room lighting could be better, TV channel selection was limited and only 3 english channels one for news and other entertainment only. Pool area definitely need updating as some tiles and floor area was broken and upkeep of the garden area around the pool

Hotel has no business centre, so difficult to work, also none of staff knew how to log in to the lobby computers designated for customer use, so I couldn’t link in my computer in order to print on hotel printer. Impossible to have conversation in Brewski as music too loud and intrusive.

Sofas and carpet in room are quite old and smells very bad due to moisture. After staying for 1-2 days in the room, the smell becomes intolerable.

It is visible that the furniture and hotel overall isn't the newest anymore. But for the price it is still good, just doesn't expect a total new hotel. Also the walls weren't that thick so you could here the stuff in the hallway.

The wooden floor part has a little cracking sound when you stepped on it.

החדר מעט מיושן ביחס למחיר ולרמת המלון, ובטח כשהייתי בביזנס קלאס. הייתי בחדר ביזנס של אותה הרשת במדינה אחרת והחדר היה שם ברמה אחרת לגמרי (לטובה. בנוסף, היה ריח חזק של יובש כזה בחדר אבל מניחה שזה גם קשור ללחות של תאילנד.

TV - was outdated , very small in size and does not have enough channells/english entertainment movies nor does it support connections with additional apps from smart phones or computer such us NETFLIX. With the the room size and price charged the room should have smart TV size of atleast 165 -177 cm. This need immediate attention 2. Starengely, one side of the bed doesnt have electrical outlet for charging phones and the like. My partner had get up to the other side of the wall. Very Anoying! needs imediate attention. 3. Remove carpet from room and replace with complete hardwood. The carpet is ugly, smelly and not good for people with alergy. 3. Breakfast- Coffee, tea and other drinks should be made available for people to take on thier own; should not have been restricted to be served by the hotel staff. People like to make their own choise of drinks/coffee/tea,joice... on their own. 4. Breakfast choices - were limited specially for people who do not eat Ham and pork

Hade skrivit till boendet tre gånger om vilken tid vi skulle anlända till hotellet. Fick ändå vänta 6 timmar på rummet då det var fullbokat. Inte heller någon direkt förståelse eller förklaring från personalens sida kring detta. Låg kvar använt papper på golvet från tidigare gäster.

1. Bed was too soft. 2. Sometime the shower drain cannot drain off the water in time. 3. Check-in with blinking shower light and study table lamp. 4. Not all waitress in the breakfast restaurant was helpful. E.g. can I have a glass of orange juice -> you can get it at the counter 5. Corridors of level 14 has a smell. 6. Hotel receipts/invoice is given only upon request though the receptionist was very polite when producing upon request 7. Location wise, there is no shelter to nearest BTS. 8. Need to request for more hangers, I.e. only have 2 to begin

לא היה משהו כזה. יש לציין שהיינו רק לילה אחד לפני חזרה ארצה.

תאורה מעצבנת בחדרים, המפסקים מאוד מבלבלים והתקעים לא נתפסים בשקעים. בחדר האוכל השירות איטי מאוד, לקבל כוס קפה לוקח קרוב ל- 10 דקות.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026L'hôtel est parfait et bien situé, le petit déjeuner top, vue panoramique au dernier étage, mais je ne comprends pas que dans les hôtels de haut standing, dans les chambres , il n'y ait pas de machine à café Nespresso à capsule, l'eau à faire bouillir c'est du Moyen Age, ça devrait être interdit ce type de concept de machine à café instantané, c'est un petit détail qui à sont importance. A méditer!!!
La machine à café dans les chambres. préférence pour machine Nespresso à capsule.
