La struttura è pulita, vicino a tutti i servizi, la colazione è ottima. Ma il vero punto forte della struttura è Aladino, un ragazzo gentile, premuroso che cerca tutte le soluzioni possibili per aiutarti, parla correttamente l’italiano, fortunato chi trova un dipendente come lui e fortunati noi ospiti. La signora che si occupa delle pulizie è una donna molto dolce e riservata anche lei una persona veramente splendida.

It was clean and nicely decorated. The courtyard facilities were lovely.

It was quite difficult to find. We used Google Maps + several local people to assist us. Also, no one was at the riad when we arrived. We rang the doorbell and knocked several times. Finally, the proprietor came from the market…he was the only one working that evening and into the next morning. He was difficult to find when needed.

Personeel was geweldig. Niets was te veel gevraagd. We hadden de grote kamer en ze hebben alles netjes verzorgd. Wij komen zeker terug. Bedankt om onze reis nog beter te maken. Tot snel!

A climatização do quarto ajudou bastante a superar os dias quentes de agosto em Marrakech. Camas confortáveis, WC funcional, bom pequeno almoço. A 10min da praça principal e de pontos de recolha para tours. Boa relação qualidade/preço.

Nem sempre o anfitrião se encontrava na riad, mas não dificultou em nada na nossa estadia.

Riad muy recomendable, Aladin fue un anfitrión excepcional, pendiente de nuestro grupo (5personas) de principio a fin, atento, correcto y muy servicial. El desayuno que sirven es muy completo y delicioso. Habitaciones muy confortables, limpieza diaria. Todo 100% recomendable.

Tiene una ubicación privilegiada, a solo 10minutos de la plaza. No es difícil llegar. Aladdin fue muy amable con nosotros

La habitación súper comoda, sencilla, pero bonita, está a 2 calles de la plaza Al Fnaa, el chico Aladino fue muy amable conmigo e incluso comprensivo, pase por una situación inesperada y el me ayudó, súper que recomendado si tienen intención de hospedarse en un Riad !!

Jai aimé l emplacement du Riad à proximité de la place jemaa el fna, il est joliment décoré , moderne tout en restant traditionnel. Tres calme , petit dejeuner tres copieux et tres bon. Service de qualité. Chambre très propre rien a dire. Top ! Je recommande.

Le personnel de Riad est très gentil et sympathique surtout monsieur aalâ

Sehr nettes Riat ganz im Zentrum der Medina - aktuell wird es noch verschönert. Das Zimmer ist nicht ganz so orientalisch-prächtig wie in anderen Riads - aber durch die Nutzung des Hofes und der Dachterasse entsteht eine sehr schöne, authentische Atmosphäre.

De host Aladin is echt een ontzettend aardige man. Zonder zijn gevoel voor gastvrijheid had ik mijn verblijf anders beoordeeld. Ik ben ontzettend blij geweest met zijn gastvrijheid. Tops: - dicht bij de oude medina en je krijgt waardoor je echt het gevoel krijgt dat je bij locals zit. - douche is simpel maar prima. Tips: - Aladin heeft me dit netjes laten zien maar de betaling is achteraf, wat ik niet doorhad toen ik de boeking deed. - Ik reisde alleen (man), maar ik kan me voorstellen dat vrouwen zich minder veilig voelen in de omgeving van de riad, je moet o.a. door een paar steegjes lopen om er te komen. Ik heb me echter niet onveilig gevoeld. - Het is lekker lokaal dus verwacht geen westerse standaards qua luxe, ze waren onder andere aan het verbouwen en de deuren naar het slaap verblijf gaan anders op slot dan in de meeste westerse landen. Maar dit zijn tips want als je het gewoon voor lief neemt heb je er echt een super tijd!

Stanza per due persone, abbastanza spaziosa con bagno largo e doccia grande, Aladino, una persona stupenda, molto disponibile ed educata conosce bene l’italiano e ha esaudito tutte le nostre richieste. Colazione buona e sempre diversa ci hanno cambiato anche gli asciugamani la stanza era pulita ogni giorno venivano fatte le pulizie e messa in ordine dallo staff Aladino è disponibile 24 ore su 24 ci ha procurati anche un transfer aeroportuale alle sei del mattino. La struttura è a meno di 15 minuti dalla piazza principale.

Stradina per arrivare al Riad un po’ isolata, però sicura e aggiungerei un condizionatore in camera

🏠 Il Riad è stupendo, ogni angolo è curato e particolare, caratteristico della località. Si trova in una posizione perfetta vicina al souk ma anche ai locali principali per mangiare. 🔑 Nel mazzo di chiavi forniscono anche quelle per entrare nel Riad così da non essere vincolati con orari. 🍳 La colazione tipica ogni mattina dalle 8 alle 10 é stata fantastica, il cibo squisito e il bere dissetante. La doccia è molto spaziosa e la camera è fornita di condizionatore. ✨ Per qualsiasi cosa l'host è SEMPRE super disponibile e gentile, parla anche italiano. 🧳 È stato possibile lasciare le nostre valigie dopo il check out per passare a riprenderle per la partenza. 🍵 Avendo preso un brutto virus intestinale l'host ci ha anche aiutato offrendoci un infuso caldo al timo che ha alleviato cessato i sintomi.

I've been to Marrakech a few times and found the hosts of the Riad overly helpful and giving advice. We weren't really given any advice on the area , on excursions etc . The guy working seemed to be busy at breakfast but couldn't really find him outside of those times . There was someone's crocs in the shower which possibly means the shower wasn't cleaned after the last guests?

The host is friendly and welcoming. The place itself is decent. The location was good.

The the walls are very thin and you can hear everything outside the room. Early in the morning, guests were yelling across the floor to talk to each other, which disturbed our sleep. Other guests were also hanging out late in the lounge area, talking and laughing, which woke me up and kept me awake. There was also light shining directly through the window at night, which made it harder for me to sleep. I messaged the host about the noise, and to his credit, he did step in and got the guests to return to their rooms. A suggestion for the host would be to turn off the lounge lights around 10pm so guests don’t continue hanging out there late at night. There was also an issue at checkout regarding payment. I brought the exact amount of cash based on my booking total, but I was told the amount was higher, so I had to go back out to withdraw more money. I was informed that Booking handled the payment and this is the total price. I understand the the total price from booking but they convert it to dirham and charge a lot more in dirham which is become incorrect price. Even with poor conversion rate it still doesn’t add up that amount. Booking did not process the payment—the property collected the payment in cash. It would be much clearer and easier if payments were handled directly through Booking with credit card processing to avoid any confusion.

The hospitality here was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything easy for us. Since the riad is inside the Medina and not fully motorable, a staff member personally came to meet us and guided us to the property, which made the experience stress free. As someone in the hospitality industry, I pay attention to details, and their customer service was genuinely top tier. Anytime we needed anything, they were always ready to help with a smile. They even helped guide us around Marrakech and made us feel completely comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Aladino Zaviri and Beija. They were truly exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made my experience unforgettable. I genuinely enjoyed every inch and every bit of my stay in Marrakech because of them. One of the highlights for me was the birthday surprise they organized for me. It was thoughtful, beautiful, and made my trip extra special. The riad itself is stunning, peaceful, traditional, and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again anytime I visit Marrakech.

Oussama and Aladin were exceptional hosts, incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made our arrival and departure very easy and ensured we had a wonderful stay. Tiene una ubicación excelente, en mitad de la medina, pero a la vez es muy tranquilo. Destscar la amabilidad de Aladin, que fue muy atento, estando siempre pendiente de todo. El desayuno muy bueno. También utilizamos el servicio de taxis al aeropuerto y fue muy puntual y cómodo.

Aladin der Host in diesem Riad war sehr herzlich und zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit bereit zu helfen . Es gibt einem ein heimisches Gefühl und ist wirklich sehr sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so einfach und angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten . Wir bekamen wertvoll Tips von ihm für die Stadt und zur Verabschiedung hat er uns noch Frühstück mit zum Flughafen gegeben . Einfach herzlich

Fomos muito bem recebidos. O Aladin foi muito atencioso, viajamos com crianças e ele esteve sempre disposto a ajudar. O pequeno almoço era muito bom. A localização é ótima para quem quiser fazer o centro a pé. Se um dia voltarmos, iremos regressar a este Riad.

We arrived during the night. It was a bit difficult to find for us. But a friendly person on the street helped and then everything went very quick. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. It is very quite although it is in the medina. The host is very friendly. We would definitly book again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad à Marrakech. Les personnes qui s’en occupent sont vraiment très gentilles, chaleureuses et toujours accueillantes, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Les lieux sont magnifiques, décorés avec beaucoup de goût, et tout était parfaitement propre durant notre séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement deux minutes à pied de la place principale, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville tout en étant au calme. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement incroyable : copieux, varié et délicieux, un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin. Nous recommandons ce riad sans hésitation !

En el hotel me dieron a entender que había cocina y no es así. Cuando llegamos me indicaron que era solo para uso del personal. La habitación normal, para el precio que tiene.

Aladino è un ragazzo molto preparato. Parla molto bene italiano, e cerca di soddisfare sempre le esigenze richieste. È stato molto gentile con noi, simpatico ed educato. Nel riad è presente una terrazza con addobbamento tipico del Marocco. La struttura è accogliente e pulita. Ci ritornerei volentieri! Ciao aladino, sei entrato nei nostri cuori!!

Room was a bit dark, the light in the room was yellow and not bright. It will be a struggle for a person who needs bright light for reading or those with poor eyesight. Breakfast not available if you leave early as compared to other accommodations who can give a breakfast for takeaway.

The Riad is beautiful. The terrace has enough space for separate groups to have their relaxing time, which is pretty convenient for the night time! The room was comfortable and stuff was available and always kind. Location was also perfect!

Aconteceu uma situação bem desconfortável pois chegamos na hospedagem a noite e chovendo e eles queriam cobra o valor mais que dobrado do valor da reserva alegando que foi erro do booking com muito custo deixaram agente fica pagando metade do valor que eles estavam querendo e era maior que o valor que tínhamos reservado…. Se eles sabia que estava errado o valor era só ter informado com antecedência e não espera o hóspede chega na hospedagem e cobra o valor maior…..

Purtroppo le camere davano direttamente sulla corte interna e si sentiva il chiacchiericcio delle persone fuori, non molto adatto se vuoi dormire o hai bisogno di silenzio. Poca la privacy dato che le finestre davano sulla corte comune.

Bellissimo Riad, in centro nella Medina ma allo stesso tempo lontano dal caos. Aladino è stato gentilissimo fin da subito proponendoci un transfer dall’aeroporto! Molto consigliato :)

Die Lage ist super. Frühstück ist ausreichend und für den Preis echt super. Wir hatten unser ebook dort vergessen und ein Mitarbeiter hat es uns gegen etwas Geld ein paar Tage später zu uns gebracht, das war sehr nett.

Es war noch recht kalt und die überdecken waren relativ schmutzig und nicht bezogen.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch und hat auf unseren Wunsch auch das Frühstück auf die Dachterasse serviert.
