La ubicación. Está realmente cerca de la estación MIDI la cual desde ahí puedes moverte a otras ciudades directamente. Está a un paseo del centro caminando y a una parada de tren. El apartamento tiene mucha luz y es amplio. Las camas son muy cómodas.

A ver tenía miedo por las opiniones que decían tener chinches en los colchones. Fue lo primero que miré. Y por suerte no habían. Teníamos unas humedades que daban miedo en la habitación. Olía mal al entrar entre cerrado y tabaco. Compramos lejía al día siguiente para fregar cosas que ibamos a utilizar como encimera de cocina, mesa, sillas... Para estar a gusto ya que nos pareció que todo estaba sucio y pegajoso. El barrio puede parecer peligroso por opiniones que he leído. Puede impresionar pero realmente no hacen nada. Otras opiniones dicen que hay bolsas de basura por las calles, eso no es problema del apartamento es que funciona así la ciudad. Llevaros jabón de platos y estropajo que no hay. También botes de jabón. Muy poco menaje de cocina. 5 tazas para agua, café... Éramos 4 personas.

The bedrooms and bed were good with a big living room. The lift was surprisingly opening directly in the apartment and fortunately working full time without issues.

The door handles and Tap handles were broken in the bathroom and kitchen area. Wi-fi details given in the confirmation email were not at all available. No response from the property owner for any if the issues provided even after multiple follow-ups. Some of the Utensils were of very bad quality. No keys for any of the bathroom resulting in a bigger risk of kids safety.

During our stay, we encountered numerous problems relating to the condition, safety, cleanliness and management of the property. These issues were not isolated or minor. we reported them to management/Booking.com on several occasions, including by email, and provided photographs as evidence showing the condition of the property. 1. Unsafe and poorly maintained property Among the problems we experienced were: An unsafe or inadequately secured main entrance door. An unsafe/poorly maintained toilet door. A leaking toilet sink. A bathroom that was inadequately equipped and poorly maintained. A kitchen that was insufficiently equipped for normal use. A lack of adequate air conditioning or fans, resulting in excessively high temperatures inside the property. Poor cleanliness around the front entrance. A garden that appeared to have rats and other insects. General maintenance and cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before the property was rented to guests. I didn't like anything at all

We repeatedly contacted the management/Booking.com and provided emails and photographs, but my concerns were not properly addressed. The Booking.com contact number into the website was also repeatedly unanswered even Booking.com themselves informed me about it I was subsequently forced to leave the property after reporting these problems. I also received rude, insulting and, in my view, threatening messages, including references to my family. I have retained copies of these messages as evidence, nothing was likeble into that property

Nada, el barrio sucio y peligroso, la casa sucia. Hicieron una fiesta en otro de los apartamentos y no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, la única solución de los propietarios fue decir que teníamos que llamar a la policía.

Ha sido una muy mala experiencia, el alojamiento está mal cuidado, sucio y el barrio es terrible

El resto....entiendo q es barato de precio pero como deferencia que mínimo q un rollo d papel higiénico,o un mínimo de toallas éramos 5 se dejaron solo 4 ,tiene que haber unos mínimos de menaje,un trapo para limpiar la mesa,una fregona o algo para recoger el agua de la ducha,no había nada. La zona ya sabíamos q era mala ,así q no me sentí engañada en ese aspecto.es muy mala , suciedad y ruido y peligro lo tiene todo.

Let’s start with positive point - The apartment have a good space . After that it’s not clean and so noisy at night time . This appartement is full of bedbugs . Nobody can stay overthere . I stayed with my family along with 3 kids ( 1 year , 2 year old boy and 4 years old. Around 10 pm we went to sleep ! Whole night we couldn’t sleep at all , even my boy 1 year old was crying etc . It was 3 am and I will sitting near by my kids and looking for bedbugs . Next morning we booked a hotel and stay there . I recommend everyone stay very attention . We had very bad experience and I don’t want other to have a same problem . Specially with kids . I took lots of pictures and video of bedbugs and I sent it to owner . I was shock that in review sections no one talk about bedbugs ! So that’s y I book the room . Anyway huge disappointment.

L'appartement est extrêmement sale, Chaque jour, ils sortent les serviettes sales.. Nous n'avons pas apprécié notre séjour là-bas. C'est la première et la dernière fois que nous choisirons cet appartement.

Casi todo, no hay suficiente cubiertos, no funciona ningún pomos de las puertas, el grifo de la cocina, está suelto, no hay jabón de manos, la pica del water es micro pica y pierde agua. Tampoco hay aire acondicionado, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana que da a la calle, abierta, con ruidos hasta la madrugada! Las escaleras de madera para subir al apartamento, si te despistes te rompes un pie. La puerta de la entrada, se quedó abierta varias veces , por qué no va muy bien, no había fundas de las almohadas , solo una . Tuvimos que utilizar las toallas para ponerlas encima de los cojines. La zona ,horrible, basura por todas partes , ruido a todas horas. No hay ningún personal, ni siquiera un número de teléfono para llamar, relación calidad precio, pésima . Nunca más me pagaré 644€ por un alojamiento así , y en una zona como esta.!!! Será la primera y ultima vez .

J’ai aimé l’emplacement , la grandeur de la maison la propriété et la tranquillité proximité de transport et commerce en plus les services des linge propres c’était super de pouvoir changer. Les draps et mettre le salle en bas bravo à vous pour tout les services pendant mon séjours je reviendrai une prochaine fois et je vous le recommande super séjour à cent pourcent

Juste l’humidité dans les 2chambre et la salle de bain revoir quelques travaux pour réparer ce problème,

El lugar no estaba limpio, las cerraduras del baño estaban rotas. Pedí la información para la clave del internet, nunca me la enviaron por más que insiste. La zona donde están ubicados es súper peligrosa, muchas personas de la calle merodeando el lugar. A la par hay un bar y el ruido toda noche no lo dejan dormir, nunca pudimos caminar por la zona.

We have very bad experience in apartment Outside area is worst and not secured. House is not properly cleaned. No utensils, no other bathroom supplies. This not safe place at all. Whole night many drunk people were ringing the bell. Our kids are sacred, we all didn’t sleep

the place was dirty : stains on the sheets and towels, the place had smells coming out of the fob, impossible to sleep seeing the noise made by next door neighbours (one side has an event on Sunday. Loud music from 9am until 1am) and on the other side, a business, very noisy. A lot of people taking drugs in the area (under the window) The door lock broken. Hair everywhere in the accommodation, on sheets curtain and surfaces

SALLE DE BAIN: à disposition des serviettes de toilette. Moisissures sur les murs. WC: pas de papier toilette (penser à prendre le votre). En même temps le support est rouillée est casser. CHAMBRE ENFANTS: mur moisie. Radiateur est mal fixer au mur et fait un bruit monstre lorsqu’il est allumée. Tache sur les draps. Prise à nue. CHAMBRE PARENTAL: mur moisie.

El lugar donde queda el apartamento es muy peligroso, hay mucho desorden y descontrol en el sector, da la sensación de inseguridad todo el tiempo.

Da miedo la zona, muy muy sucio afuera del apartamento olía mal ! A lado hacen fiesta o no se no dejan dormir ! Se escuchan ruidos en las paredes ! Da miedo asomarse en la ventana de la habitación hay un jardín con malesa y unas paredes viejas que dan miedo , no recomendable si vas con familia puesto esta peligrosa esa zona !! No dejan jabón ni nada! No da confianza cocinar ....

Sécurité absente (fil apparent, plomberie défectueuse) et insalubre (punaises de lit, literie trouée et tachée, rideau de douche, plinthe … sales !!!!!). Les équipements du descriptif sont absents (sèche-cheveux, machine à café, 3 verres, 6 tasses, pas assez de couverts pour un appartement qui peut accueillir 8 personnes.

Le ménage mal fait, en particulier dans la cuisine, le luminaire du salon est aussi très sale, Les draps extrêmement usés et troués, La poignée de la porte des WC ne tenant pas, Les rideaux sales, Les tabourets de la cuisine sont dangereux, les vis ne sont pas serrées, Le soir beaucoup de bruits, jusqu'à plus de 2h du matin, Rien pour essuyer la vaisselle, ni torchon, ni essuie-tout, La récupération de la clé oblige à déplacer des caisses de linge, Communication en anglais et absence de réaction aux remarques

The beds were alright. It was close to the train station.

It was very cold in the apartment in the morning. It was no hot water the first day. The outside area were no nice. The location of the apartment did not feel very safe. It was very loud music from the floor above.

There was no hot water in the apartment and all the things were having stain on the bed sheets and it was smelling bad.

We stayed for 4 nights, in two rooms, both were not clean. The bedding was torn, dirty. The floors were dirty, there was mold in the rooms. I would also like to warn other guests about the accommodation, because the area is really not safe, there are gangs of men walking around the streets, who are very indecent and drugged. There is a lot of garbage on the streets, it is untidy, there is a terrible smell. At night, music is heard in the apartments, furniture is moved. There is no hairdryer, mop for the floor, garbage bags. 1 ball of toilet paper was left in each apartment, although we stayed for four nights and there were 9 people.

La casa era molto sporca e la prima sera abbiamo trovato i letti sporchi e senza lenzuola e abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno successivo prima di averle pulite. Abbiamo inoltre avuto problemi con la caldaia. Per chi ha il sonno leggero è sconsigliato visto che si sente musica alta dal locale a fianco fino a notte fonda. La zona è vicina al centro ma poco sicura.

The only minor benefits are the convenient access to the train/metro station and the availability of 24/7 pharmacies and local shops for snacks or essentials. But these small conveniences don’t come close to outweighing the problems.

This has been the worst 2-week stay I have ever had on vacation, and it honestly ruined my experience to the point where I don’t even feel like visiting Brussels again. The room had no heating, WIFI sucks, a strong unpleasant odor, and insects/bugs inside. The heater didn’t work, making basic comfort impossible. The lady managing the place kept promising to send housekeeping, but no one ever came. Communication was terrible, she insisted I contact her on WhatsApp, yet never replied to any of my messages. The area around the property is dirty and disgusting. There are beggars and homeless people everywhere, and I even saw locals using cocaine right outside the building. It felt unsafe, especially at night. To make things worse, there is a club nearby that blasts loud music all night, so getting any sleep is extremely difficult. I strongly do not recommend staying here. Until major improvements are made, both the property and the surrounding area make this place unacceptable for families, tourists, or anyone wanting a safe and comfortable stay.

Ce n’était pas assez bien propre, manque de propreté. Les poignets des portes étaient mal fixées, y avait un trou sur la porte de la seconde chambre. Il y avait des tâches sur les deux canapés. Le four ne fonctionnait pas. Le micro-onde était très sale. Il y avait une tâche rose sur le rideau et beaucoup de toiles d'araignées. La propreté reste à désiré c’est à revoir. C’était un désastre la propreté.

La segretaria mi ha detto due cose diverse mi chiama mi dice l’appartamento ha preso il fuoco che la prenotazione non è più possibile dopo ho chiamato booking booking mi ha oscurato di andare quello sono arrivato all’appartamento 31 dicembre alle tre di pomeriggio. Arrivo lì trovo l’appartamento. Non era bruciato. Chiama la segreteria. Mi dice non c’è caso riscaldamento nell’acqua calda alla fine, mi cancella nulla. Prenotazione ultimo momento quindi sono stato nella merda fuori stesso momento il danno a qualcun altro. A chi va a fare in vacanza oscurate che Celentano sono alla fine vi trovate nella merda come me, se non hai soldi

Lots and lots of space, which was very welcome after some cramped places around Europe. Easy walk from Midi station. Clean. Functional kitchen and good shower. Comfy beds

General disrepair but nothing terrible and ok for cheap price. WiFi didn't work. Smell of stale smoke. No lock on bathroom door. Worst thing was no way of locking the front door to leave the apartment. The key was stuck in the door. The owner just completely ghosted us after a couple of messages and no solution was given.
