The bathroom reeked of a disgusting drain smell from the moment we arrived. We complained, and although the staff came in and cleaned the toilets, that clearly wasn’t the problem the smell was coming straight from inside the drain pipe. At that point, the bathroom basically smelled like it was trying to communicate with the sewer. To make matters worse, the AC barely cooled the room, turning the stay into an unpleasant combination of sewer fumes and warm air. We expected a comfortable stay, not an all-inclusive package featuring drain perfume and a complimentary sauna. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

Poorly maintained room, mosquito menace was too high. When complained they handed me a mosquito repellent vapouriser. The air conditioner was not working well. Get switched off frequently. Had to wake up a few times times amidst sleep

They issued two bills for the stay. One bill for rs 3045 for room rent and another for rs 653 for service fee. Our company is objecting to this amount. No special service was offered by the hotel. This amount shall be refunded to me immediately.

The uncle's as receptionist who treats the customer like their slaves. I went with family, elders. In room, full walls the paints are falling, no clean bathroom, it smells and slippery. No hot water. Such a bad experience. I don't know is this the way hotels in Coimbatore?
