Room service was appalling, they couldn't get me a bottle opener, the fridge was non-functional or very old, the room had water leakage so had to change rooms, the next room had a broken circuit breaker so had to shift rooms again in the middle of the night.

The front office staff can be a bit more considerate on the guests. It will be good to be upfront and straight forward instead of providing standardised response. The room given to us was a single room which is not what we booked.

When i called the receptionist, he told me the room is allotted based on availability. The booking I made was a confirmed booking, how come he say that "the room is allotted based on availability'' Unethical behavior of the hotel policy.

the room was horribly noisy. the property is located right beside the bus stand and the room was so poorly insulated for sound, the whole night was with horrible bus honking. literally no sleep.
