We liked the location of the property, BTS and MRT was close. The view from the room was amazing

We didn’t like behaviour of one of the staff, he was rude and not helpful and due to this single reason we will not come stay there again, it was unacceptable from his side.

Reserve con el desayuno incluido y me dijeron que no lo estaba ,los demás beneficios que tenía el tipo de habitación de mi reserva , después de mucho quejarme el día de entrada me los incluyeron, pero no el desayuno que era lo más importante. Puse una queja en Booking por escrito y después de 6 días y vuelta a España aquí nadie ha solucionado ni ha dado contestacion al problema.

La localisation géographique était parfaite au milieu des grattes ciels de Bangkok.

Tout d'abord nous avons pris cet hôtel pour la piscine à débordement au 35ème étage. Elle était fermé sans même nous avertir. Ensuite plusieurs choses étaient cassées comme le placard du frigo et le placard dans la salle de bain en dessous de la vasque. Ensuite pas de ménage le premier jour alors que nous n'avions pas donné d'instructions et que nous avions 2 chambres. Une des deux a été faite donc la preuve en est. Pour tous ces problèmes, à aucun moment il nous a été proposé une offre commerciale. J'attendais pas 25% de réduction mais un petit geste de bonne foi.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially because my room was upgraded to a Panorama Room. The view was absolutely amazing, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offered a stunning cityscape. The room was on the smaller side, but it was cozy and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. The bathtub overlooking the city was definitely an added bonus and made the experience even more special.

The hotel seemed to be a little short-staffed during my stay. There was only one receptionist at times, and the doorman service was quite limited. The hotel also only has two elevators, so there can be a bit of a wait, especially during busy periods. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was also under renovation during my stay, which was a little disappointing.

De kamers zien er redelijk goed uit en het parkeren bij het hotel was prima. De locatie is ook handig.

Wat mij het meest tegenviel aan de accommodatie was het zwembad. Op de foto’s wordt een veel aantrekkelijker en ruimer beeld gegeven dan in werkelijkheid. Eenmaal ter plaatse viel het zwembad behoorlijk tegen en bovendien was het tijdens ons verblijf gedeeltelijk defect. Ook raakten de toiletten regelmatig verstopt. Meerdere keren moest er iemand langskomen om ervoor te zorgen dat het toilet weer goed doorspoelde, wat behoorlijk vervelend en ongemakkelijk was. Daarnaast had het ontbijt wat mij betreft gevarieerder mogen zijn. Er waren relatief veel gerechten met varkensvlees, terwijl er weinig variatie was in andere vlees- en voedingsopties.

Vista panoramica della camera, pulizia, bagno molto ampio, letto confortevole e buona posizione.

La piscina ( classificata come una delle migliori di Bangkok) deludentissima, non è stato possibile farsi il bagno dato che l’acqua era torbida e sporca, poi è piccolissima, serve solo a fare le foto con il grandangolo.

The location was excellent since the train station, shopping, spa & restaurants were so accessible. The staff were also very friendly and helpful at all times.

The breakfast selection and quality on 38th floor needs much improvement.

The TV stayed on the home screen & I could not see any TV channels, tried all HDMI inputs = NG I called reception who said they would send someone and they did not come, I called next day to ask how to see TV channels & reception did not know & offered to send tech again - I declined.

Reggeli, kevés hely, a személyzet nem irányítja az embereket, pl. 2-en ülnek 4-5 fős asztalnál, 3 ember meg nem tud leülni mert csak 2 fős asztalok vannak. A medence nagyon kicsi.

Overall, I had a very nice stay in Bangkok. The location is great, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the air conditioning in one of the twin rooms I stayed in. We couldn’t adjust the room temperature ourselves and had to call reception every time we wanted to change it. As a guest, it felt quite strange that we couldn’t control the air conditioning in our own room, especially for a five-star hotel. I think this is something that could be improved. At the very least, guests should be informed about it before check-in. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Only two lifts/elevators for patrons as the building is quite narrow, so sometimes there can be a bit of a wait. It's a minor complaint though,.

A szobában, a bőröndöm mellett elhelyezett műanyag zacskókban személyes tárgyaink voltak: hűtőmágnesek, esőkabát, poharak, valamint egy cipősdoboz, benne a vásárlást igazoló garanciablokkal. Ezeket a tárgyakat nem a szemetesben helyeztük el, hanem a szobában, a bőröndünk mellett tartottuk. A takarítószemélyzet ennek ellenére ezeket a tárgyakat kidobta. Jeleztük a problémát, csak a tárgyak egy részét kaptuk vissza. Szeretném megkérdezni, hogy a szállás szerint valóban elfogadható-e olyan tárgyakat kidobni, amelyek nem a szemetesben voltak, hanem egyértelműen a vendég személyes holmijai között?

Wij hadden de panoramakamer genomen en hebben de hele nacht de gordijnen opengelaten...wat een uitzicht!! Heel moderne kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Ook een leuke fitness en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt.

De drankenkaart aan het zwembad is toch wel aan de dure kant. Prijzen x6 tov een restaurant of andere bar, is misschien toch wel wat veel van het goeie.

Breakfast was not good at all.. in fact staff were not welcoming in breakfast facility. However; reception staff all members were so welcoming and professional.

I could hear maintenance noise early morning which disturb our sleep almost 3 days.

Zuvorkommendes Personal, optimale Lage (neben Metro/Skytrain), tolle Zimmer mit hervorragenden Betten, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück (im 38. Stock -Aussicht), abends Skybar mit unglaublicher Aussicht über Bangkok. Unbedingt den King Club hinzubuchen.

De mooie ruime kamer en dat je tot 12 uur kunt ontbijten. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is een schoon hotel en de schoonmakers doen hun werk goed. Badkamer is erg fijn en de digitale tv eveneens. Het hotel ligt binnen enkele minuten van Terminal 21 en het BTS station Asok, waardoor je heel Bangkok met OV kunt bereiken en je de verkeersdrukte vermijdt. Er is veel te beleven in de omgeving van het hotel.

Omdat we vroeg ik de ochtend aankwamen had ik om een early check in gevraagd (tegen betaling natuurlijk) , maar het bleef maar steeds onduidelijk of dat kon. Op de dag van aankomst bleek dat niet mogelijk. Na een nacht vliegen wil je eigenlijk wel naar jouw kamer... Ook hoorde je best nog wel wat verkeersgeluiden op de kamer, dat was voor ons geen probleem, maar als je daar last van hebt is het wel goed om te weten.

Great location and super good value for money . Staff were super nice although there was a little problem and they did their best to help . I was not looking to take advantage with money but they still offered me to pay taxi for me. At the end I was super happy . If I’m in Bangkok i will return for sure . Breakfast was continental and thai which i really liked . Apart of that was wonderful having breakfast on the roof of the tower hotel .

The hotel and the room were very clean. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always smiling.

My only problem was the noise. I could hear everything from the room next to mine. My room also had a connecting door (see photo) , and one night someone tried to open that door from the other room. It was a very scary experience. Except for the noise, everything was good. I enjoyed my stay, and I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing

Location is good, just beside asok

No noise isolation, I can hear the next room talking so clearly and the car downstairs even though we stayed on the 28 floor. The staffs are not as warm as other hotels that I stayed before. I could not sleep well as I was a light sleeper and my husband who is not a light sleeper also woke up from the next door room noise at night and early morning. One of my worst stay in Bangkok and I travelled to Bangkok very frequently.

Breakfast was good. Location great.

Limited lifts. 2 rooms booked at same price but one was smaller with smaller bed..restaurant food was average and pricey.

Ho soggiornato già diverse volte in questo hotel : Uno dei migliori hotel che si trova nel cuore pulsante di Bangkok. Camere bellissime, pulite, e con una vista mozzafiato. Piscina all’ultimo piano, con bellissima vista Ragazze alla reception sempre cordialissime È una struttura di alto livello, ma il prezzo, seppur possa sembrare alto per singola notte, resta sempre basso paragonato il tipo di struttura

Il check-in non viene fatto prima delle ore 14:00, a volte anche più tardi. Capisco che è dovuto al fatto che devono sistemare la camera, però sarebbe carino, anche pagando, avere la stanza un po’ prima, soprattutto per chi viene da un viaggio lungo

Perfect location if you want to get around quickly and be central, middle of sukhumvit, next to Termina 21 mall , right next to an amazing spa Makhha, next to asok and sukhumvit train stations, would book again if i want to stay central in that area

I took a smoking room on the smoking floor ..the smoking floor had bad after odour of weed and cannabis which was uncomfortable..inspite of me being a smoker myself that pungent didn't go down well with me..

This hotel is in a very central location very close to all amenities with a large shopping centre across the road. It’s also right next to the MRT and train line. It was very clean, a buffet breakfast and rooms were very tidy and modern.

The staff were exceptional. I had an unexpected issue at the airport and everyone went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly. They were proactive, genuinely caring and always willing to assist. They also helped us book tours and taxis at very reasonable prices. The breakfast offered a wide variety of both international and local dishes, and the location was excellent. The room was modern, quiet and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and all the facilities worked perfectly.

Nothing. The only minor inconvenience was that one of the elevators was out of service for maintenance, so there was only one working elevator for the entire building. Since the hotel has 38 floors, we occasionally had to wait a few minutes for it. Other than that, everything was great.

Da localização do hotel! Era muito centrado na cidade, com o metro ao lado. Gostei da piscina no rooftoop. Gostei do conforto da cama e da limpeza da casa de banho. Gostei das tomadas ao pé da cama e a luz de presença. Gostie muito de ter visão para a casa de banho, para o chuveiro. Gostei muito do ginásio também, com todo o material necessário e uma vista incrível

Ter o elevador disponível, não ter o ecrã dentro do elevador ligado, fazia muito calor. Não tinha muistos consumiveis na wc. Faltou a loção de corpo.
