The beach is very picturesque. Lots of engaging activities at the resort. Shops are so nearby as well.

This club is absolutely breathtaking. It truly feels like you've been transported to Greece, but it's right here on our doorstep. The property is immaculate, the atmosphere is so serene, and every corner is picture-perfect.

Rayvern and Gisele were excellent with warm welcome and assisted us throughout our stay. The place is stunning and family orientated. I am definitely returning with my children. The restuarants, kids activities were on another level.

that I could not get an invoice from CM nor Booking.Com. It is such a frustrating experience which made me say that I will not book through booking.com. I used my money for work purposes and now I am not able to get my refund because I do not have invoices for my August accommondation which I used booking.com

The location is close to the mall which was very convenient for us. The rooms were clean and the main bed is very big and comfortable. Overall we had a good stay with a lot of affordable activities to do. The kids really loved this place.

The shower had a serious leak which made coming out of the shower uncomfortable and having to dry the floor afterwards

The view was great. Everything we asked for they delivered.

The bed was very hard. The kettle had a very short lead they changed the Saturday after cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and centrally located, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and other amenities. We really enjoyed the variety of activities available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

A small warm water pool for the amount 't of people is not on. Kids and other people swimming over you and the pool water was far from warm. The best answer I could get was mam you must come at 07h00 in the morning. Will the temperature of the water change, I can promise you NO. The room was clean, but the room felt cold and the bedding was cold, The type of bedding only works for summer. The kids had to sleep on the couches which were extremely hard and the plugs on the one side and lights did not work in the room. The main door of the room does not close properly. At other resorts there are staff around to assist with luggage to the car when we are booking out or an arrival. We searched for our unit for more than 30 minutes, which caused huge frustration. The same to the different venues had to drive around asking staff for info, where is this place? how does this work? some staff don't even know. No braai area as well, actually only a sleeping place.

Beautiful location.

There were many issues that were unacceptable. When we arrived it was pouring with rain and the porter never arrived to assist us with our luggage. In the unit itself there was a flickering light that we had to ask for someone to come and attend to, the shower leaked very badly causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor, the bathroom door jammed and couldn’t be closed, there was no ‘do not disturb’ notice which we had to ask 3 people to please bring us, the safe was locked and we had to ask for a maintenance man to come and unlock it, there was no key for the sliding door onto the balcony, there were puddles outside our door that we had to walk through and we asked 3 people to please sweep which was not done. The units should be checked to see that everything is in order before guests arrive and not left for the guests to sort out or just put up with.

The Cafe V food and service was great.

Some of the lights and the safe were not working.

There was a lot to do and the e scooters and tuk Tuks made it more accessible and there are amazing views when u go up the hill we also found a seagull chick

On our last night the upstairs guests were extremely noisy, sounded like furniture was being dragged around.

Some waiters couldn't help us with direction yet they are working inside the complex but the cleaning staff helped us nicely .
