Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Location was good as it’s near the night market, the shops, amenities, beach and pagoda which on the rock at the beach. The room was spacious, clean, toiletries were provided, aircon and wifi were good. Everything needed were met, staff understood what we asked her though she could not speak English fluently. She tried to help us. The room price was very cheap but the room was beyond our expectations, worth staying of homestay. It’s not a home stay but a small hotel with big room and lift was there 👍
With the price paid, no comment to dislike.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Phòng rộng rãi, thoải mái, sạch sẽ rất phù hợp cho du lịch gia đình hoặc du lịch tự túc, vì khách sạn ở ngay trong khu chợ đêm Phú Quốc, nên về buổi chiều, ban đêm xe ô tô không thể chạy vào tới nơi. Tuy nhiên khoảng cách đi bộ từ khách sạn ra đến nơi đón xe được cũng khoảng 50 mét.

The shower heads didn't have a mount on the wall. Not enough seating in the living room area.

Cửa sổ tầng1 ko đóng được, cần sửa lại. Máy hút mùi bếp ko thấy hút mùi ra ngoài Tầng 2 phòng 201 - nhà vệ sinh bị mùi cống và ko có quạt thông gió Tầng 1 nhà vệ sinh quạt hút mùi không chạy.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026Апартотель находится на ночном рынке. Рынок работает до 23, шумно, но не совсем критично. Торговцы потом собираются до 24, а после - тихо. Пляж, находящийся недалеко, но грязный. Он больше для любованием закатами под живую музыку. Для купания на пляж нужно ездить. Остановки автобусов в обе стороны рядом, а также близко обменник, турагентство, супермаркеты. Рядом много кафе, пекарня, лапшичные. В описании апартаментов были указаны сушка и гладильные принадлежности, но этого не было. Зато есть стиральная машина, которой не заявлено. В санузлах неудобное расположение душа, он без ограждения и весь пол мокрый. Но это видно и на фото. Уборка раз в три дня, но нужно говорить, чтобы убрали, а не ждать. Девочки на ресепшне очень любезные, но английского языка не знают. Пользуются аудиопереводчиком. В принципе, любой вопрос можно решить. Кухня есть, но комплектация посудой не соответствует количеству проживающих. Матрасы очень жёсткие, а подушки удобные. Звукоизоляция очень плохая, слышно всё, что творится в соседнем номере. Особенно неприятно ночью, у всех гостей разный режим. Интернет очень плохой, особенно вечером, когда собираются все гости. Зато рано утром - всё хорошо.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment room and it was fantastic! Exceeded our expectations. Super clean, nicely decorated, bedrooms were beautiful and each had their own bathroom, kitchen was equipped with all cooking needs, and the location was unbeatable with the night market just steps away (though still quiet inside hotel) and a short walk to the beach (we accessed down a little set of stairs next to Seashells resort). We also loved the coffee/drink shop across the way which had great salted cream coffee and a wonderful view of life on the river. Would highly recommend Co Hai La, and would absolutely stay again.
Honestly, can't reallt fault it.

Есть фен, чайник, моющиеся в красивых керамических баночках, халаты и постельное белье белоснежные. Напор воды отличный, есть горячая вода. Тишина в отеле, никого не видно и не слышно. Отель выходит сразу на ночной рынок. Но в номере тихо. На этаже есть терраса, где можно курить, пить кофе, смотреть на речку и на город.

The apartment is perfect for travelling with kids with 2 separate rooms and bath - allows everyone to have their own space. Washing machine & dryer available. Highly recommend

There is ensuite bathroom, a living room with kitchen amenities and washing machine. Operator is responsive to queries and accommodative. Good for staycation.
The staircase in the 2-bedroom apartment is narrow and steep, somewhat inconvenient for seniors.

Reviewed May 20, 2025Superb home stay, located right into the night market on a quiet street ! Room are so nicely decorated, such as the common part. The rooftop terrace is beautiful too, very aesthetic looking, with a video projector. So cozy atmosphere… same as the room it’s so cozy inside despite there is no window. Room and building is very clean. There is a lift in the building.
The only things, is the staff don’t speak English so it’s only Google translate with voice.
