It was a very nice sized room. Very clean and comfortable. I loved the terrace view. The staff was friendly. Breakfast included was spectacular. It was easy to walk everywhere and the restaurants nearby were wonderful. Overall a great experience.

The owners/ managers were very empathetic and kind when I was struggling with my last days of travel. They helped in every way they could. There was a lovely breakfast too, which went until ten, which for me was great because I move slowly in the mornings.

The pictures do not do it justice! Reception staff were always very kind and welcoming. Even though we arrived a few hours early, they let us check in because our room was ready.

We wanted a small hotel with a Venetian feel, convenient for transport links, and a room with a canal view. Hotel Arrlechino scored on all fronts. The staff were very friendly, and helpful with recommendations. The room was comfortable, a good size and well equipped. The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the bus and taxi station (only one small bridge to cross), and the train station is also very close. There are gondolas and water taxis just outside (the hotel can arrange), and the Piazzale Roma vaporetti stop is just by the bus station. It makes getting into San Marco easy, and means you can be based in a less busy area. It's still only a short stroll, by many interesting different routes to San Marco Good restaurants right by the hotel, and short walk to the bars in Cannaregio. Overall - a really nice little hotel is a great spot.

The hotel is located in perfect place - just a quick walk from Piazzalla Roma, which is perfect, as you need to walk with luggage to it as in Venice and it is just 15 minutes from all the main city squares. We had a room with canal view, which was brilliant and gives additional view point. Breakfasts are superb. The rooms are clean and they have some fancy art work - we were in early September, but its vibe is more suitable for carnival period. I'll be coming back for sure.

The canal view has only one downside - the boats are sailing entire night - Venice is not that big, but the stree.. the canals are super busy all the time - its super unique and gives that unique vibe for the city, but I can imagine the noise might be an issue during the night - it was not for me, but maybe choose room not from water side if you are noise sensitive.

Malheureusement, notre chambre (709) était située entre deux salles réservées au personnel (« staff »). Très tôt le matin, nous étions donc réveillés par le bruit des femmes de ménage qui s’y rendaient régulièrement. L’isolation phonique n’étant pas très bonne, nous entendions vraiment tout ce qui se passait dans les couloirs et les pièces voisines. De plus, le petit-déjeuner n’est pas proposé au sein de cet hôtel, mais dans un autre hôtel situé à côté.

Posizione strategica e centrale, in una zona caratteristica e romantica della città. La nostra camera era perfettamente conforme alla descrizione: ampia, recentemente ristrutturata, pulitissima, con affaccio sul canale e locali di varia ristorazione ma comunque silenziosa. Staff molto cortese e disponibile, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli su come ottimizzare al meglio il nostro unico giorno a Venezia, sia per visitare i posti più noti ( a piedi e con vaporetto), sia su locali dove poter mangiare. Pur non disponendo di un vero e proprio deposito bagagli, hanno comunque custodito le nostre valigie prima del check in e dopo il check out. La colazione, abbondante e variegata, è servita in un albergo a due passi da loro da uno staff molto cortese e disponibile che ha saputo soddisfare esigenze legate alle intolleranze alimentari. Lo consigliamo vivamente!!!

Quarto otimo, todo reformado. Localizado bem na frente do canal, vista muito legal. Um pouco longe da praca san marcos, mas de facil acesso por ferry.

La ubicación. Cerca de la terminal de tren, lejos del centro pero te obliga a conocer Venecia de una manera que si pararas en el centro no harías. Tiene cerca varios restaurantes para cenar. Nos tocó habitaciones con una hermosa vista al canal.

Le falta un lobby. Hay que desplazarse a otro hotel para tomar el desayuno, aunque es muy cerca, cómodo y con muy buen servicio.

The location was great. Bus, water bus, taxi & train station nearby. The reception organised a porter when we left to get our bags to the train station. Excellent service. The room was beautiful. 3rd floor overlooking the canal on both sides. It was very clean & very comfortable. We had a query with the air con & it was sorted out asap. Very efficient the reception staff at this hotel. 24hr there is someone on hotel reception if you have any problems. We preferred the location here it was more relaxed and not too busy. Lots of nice bars & restaurants nearby. The centre of Venice was so busy at this time of year.

No complaints it was a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were very happy

離羅馬廣場近不用搬太遠行李，搭機場巴士很方便，也可以從羅馬廣場碼頭搭船去其他景點。陽台可以看小運河景，三樓也不會太吵。冷氣夠冷。附近就有很多好吃的餐廳。前檯人員還蠻親切，離開那天早上遇到暴雨，還跟我們說不用擔心看app跟經驗上很快就會停，結果真的一小時後就停了。早餐還不錯有熱食甚至有冰氣泡酒

早餐需要去附近的姐妹旅館吃，平常沒問題不過遇到暴雨時就比較不方便，尤其旺季又下雨只能坐室內的話就可能沒位子需要等。

We drove into Venice and parked in a parking structure right after you cross the bridge. This hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the there, which made it VERY convenient for us as we had large luggages. There was also many restaurants nearby and the canal was right in front of the hotel, which was very beautiful! It did rain heavily for some time during the morning and they were kind enough to offer us an umbrella to use -- all staff was very friendly and helpful! The room interior looked just like the pictures, which we appreciated.

I didn't like that the restroom accessible for guest/staff in the lobby was right next to our room. It was loud when people would open the door and there were moments when it sounded like our door was being opened, but it was actually the bathroom -- made us nervous at times. I wish we were notified of this prior to our stay.

Excellent location just a short walk to my favourite square for evening meals and drinks in Venice, close to the bus terminal and train station and surrounded by other great little bars, cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and the air conditioning was fantastic. Really helpful staff on the front desk and let us chill out in the sister hotel when we were waiting for our onward journey to start after checking out.

Location close to Santa Lucía Train Station and Public Transportación Piazza. Rooms with good air condition, elevator, good breakfast on beside hotel.

The hotel has very comfortable rooms, extremely helpful staff, a great location and it includes a very nice free breakfast at their sister hotel just steps away. On a canal, it has great views and tables on the canal. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there during the recent heat dome and our room at Arlecchino Hotel was cool and comfortable the entire four nights of our stay. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It was also quiet as can be at night. The location is near the bus and train stations. All in all, I highly recommend Arlecchino Hotel.

Zum Frühstücken musste man ins Hotel Olympia nebenan. War aber kein wirkliches Problem

Super pratique quand on arrive en bus depuis l'aéroport (5 minutes à pied), le personnel à l'accueil et au restaurant est très courtois et attentif (check-in à 11h sans coût additionnel), propreté des chambres était à la hauteur. Rien à dire, je recommande !

Pour mieux profiter de la vue sur le canal il faut avoir une chambre au 2eme étage au moins. On avait une chambre au 1ere étage, mais il n'était pas très haut. On voit bien le canal ainsi que les bateaux, mais aussi les gens qui passent devant. Cela reste une suggestion, le séjour était formidable malgré ça.

Hotel Arlecchino was a fabulous find for us - close to the train and bus stations, as we returned to Venice from the Dolomites, for one last day before flying home. The room was perfect - cool, clean, and spacious with a nice view of the canal. The hotel staff was helpful and gave us a great restaurant recommendation a short walk from the hotel, in an area mostly visited by locals. We loved wandering around the less congested area between the hotel and the Rialto Bridge. Thank you for making our last night special!

Excellent experience. The hotel rooms have been renovated, the air conditioning was very good, breakfast had a good variety and the staff was so friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel for Venice. Also, the area has many restaurants within a short walking distance. Finally, the location to the Vaporetto and Piazza Roma is only a few steps away, easy for dragging luggage and getting to the other islands.

Perfect location if getting the bus from the airport into Venice. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Aircon was excellent and needed as it was very hot during our stay. Breakfast was at a sister hotel a few metres away but was very good and good value.

The use of plastic spoons on the tea and coffee tray in the rooms. The hotel looked a bit dirty from the outside (Walls could do with a clean), but once inside was spotless.

Short walk from the bus station which is great coming from the airport. 10 minute or so walk from the train station. Luggage storage so if you get there early you can drop your bags and explore Cafe's and restaurants close by. Enjoyable walk to the main attractions of Venice. Room has a small fridge and a safety deposit box.

Some might consider the room small but we didn't mind. Pillows were not comfy.

The location was perfect for our needs, the room was comfortable and beautiful, and the staff were outstanding.

The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes from the train station. The bathroom was beautiful and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

The only baby complaint would be the beds, We had two little twin beds and the highest point was the middle.

Location is supreme, two minutes from both Boston and train stations. Ideal location to explore all the main attractions in Venice. Bonus of having a gondola stuff right outside. Hotel is at the Canal crossroads so the views are spectacular. With authentic Window shutters. Stafford seemed helpful and will support you with any queries and luggage Storage. Room rooms are not hugely spacious, but beds are very comfortable, plenty of storage and all the required amenities. Loved it.

The location is excellent for seeing the city but importantly on arrival there is virtually no lugging of bags over many bridges. And it’s super close to main Vaporetto terminal.

Overall it’s great. It would be nice to have a common area to relax in other than the room but not a big deal.

The location was super convenient to the central station and the Santa Croce car rental location. It was clean, large room, and very comfortable.

It was a little noisy and because the Italian government had a prohibition on using A/C until June 1, open windows was the only option. This isn’t the property’s fault.

Great breakfast at it's sister hotel with a very spacious garden. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel is very close to the main transport hub, the train station being a further 10 minute walk. The main St Marks Square is a picturesque 25 minute walk from the hotel with public boat options easily available.

Hotel A was really great. Clean, location was wonderful - out of the main, busy section yet close enough to walk to everything. This area felt more local. Marco and Laura at the front desk were wonderful. Very pleasant and helped me secure an early morning taxi to the airport. The complimentary breakfast at sister hotel (Hotel Olympia) just 50 steps away was lovely. I loved my tiny balcony overlooking the canal. Thank you!

Pequeno almoço no hotel ao lado muito bom. Localização muito boa, pois ficava a 100 m da Pieazzale Roma, onde se apanham vaporettos para todo o lado e os autocarros diretos para o aeroporto

O quarto era pequenino, a casa de banho também, podia ser um pouco maior. A rua é um pouco barulhenta, mas se fechar a janela tudo bem.
