.

- Condo has tight security measures where you will need to scan QR code and provide ID/Passport each time you re-enter the complex. There’s always a wait at the guardhouse. - Extra step of retrieving keys from letter box, and then unlocking 3 locks at the gate was also a hassle (maybe invest in a digital lock?). - Building lifts are quite slow and buttons inside don’t work smoothly. Some open wires could be a risk to kids.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable condo

I love all. Room 1 with bathroom very comfortable with city view. Has iron. Room 2 also comfortable has so many hanger. All room has aircond and water heater. TV very well function. And its so near with many great place to visit such as Taman Daya, Ikea and Toppen.

The pillow for Room 2 has a bit unpleasant smell like saliva smell. Can improve for this. Others are excellent.

House condition is good, provided COWAY water dispenser

Require long time to check in and waiting lift. Access card cannot be used to enter guard house for car. Need to use visitor QR pass. If you missed out the car park entrance, you need to go out from guard house and turn in again. Then, need to use the visitor QR pass again.

A very cozy place to stay! You feel just right at your own home - neat and tidy, with all the facilities you need. Quiet neighbourhood, and not far driving distance to happening places like Mount Austin. I would say the android TV in the living room is definitely a bonus for my stay at night - we like to watch drama together before going to bed. Not forget about the Coway drinking water dispenser! These small facilities make up good marks to me. The only thing I would say what's 'less good' is the lifts in the building are quite slow and limited for its number of residents, and you would need to queue in car whenever u need to enter the building, because you dont get a resident car park card to enter the building directly. But these are out of the host's control, so I'm still giving a 10 out of 10 for my stay at this place!

The place is well maintained and it is very clean. It is cosy and the location is near the famous dim sum shop. The host is responsive. I placed my passport in the drawer after I checked out and the host immediately contacted me and returned it. Thank you.

Cleanliness is very good. Many facilities are provided. I sleep at night with a view of the lights and the sky. Very beautiful and sleep well.

Suggestions for improvement, can add a mirror in the living room.

Easy fuss free process. Host provided all the necessary details and even had a video guide on how to go about collecting keys and to the designated parking spot.

Checking in and out as a visitor was a bit troublesome but its ok once you get the hang of it!

The security is too strict, which makes it inconvenient for friends to visit…

Overall is good, clean and comfortable.

During my stays, only two lifts are working, another two lifts are not function, take some times to wait for the lifts, hope the maintenance can fix it soon.

cheap, unit is very well equiped and clean.

1. Host gave wrong instruction on key collection that we wasted 30 minutes strolling around in the car park where i could have just gone straight to mail room to collect key. 2. 2 out of 4 lifts are not working. Waiting time for lift is horrible min 15 minutes. Most of the time the waiting time and the lift is so full that we have to use staircase @ 20th floor.

Everything is good with the house especially room condition is very clean, tidy and nice aroma. House is spacious and location is good.

The guard took a long time to register even with qr and the parking bay was complicated and i missed out the parking entrance then need to go out from the guardhouse and turn in again, it took almost 1 hour for checkin process due to front car stuck at guardhouse and everything’s seem not systematic. Even the lift also time consumable, only two lift functioned for 30 floors residents and you could imagine.

They patrol the carpark and common facilities very frequently - Dedicated parking lot - House was clean and same as photo provided - Instruction was very clear on check in, to do, not to do and check out

- There is very little lifts. always spend a lot of time waiting for lifts. For a building of almost 30 floors, the lift speed is very slow. - Bed is a bit hard but is manageable.

My parents approved the cleanliness so that means it's really A++

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay condo in Johor. The place was clean and quite comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. The amenities were well-maintained, and the environment was peaceful, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The owner was friendly and responsive, ensuring that everything was in order for my stay. The location was convenient. Overall, it's a great place to stay, and I will definitely choose this condo again for my next visit to Johor.

Mistake and had to pay fine because parked at wrong floor with same number lot. Weird same number but different floor. But own fault.

There are only 2 out of 4 lifts operating at Block C. So, it will take up to 5 minutes one way (either go up or go down) if there are multiple stops along the way.
