Nivica 46 Luxury Apartment Langebaan

The apartment was nice and clean and had anything that we needed.

The area doesn't have Ubers ,we didn't know that I wish they could mention it when someone books the place

The whole place is spacious, comfortable,stunning view. Loved everything about the place.

The apartment is generally stylish and well appointed. The facility manager did their best to assist us (but see below, the owner did not enable this).

Reasons not to stay: black mold all over the bedroom windows, no heater (and it was cold!), and dishonest owner. We wouldn't have booked to stay here except that the accommodation that I had booked I accidentally booked for the wrong dates (and wasn't available for the dates we needed). That was 100% my own fault. I messaged the manager to ask if we could transfer our booking to another property owned by the same person so I wouldn't have to pay twice. They said I could but would need to book this apartment and then apply for a free cancelation of the other. I did this in good faith, unfortunately that was my second mistake. The owner could have just said "no, tough luck" but they never did. Instead they kept stringing me along saying booking.com hadn't sent the request (even when I sent screenshots proving it had). Very dishonest. The manager did her best to be helpful but ultimately the owner never upheld their end of the deal.

Well for starters the place exactly as is on the pictures and everything just fitted nicely in. And linky was extremely nice always hands on when I had a question on certain things. She was top tier really we really appreciated her efforts for the weekend. She was hands on with the power outage trying to call the municipality she really went out of her way eventhough the power didn't really affected us as a family cause we still manage to have a wonderful evening.

There was like an power outage but it didn't really affected us in anyway.

The property was very beautiful fitted with all the necessities.

The fact that the caretaker was at our door unannounced demanding that we open the door when we had a query about the DSTV account. We were on holiday, but it felt like a school field trip where a teacher should constantly check up on children. She also sent us checkout details on the morning, the day before our checkout date. It’s as if she wanted us out already.

The communication with the agent was very good and all instructions clear. The apartment was super clean. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, plates, mugs etc. The cute balcony was great for our morning coffee and sunsets.

An extra fan would have been nice for the 2nd room.

The place is extremely well equipped and tastefully decorated. It was a pleasure staying there. The next visit will have to be for an extended period.

The indoor braai was the star of the show. The apartment was modern, clean, and neat with a big screen TV and a very comfortable bean bag that you can sink into and fall asleep on. The apartment was also fully stocked with all the utensils you would need.

It was extremely hot during our stay, and an aircon would be a gamechanger in this apartment. You need to bring your own pods for the Nesrpesso machine as it takes the Vertuo pods which are not easily obtainable in Langebaan although Linky was kind enough to swop it for a standard machine and I bought my own standard pods.

We like the calm and the quietness atmosphere during our stay as well as swimming in the swimming pool.

The host must communicate beforehand if there is a change to the reference person who will take over and will communicate with us before our arrival at our destination.

We had a lovely two-night stay with my family. The instructions for entering the property were very clear, and the area is nice and quiet with great views. The host was very quick with her responses as well. Highly recommended.

The only suggestion is that the owners consider having a heater available. It was a cold weekend and a fan heater would have been nice.

The complete comfortability like as at home but with a luxurious touch and quietness that calms the soul.

Having to go down common area to have a cigarette other than having to smoke on the balcony would've been better , but respectfully obeyed there rules.

The noise of children running and shouting in the corridors till after 11pm. Guest leaving on Saturday evening being excessively loud talking to people on the balcony.

I was surprised with the request to to pay an extra R600 to cover for the stay of my 2 year old baby,for the 2 days that I have stayed there, what hurt the most is that I was sent message last night around 22:00pm, I couldn’t sleep all night as I felt like I was being monitored through out, it made my last day uncomfortable & I felt as if maybe I just didn’t fit in because maybe they were not used to having a black person in the property, provided that she kept sending me messages non stop, reminding me of rules and check out, which I was very much aware of, had she contacted me earlier when I got there about my baby, I would have atleast made a decision of whether my baby can stay or not, but I very much feel ambushed

The apartment is very easy to locate with easy access. The kitchen is well equipped with amazing appliances. It is very clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Lizanne, the hostest was very kind and did regular but welcomed checks on us during our stay. Very pleasant I would definitely book this apartment again.

The unit is absolutely gorgeous and so are the views. The location is very central in Langebaan and the mall is 600m from the apartment. Lizanne is a lovely and caring host. We absolutely loved it and the apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. We will definitely book it again in future.

Everything was fine with regards to the apartment.

The fact that we did not have water for a day and a half. That is not Nivica's fault as the municipality was busy with maintenance on the water pipeline which affected the whole of Langebaan and Saldanha. It did put a damper on our mood even though the host Lizanne went out of her way to get us a few 5-liter bottles of water. So, we didn't braai and that was the main reason why we decided to book an apartment with an indoor braai.

The apartment was very cozy had every needed and more. Our Host Lizanne was the best. Home away from home.

It was beyond value for money with this property. So clean, every appliance I needed was available. The night views were amazing and the hosts were so engaging, especially in answering our questions. The property is great for families, couples, or even solo trips. Will definitely be back.

Smell in refrigerator was not good. Rest of the facility was great, the guidelines were spot on and Lizaan ensure we were organised.

The view and location is great. The flat has everything you need. It was cold but there was enough blankets. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances for all purposes. The complex is clean with a lovely pool and safe parking.

The apartment was great. Just a bit discerning that the bathroom and shower was a bit dirty. There was hair and grit in the shower.

We loved everything. Lizanne and Lienkie treat us as royalty from the day I booked. Lizanne were amazing, made us feel welcome. The compartment felt like home. All the appliances were upmarket, the best. There are more crockery for your guests and an indoor braai,washer/dryer,espresso machine, dishwasher.True luxury. 2full bathrooms. Lots of blankets, a heater. The owner really thought of everything you might need. Milk,coffee, tea,sugar, salt,pepper, oil.Wow it was great,walking distance to Laguna Mall. 2minutes drive to Club Mykonos. The price of this 🏠 were much cheaper then Club Mykonos. My family and I highly recommend this house. Please do not hesitate to book and you will not regret this house no 46 with Lizanne as your host. The unit relatively new with excellent high end facilities.I loved the cleanliness, sea view, comfort and luxurious beddings and toiletries.

The lift didn't work which made it challenging carrying fire wood, water and bags up 3 flights. I don't like the open bathroom concept in the main bedroom.

OMG! That place is like a little heaven,it has EVERYTHING one would need when on vacation. I loved everything about it, will definitely go back.

The apartment was accessible to all amenities.It was cozy and exceptionally clean.It had all the neccessary Appliances.A lovely lock and go and spacious for our family of 3.

Lift didn't work

The apartment was very comfortable with everything you need for a weekend or longer stay. The decor was very tasteful and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay.

We had 2 cars and 1 had to park outside the complex. Plus out of our hosts control the elevators were down.

The fact that the facility has a indoor braai area

The apartment is situated so that we are able to have good Seaview. Everything you need is in the flat. Exceptional clean. The apartment is very nice and big.

1. Power failure for 2 days ( 10 and 6 hours ), respectively. Spoiled our stay. 2. Lifts not working ( having an 84 -and 72 year old persons and a wife with a spine problem climbing stairs ) 3. Need a bigger pot for making food.

The unit is well organized , the host is nice and detailed and prompt reply and very helpful. The unit is clean and have most of the things you need! Kitchen has all equipments you need if you cook! Good location!

we were at new year eve period so a bit of noise from the outside and problem with the unit reserved parking space, someone took our spot but the host took care that issue for us.
