Die Ruhe, die Lage direkt am Kanal und die kostenlos benutzbaren Utensilien wie Kanu, Sub! Wir konnten ein Elektroboot mieten.

Toppenläge utmed kanalen med egen uteplats och badstege. Boendet var fräscht och välutrustat. Aktiviteter både som ingick och man kunde köp till, elbåtstur var en höjdare! Promenadavstånd till restauranger.

Hade önskat AC men visste att det inte fanns.

Bel appartement très confortable situé au calme a la campagne au bord d'un canal. C'est un emplacement idyllique. Très propre et confortable.

Manque de place pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain. Mais c'est un détail, tout était super.

Lieu magnifique (la terrasse, le canal, la vue) et beaucoup de possibilités.personnel gentil, serviable On a pu louer des velos pour aller a keukenhoff. Acces facile a la ville et en bus piur l'aeroport et leyde De belles vacances qui donnent envie dy retourner plus longtemps. Merci

Die Lage ist ein Traum. So ruhig und doch so nah zu tollen Städten wie Leiden und Amsterdam. Wunderbare Radtouren rund um das Braasamer Meer gemacht.

Uns hat alles gefallen!!! Die Reihenhäuser sind vielleicht ein bisschen hellhörig, aber das ist wirklich nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt.

Ein sehr idyllisches und erholsames Feriendomizil in perfekter Lage für Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto in alle Richtungen des Landes (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Gouda. Utrecht, Leiden, Haarlem, Freizeitpark Efteling, Kinderdijk). Kostenlose Kajaks und SUBs vor der Tür, E-Bikes und E-Boot gegen Gebühr. Nettes kleines Städtchen, tolles Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar, nette Gastgeberfamilie; wir hatten eine sehr schöne und abwechslungsreiche Zeit

Bei warmen Temperaturen war es in den Schlafzimmern in der oberen Etage zu warm. Eine Klimaanlage wäre hier wünschenswert. Das Wasser direkt vor Tür zieht die Mücken an, so dass man das Dachflächen-Fenster nachts leider nicht weit öffnen kann (sondern nur einen Spalt wegen der Mückengase). Der Erholungswert in den Reihenhäusern steht und fällt mit den Nachbargästen links uns rechts, da man trotz Sichtschutz praktisch nebeneinander sitzt auf der Terrasse. Wir hatten uns aufs Baden gefreut, aber uns persönlich war das stehende Gewässer zu grün und naturbelassen. Seerosen, Enten, Schwäne, alles schön anzusehen, aber nicht zum Baden. Andere Gäste hat es aber nicht gestört, sie sind im Wasser gewesen. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir lieber eines der freistehenden Einfamilienhäuser buchen. Die sahen toll aus!

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, viel Natur und Ruhe, das Haus gemütlich, mit eigener Terasse und Bademöglichkeit. Man kann Kajak fahren, Standup paddeln (das ist kostenlos) und mit einem Elektroboot die Gegend erkunden (kostenpflichtig). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Etwas mehr Geschirr (hauptsächlich kleine Teller) wäre schön gewesen.

Wahnsinnig schöne Gegend und Unterkunft. Es war ruhig und idyllisch. Man kommt schnell nach Amsterdam, Den Haag und Rotterdam. Auch zum Meer ist es lediglich eine 30 Minütige Autofahrt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Sogar ein Geschirrspüler war vor Ort. Es war ein Traum.

Eigentlich war es wirklich durch und durch gelungen. Das einzige, dass mich gestört hat, das die Matratzen im Doppelbett immer ein Eigenleben entwickelt hatten und eine große Furche entstanden ist. Da unser jüngster immer zu uns ins Bett kommt, echt lästig. Aber das ist wirklich Raunzen auf hohen Nivau.

They're was very little to not like, stand up paddle boards, canoeing, boating, cycling, walking, it was a holiday to suit everyone. I would highly recommend the body to and cycling. Erwin, Kim, Sis and Nikki were all so helpful and pleasant, they made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating. The village of Roelofarendsveen is a perfect place for either a relaxing holiday or an active one.

Fabulous location. Beautiful views. Excellent amenities in the house, the games room and on the water. We loved the games room, Sups, canoes and electric boat. Mick was a great companion too.

Going home

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful setting! Kayaks and paddle boards were a hit with the kids too! Unfortunately didn’t get time to take the e-boat out for a spin. 100% recommend.

Great location at the river. Cute house, well equipped.

We really liked the villa. All rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the parking lot is next to the villa, shower worked well, as well as heating. The villa is modern but has a very cozy feel, especially in the evening. The hosts are great, the communication via email was easy and precise, the face-to-face talk was very pleasant and informative. We would gladly come back again. This accommodation is great in winter, and it must be gorgeous in summer, we believe.

There is nothing accommodation related to be mentioned here, everything worked well. There was a bad weather during our stay in February, so we had no opportunity to enjoy outdoor seating and swimming in the canal. Maybe next time.

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Our host was very kind and speaks English. The apartment was clean with a lovely shower and well-equipped kitchen. There is a little deck outside with gorgeous rural views. It is very peaceful! There is a canal with paddle-boards which the kids loved. Thanks to Kim (and to Mick from the kids!) for a wonderful holiday.

The whole experience was excellent. Kim and family are amazing hosts and couldn’t be more helpful. The paddle boards and kayaks were a win and used every day. Mike was a constant welcome companion to the girls. And the restaurant across the road Paal 7 is also excellent (and owned by Kim’s brother!). Overall great get away beautiful location and fabulous hosts.

Was all great - nothing not to like!

The properties were good quality and were well maintained and had a great view out over the water across the polder.

Very well, modern equipped apartment, with small terrace, and direct access to canal. Apartment equipped in everything you need, high quality furniture and kitchen appliances and even gas grill. Located in a very green, quiet area, you can use canoes or sup.

Bicycles were not yet available.

Nice and cozy accommodation with pretty well equipped kitchen. It would be great to have a bigger pot so it is easier to cook for 4 people. The property was really greatly designed for use and usefulness which we truly appreciated.

The number of post-booking messages was too high with IMHO low value (providing car license plate, IBAN). On the other hand it would be great to know how to get into property without a need to make a call...
