Purtroppo non c’è la possibilità di pagare il parcheggio direttamente dalla reception, sarebbe un plus di comodità

Large breakfast spread which was ok, very limited gluten-free selection (prepackaged crackers and bread). We were only staying for 1 night but if we stayed for longer location would be too far from the central areas.

La posizione è un po' decentrata rispetto al cuore di Venezia, ma comunque comodamente raggiungibile in poche fermate di vaporetto. Molto gradevoli sia gli spazi comuni esterni che quelli interni, dove volendo è anche possibile fare smart working in tutta tranquillità. Ottima la colazione a buffet, con varia offerta sia dolce che salata.

Para mim e meu marido não foi um problema, mas há uma pequena caminhada até o People Mover que se estiverem com malas maiores e pessoas com dificuldade de se deslocar pode ser um item negativo.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Śniadanie kontynentalne, wszystko świeże i smaczne. Na ogromny plus zasługuje wielkość sali, wszyscy goście znaleźli miejsce dla siebie. Ciekawą atrakcją był śpiewający kelner, takiego wydarzenia nie mieliśmy w żadnym hotelu. Śniadanie można było zjeść na dworze, z widokiem na lagunę wenecką. Pokoje czyste i nowe. Pościel codziennie zmieniana. Kilka kroków od hotelu znajdował się autobus wodny oraz kolejka, gdyby komuś przeszkadzał spacer ok 20 minut od Piazale Roma.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Piękny hotel, nowoczesny, czysty. Lokalizacja trochę na uboczu, ale miało to zarówno swoje plusy jak i minusy. Dobra baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Wenecji. Dobre śniadania.
Przez to ze hotel znajduje sie w pobliżu parkingu i portu nad ranem często bywało głośno.

Lockers had to be paid for while waiting for rooms to be ready and wernt really big enough for several suitcases so had to pay for 2 lockers.

You have decided to nickel and dime the customers. The first year you were open was very nice. Now you charge for everything and are not clear on the charges. You 100% need to change your website to show prices immediately when scanning through instead of 1/2 way to r/4 the way down the page. I will not stay here again. This experience was very unsatisfactory.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Новый современный отель. Расположение кажется спорным, но только на первый взгляд. Оно очень удобно. Водный транспорт в двух шагах, можно купить проездной на несколько дней и попасть легко в любую точку. Очень тихо, сидеть и пить кофе с видом на лагуну отдельное удовольствие. Есть возможность просто перемещаясь к площади Сан Марко увидеть гранд канал с его дворцами с воды, именно так как они и должны быть увидены. Очень неплохой завтрак за 15 евро. Номер небольшой, но кровать огромная и очень удобная. Шторы блэкаут, тишина, климат контроль, хорошая сантехника с большим душем, все что нужно в путешествии, чтобы хорошо восстановиться после экскурсий и прогулок.
1. Многие писали и я соглашусь, чайник необходим, с учётом пункта 2 особенно это понимаешь. 2. Есть возможность поесть вечером, но обслуживание ужасное, официантов много, но они не работают 3. Мне просто записали бокал вина, который не принесли. Да я его заказала, но его не принесли, пришел другой официант, я спросила где вино он его принес, при этом записал ещё раз. Минус 6 евро я обнаружила это только утром, скандалить не стала, но в целом неприятно 4. Шкафа нет,а открытая система хранения такое себе удовольствие,одному человеку на пару дней нормально, двоим и на более длительный срок тяжело 5. Хранение багажа платное 2,5 евро в час максимум 5 часов, потом нужно платить за сутки 20 евро, очень дорого! И это как автоматическая камера хранения, места вам может просто не хватить. Ищите альтернативу.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026This B&B Hotel is the most modern I've ever stayed at from their brand. Recently built with fresh and energetic crew. It feels more luxiorious than other deluxe hotels in vicinity. Location is also great since you can get the waterbus to center of Venice. The bar experience was great too, I got to enjoy a realllly good cold shaken espresso and I can't believe they even had a signing waiter at our breakfast. Crazy stuff. Definetely recomended!

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Facile d’accès, cet hôtel est bien placé à côté du vaporetto qui permet d’accéder au centre de Venise .hôtel moderne et entièrement climatisé , le resto est sympa on y mange bien.
Parking trop cher, 29 euros par jour, on est parti la journée quand on est revenu la Clim était coupée et il y avait une forte odeur de moisi dans la chambre , le wifi ne fonctionne pas bien ça coupe en permanence. Pas de volet aux fenêtres.

What I didn't: Horrible, unfriendly stuff. Even they were not fully booked by far, you can't take any room until 15.00. you can leave your luggage for 15 Euro in a tresor instead. It is a rip-off! For the leadership: no hospitality means no guest on a long run.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026For us it was a great venue, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Staff is young and helpful, evening bar is perfect near the lagoon. It takes about 20' walk from Piazzale Roma, or less with the People Mover or the boat. Breakfast is too expensive, for less money you can have all kind of stuff in Venice.

Ziemlich hellhörig und das Frühstück ist bei dem Preis ein echter Witz: Nur knochenhartes Baguette aus Weißmehl oder alternativ Toast. Dafür süße Teilchen in Massen. Frisches Gemüse gibt es gar nicht und die Äpfel waren ungenießbar und verfault. Die Würstchen waren nicht mal lauwarm und für einen Latte Macchiatto soll man extra bezahlen. Bis Sachen aufgefüllt werden, dauert es ewig. Absolute Massenabfertigung!

Schade, dass man sich nicht einfach auf die Terrasse setzen kann, um sein Getränk zu nehmen

Het water in de douche liep niet goed weg met als gevolg een lokale overstroming op de kamer.

Brak, szklanek i wody w pokoju. Brak możliwości uchylenia okna w pokoju, w celu napełnienia go bryzą z weneckiej laguny. Wytrawna część śniadań powtarzalna i bez urozmaiceń.

Was very confusing to first get there and further out than it looked on the maps. Also the beds looked more like trundle beds in the room we stayed in but our travel buddies had a nice king size bed.

Die Reinigungsdame hat die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet, bei 33 Grad war es dann am Abend sehr heiß im Zimmer. Ausstattung sehr minimalistisch.

Uma vez que estamos hospedados no hotel acho que o estacionamento na garagem do mesmo deveria ser gratuito.

I missed having morning coffee available. They only offered instant decaf coffee in the other building. Otherwise you had to buy it in the cafe and I thought it was a bit pricey
