Cozy Studio in Espoo - Free Garage Parking

Byt je veľmi priestranný, dobre vybavený a čistý s veľkým balkónom, kde sme raňajkovali. Prostredie je bezpečné a neďaleko je supermarket. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola vynikajúca. Celkovo sme boli spokojní a opäť by sme sa tam vrátili.

Very spacious apartment with almost all you need. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Parking option was also perfect

The bed is way too small for 2 adults. I was missing some small shelves next to bed where to put a phone or glass. Unfortunately the neighbors upstairs were very noisy during our stay…

De locatie was geweldig. Rustige, nette buurt. Gebouwen zagen er vrij nieuw uit. Bushalte voor de deur en halte voor tram en trein op loopafstand. Supermarkt in de straat. Appartement was netjes en compleet. Prettig om de auto in de parkeergarage te kunnen parkeren

В комнате было очень холодно, теплое одеяло было очень маленьким, не подходит для использования для двоих человек.

Nice, cozy apartment in a location with great public transport options and a big shopping centre nearby. Host was very friendly, and very flexible regarding check-in arrangements to accomodate for my schedule, even offering to pick me up from the airport.

Very good location. Very clean and spaceous apartment, actually bigger then it looks in the pictures. Very close to a market, and also the Sello shoping Center. Train station is very near.

Asunto oli esteetön ja oma parkkipaikka hallissa loistava. Hintalaatusuhde ok.

Yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto oli harhaanjohtava. Asunto on pieni yksiö. Sänky aivan liian kapea kahdelle aikuiselle ja MadeInIkea, niin myös kestävyys mietitytti. Astioita liian vähän edes kahdelle. Loppusiivouksesta en löytänyt mainintaa varauksesta, vain lappu pöydällä. Ei ollut siihen tarvittavia välineitä mm. WC:n siivousrättejä. Tilaa olisi ollut sohvalle/nojatuoleille ja jollekin lisätasolle pikku tavaroille. Asunto viileä kun ulkona -12, ja vain yhden hengen peitto kaapissa. Pienellä vaivalla ja edullisestikin saisi viihtyisämmän

A nice small apartment with friendly and flexible hosts. Indoor parking garage and late check in was a bonus.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn't up to my standards, with some visible hairs in the bathroom and clear signs of lack of cleaning. Additionally, no duvet was provided, which is strange considering it's winter... This, combined with the radiators turning off at night, this made it very cold to sleep and a bit uncomfortable. You should definitely give some extra blankets if there is no plans to provide a duvet, especially during finnish winter! :)

Peter nos buscou no aeroporto e foi muito solícito conosco. Além de simpático e muito educado! O apartamento é maior do que imaginei, espaçoso, iluminado, arejado e muito limpo. Há supermercado e farmácia próximos, estação de trem, mas o serviço d táxi para a catedral não fica caro. É uma excelente opção de hospedagem.

Apenas a cama balança muito quando a outra pessoa se mexe.

Hosts are welcoming and helpful. The location is really nice! A shopping center very near and facilities to reach Helsinki city center. Very cosy place.

Kitchen equipment is a little bit poor, hosts promised to add more stuff so I’m sure you won’t have the same problem.

Logement très bien situé avec parking. La personne qui nous accueille pour les clés et très sympathique. Très bonne communication et indications faciles.

The studio is really very spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is modern, clean and beautiful.

Rauhallinen asunto. Vaikka asunto oli kadun puolella, ei sieltä kuulunut meteliä. Auton sai pysäköidä autohallin. Iso plussa. Bussi pysäkki on aivan talon kohdalla. Ratikka pysäkki n. 200m päässä.

De vermelding zegt “gratis parkeren”, maar ter plekke blijkt het alleen openbaar straatparkeren met 4-uurslimiet (06–18) met parkeerschijf. Dat is niet hetzelfde als gratis parkeren bij de accommodatie of 24/7. Hierdoor maak ik extra kosten / ben ik beperkt. Graag vergoeding van parkeerkosten of passende compensatie. Screenshots en foto van verkeersbord bijgevoegd. “Advertentie zegt ‘free parking’, maar het bleek openbaar straatparkeren met parkeerschijf en 4 uur limiet (06–18). Geen 24/7 of eigen plek. Voor de rest was het verblijf enigszins oké, buitenom de eigenwijze eigenaren.

Stanovanje majhno, ampak zelo prijetno za bivanje. Imaš vse kar potrebuješ. Lahek dostop. Gostiteljica zelo prijazna. Edini minusek je, da je težko najti javno parkirišče, kjer lahko pustiš avto za nekaj ur.

Es difícil encontrar parking fuera según a qué hora, pensábamos que por lo que se indica en las características del alojamiento (de hecho lo reservamos por ese motivo) tenía parking, pero no.

I had such a good time in this cozy Studio. Also great price value and a really welcoming host.

The owner picked me up from airport and took me to ferry at nominal cost. Apartment is very clean with nice glassed in balcony. Everything is provided for pleasant stay.

Not a big deal but walking to commuter train takes 15 minutes and then another 15 minutes to get to center. There is also a bus stop outside building.

Very cosy and in good place, very quiet and well organized. Had food and drinks that you could buy for additional cost - very thought through!

Heat isn’t working good and no blanket for 2 people

This suited our needs for a place to get some sleep after returning from abroad, before one of us driving north and the other flying out again... It is a simple, clean, typical Finnish flat. The location is not anything to write home about, but you probably know that already if you are looking for a place to stay in Espoo. In our case, it worked fine for what we needed.

One of our requirements when finding a place was parking, and this was a major challenge here. Perhaps at a different time of day it would have been easier, but when we arrived there was no parking available anywhere close to the property. I would suggest that the owners consider renting a parking place in the building's garage if they intend to advertise that their property has parking. Perhaps this would not have bothered us so much under normal circumstances, but when it was late and we were tired, and just got off a long flight that was delayed and just looking to get a few hours of sleep before getting moving again, those extra inconveniences were not welcome.

Host was so nice, he even drove us to the Airport (for 10€). We had snacks to choose from (for a ok price). The location was good, only about 30 minutes from the center of Helsinki with the bus

Bed was uncomfortable, the water from the shower was going everywhere. It wasn’t very clean, the carpet was dirty and the bathroom too. It was cold but the extra blanket was dirty so we couldn’t take it.

It looked clean because it was new but it wasn’t. There were dust everywhere we had to wipe them off because i have asthma. The Bed was super uncomfortable and small. The room lacks a good sized Sofa. There was an opened coffee sachet left together with the complimentary coffee at the kitchen which shows the room is not thoroughly checked after guests check out. There were empty shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower. The towels were thin and hard on the skin. The heaters dont function well (winter time) and the blankets were thin there were no duvets. No floor towels available. And GUESTS MUST CLEAN the apartment as rules before leaving. Not good. I am an airbnb owner as well and i find it sad to be leaving this kind of comments.

Host was very friendly, professional and respectful. Responded to my queries promptly. Provided help and instruction to reach the location. Easy check-in process. Great Location. Easy access to public transport. Everything needed for a short stay was available at the apartment, including some oil and salt for cooking, cleaning materials and even an oscillating fan to ease the warm weather. It was really a cozy home like stay experience. I would certainly book it again.

Unstable WiFi connection. If you are traveling for work, it's better to arrange a sim card with internet access. I wish there were more floor cleaning wipes.

Good location close to a shopping centre with buses, light rail and trains all within walking distance. Newly built building with all the appliances brand new, simple but cosy decoration. The host was flexible with the check in time and it was excellent value for money.

The place is really nice. Clean and new, quite close to Alberga station. The host is very responsive. I have no problems with communications and key pick up. The check-out time is also good (12 AM), you do not need to run away by early time. I wish the host all the best!

Peter was an amazing host! He suggested to pick me up on my way to Helsinki (I was arriving on a bus that apparently had a stop nearby, from where he could drive me by car) and allowed for early check-in. The apartment exceeded my expectations - it's much bigger than on the photos, and everything was provided. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the communication to city center is convenient, with a train station nearby. A short walk or bus ride takes you to huge mall. And all that for such a steal of a price!

It's a nice studio close to a train station. The owner is a super friendly person, we arrived in the middle of the night and it was not a problem to give us a key. Highly recommend.

Fantastic fully equipped apartment. Close to bus stop and walking distance (15min) to shopping centre / train station too via walking/bike path. Amazingly kind host who even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for a reasonable fee and even gave us a small tour of the city on the way in. Lots of local knowledge from host about transport system too available in the apartment. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is very clean and new. The bathroom is absolutely nice, the kitchen has enough essential things for cooking, even has some oils for frying. The bed is good, location very near to the bus stop, actually, just in front of the building. Nice host!

Great communication from the host. The apartment itself is actually bigger than we thought, plenty of room - and a functional kitchen which is always a bonus. Parking is available close by, in overall that was great place.

Warm place, enough space, well cleaned and maintained. Our flight from Dublin got delayed and they could receive us at almost 1am (thank you for that). We really liked the place and we would definitely recommend staying there.
