Studios idéalement situés - EU

Posizione.

Veramente sconsigliato.

Very clean, had everything required for two people. Great location.

Beds were uncomfortable. Lots of noise from other guests when returning to their rooms due to wooden stairs.

Bathroom in the hall, the owner informed me about it after I paid, I had a chance to cancel, decided not to but I should have. It’s really inconvenient. Door lock had an issue.

It was clean

Couldn’t sleep well because it was constant noise of the rooftop and wind

Rigtig god beliggenhed.

Clean, cozy, exactly like the photos, hosts are very helpful. It is close to EU institutions (max. 15 min walk to Schuman roundabout). It is my second time here. Thank you!

Some rooms have separate bathrooms that can be accesed from the common hallway, but you can see this in the photos provided and choose accordingly.

-

Location was good, easy access to property and straightforward check-in

Bathroom was outside of the studio (this was made clear after booking only). Bed was flimsy and creaky and mattress uncomfortable. Other issues showed poor upkeep of the property - window hinges broken, freezer section of the fridge was full of ice and would not close properly, which would drip into the fridge. Room was noisy with fridge and boiler noise.

It is in a perfect place if you need to go to the institutions.

It is uncomfortable to have to get out of the flat to use the bathroom (always 2 keys, etc.) especially at night. Also expensive for what it is, but that is a Brussels trend.

Hezká lokalita v pěší dostupnosti na metro Schuman a do evropské čtvrti.

Koupelna a záchod nebyly součástí pokoje.

Location,cleanliness,responsiveness

Washroom is outside of the room

Posizione, pulizia, condizioni dell'appartamento

Ambiente molto carino, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Quartiere tranquillo adatto a famiglie, servito di bus, tram e mezzi a noleggio: bici elettrica, monopattini elettrici e bici muscolari a basso costo (app Villo!). Check in e check out facilissimi, proprietario molto disponibile e simpatico!

the apartment was bigger and prettier than expected with all the indicated amenities. the location was great too, the surrounding neighbourhood quiet and beautiful to explore as well as well connected with other parts of the city.

the only downside is that the door didn’t feel firm enough and the walls were firm and you could hear the neighbours. as a solo female traveler it didn’t feel safe at first.

Postele byly hodně měkké a nebyl zde vlastně žádný úložný prostor.

Comfortable flat with all the necessari for one night

perfect location, spacious room, with kitchen and small table. comfortable, big window. all very nice. the building is a fantastic old building well preserved (only pay attention: narrow staircase). automatic checkin.

no complains! 2nd floor means actually 4 flights of narrow stairs. not difficult, but better to know

The location of the apartment was very good. Getting to places was also easy. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was also very clean.

The size of the bed in the apartment is very small, so it's a bit uncomfortable if two people are to use the same bed. Also, the apartment has no a/c, and since I visited during the summer, being outside or indoors made no difference because it was still very hot either way.

Convenient location. Clean, and well equipped

Nowhere nearby to buy breakfast. Boulangeries all closed

Location and easy check in

Some water would be nice since i arrive late and markets were closed

Location. Close to the park, you can walk to centrum around 30 minutes

Bathroom is outside of the room. no sound isolation at all, you can hear talks and ALL THE NOISES from other rooms so if you wanna get a good rest there - take earplugs with you

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There were enough towels.

The floor was broken, the shower door did not close properly, there were some mood stains on the curtain in the bathroom.

Excellent location for public transports! Walking distance to parks, museums, restaurants. Facilities are basic but very clean!

Nothing. Could do with fan in the room as it gets quite stuffy in hot weather (we were lucky to have beautiful weather) I missed not having a toaster 😉

The host was super helpful and accommodated my request as I had to stay longer. The room was very clean and disposed of different facilities. The position is perfect as it is very close to Place Jourdan and Schuman.

All good

Nice location, nice place. But when i was doing the reservation i saw another photos of another room. Was expecting to see it) Wanted kitchen and badroom to be devided by wall, in this room everything was in one space. Please put the toweldryer in bathroom in room Victoria)

Location and cleanliness

The stairs, no elevator and very hard with luggage. And not sound proof.

The room was quiet (!), spacious and comfortable, It came with a wardrobe, full size mirrors, equipped kitchenette, table and two chairs, a bathroom with shower and hot water. Central heating worked! So did wifi.

The room was on an upper floor with narrow and steep staircase - not recommended for guests with luggage. The bathroom had no heating so it was cold inside. I had doubts about freshness of the bedding and towels.

Excellent location, light, quiet, spacious, comfortable bed. Owner very responsive. I asked for an extra towel and pillow and he provided them in a a couple of hours. I will definitely return here in my next business trip to Brussels.

Minor thing: the room temperature is controlled remotely and could be kept a bit higher in the late evening (I am not sure the thermostat is well calibrated).

The location was extremly good, in a very nice neighbourhood. It was equipped with everything we needed. Clean, nice furniture, easy check in, nice view

The floor was really bad. When you walked around the room the dresser the bed everything was shaking like an earthquake. The same if neighbours were walking. Also you could hear everything, every conversation in another room. Some people checked out with their luggage at around midnight and it was like a train was running over the building. And the bathroom was very very cold as there was no heating. You just couldn’t be in there more than a few minutes. And the temperature was remote controlled by the host so it was pretty cold, and if we turned it up it was back down in a few minutes

Minimalism, but there was everything you need for few days. Clean and cozy.

Too small cups

Great location. Great host. Very fast responsive and helpful.

The only thing that I think could br a game changer for this location could be a coffee machine.

The studio had a kitchenette, it was quiet, the metro station was 5 min walk distance, and the Cinquantenaire was close as well.

In the bathroom there's no radiator and the water takes time to heat up.

Walking distance to Schuman. Clean room, comfortable bed. Equipped kitchenette. Self check-in.

Bathroom is private but on the corridor. I was not sure if the curtain on the bathroom window blocked view from outside. During the day heating is too low on a cold February day.

Very nice neighborhood with many means of transport available around. The house was brand new, very clean and very comfortable, especially for one person. It was also very well equipped, nothing essential was missing. Most importantly, the owner was very friendly and was eager to help with my bags and arrange a taxi for me when I was leaving because of the heavy luggage I had with me. Very helpful!

One thing that did bother me a little was the window that is almost just above the bed and carried out a lot of noise from the rain and the wind. At night that became a bit of a challenge. But I managed! Also the fact that there was no elevator was a struggle, but I guess that’s on me for not checking before booking.

The studio is extremely clean. Staff so kind and understanding. Internet fast and all amenities clean and functioning. Bed and pillow comfortable and perfect temperature. Really a good experience.

Nothing to declare!

The apartment had some positives, including a well-equipped kitchen and a nice, quiet location, though it’s not particularly close to the city center. However, our overall experience was disappointing.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard, and the most concerning issue was the presence of mold in the room, likely caused by poor ventilation and insufficient heating. The radiator is controlled externally by the owner and remains only lukewarm, leaving the apartment uncomfortably cold. Another inconvenience was the bathroom, which is not connected to the unit. To access it, you need to step outside, which is far from ideal, especially at night. To make matters worse, we had a neighbor upstairs who walked very loudly, almost stamping, to the point where the floor in our apartment shook with each step like an earthquake. This constant noise made it difficult to relax or sleep. While the kitchen and location were acceptable, the mold, coldness, awkward bathroom setup, and noise from upstairs made our stay far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment unless these issues are resolved.

Terrible bed quality

Although from the outside one would not expect much, the apartment was actually quite pleasant with limited but alll kitchen amenities one needs

a little prone to noises in neighbouring apartments, but that was all

The location is walking distance to Schuman - all the EU institutions. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. My room on the second floor (Rachel) was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The host even left the coffee, tea, olive oil... The host provided a place for storing the luggage after the check out.

The stairs are narrow and not suitable if you have to carry heavy luggage. The metro is not close. There is no heating in the bathroom.

Good location and clean. Bed was comfortable

Private Bathroom was not connected to unit. Didn’t know about that until about a week before our arrival, when it was late to find something similar for same price. Bed pillows were bad

Site

Pillow and planket were rather hard

Simple basic accomodation with all the necessary. Basic kitchenware for two people, microwave oven, coffee pot. It was one of the cheapest solutions in the area when booked. Automatic check in and check out. Recommended with no reservation if you like the essentials

Nothing. I would not recommend to somebody who is looking for a charming place to stay.

The location was perfect. Traveling to the city centre was very easy. A short walk and a 10 minute metro ride to the central station. The studio I was in was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Nothing

Everything

Great location, next to a park right in the center. Spotlessly clean, very responsive and friendly host! I had lost my luggage and they suggested places to shop and eat. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds. I can't wait to be back again!

I loved everything

The bedroom was clean and cozy

Quiet and very good location
