Dans la réservation ils précisent que y un parking privé inclus mais en arrivant labass disent qui faut réserver a l'avance et pour cela ils ont cambrioler notre voiture et on a porté plainte mauvaise expérience à Bruxelles en plus beaucoup de bruit dans les chambres a côté mal isolé

No hay ascensor. La escalera casi vertical. La habitación tenía la puerta de salida de emergencia que estaba siempre abierta, no puedes dejar tus cosas con seguridad en la habitación. En nuestra habitación separada las camas eran muy incómodas, la sensación como en una cama elástica, casi me he caído de la cama. Ropa de cama limpia, pero vieja y con agujeros de cigarros.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Spacious room, mini kettle, nice bathroom (though light did not work). Staff were helpful and ordered me a taxi as I am new to the area and it was dark when I checked out.
Was on third floor, so had to carry my suitcase up all the stairs (as there was no lift). Bathroom light not working as mentioned already. Bed quite narrow so not the comfiest.

Non mi è assolutamente piaciuta la posizione. Dietro al station du MIDI l’ambiente non era per niente sicuro. Ho sbagliato a non leggere le recensioni degli altri clienti che ‘ denunciavano ‘ la poca sicurezza del quartiere . La camera molto piccola e tra il rumore della strada e quello delle altre camere non abbiamo chiuso occhio.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Deixei uma bagagem na recepção e dentro dela havia um equipamento de filmagem. O equipamento desapareceu. E eu o utilizei horas antes de deixar na recepção. O hostel informa que possui local para guardar a bagagem, mas não é verdade. Tudo fica na recepção em balcão, onde todos tem acesso. Já acionei a gerência e vou acionar a polícia.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026La cosa migliore è stata la pulizia e il fatto che alloggi e home erano ristrutturati sicuramente da poco.
La posizione periferica (tutto sommato a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro...) e un certo degrado del viale rischiano di penalizzare la struttura, non invogliando propriamente a scegliere questa zona; anche se il quartiere, nei giorni in cui siamo stati, per noi è stato tranquillo e le persone incontrate si sono mantenute discrete.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026La habitación por dentro está bien, está cerca de las cosas importantes para ver y las ventanas creaban una sensación de amplitud, ya que eran 3 ventanas muy grandes y estaba bastante bien.
A su vez, la zona da un poco de mal rollo y un poco fea. No había escaleras y es importante saberlo por si tienes alguna dificultad. Las camas un poco incómodas

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming. Bathroom was very modern. Easy to checkin and out. Within walking distance to main attractions and central railway station. Would recommend.
Nothing we didn’t like but always able to suggest improvements. Stools and table in the room were nice but would be even better with enough stools for everyone.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Un homme (apparemment du personnel) est entré à 10h05 dans la chambre alors que nous y étions en train de nous préparer à partir , il a commencé à enlever les draps et faisait des gestes agités au milieu de nous préparer. Une femme de ménage est entrée et a constaté que n’étions pas prêts et que l’un de nous était dans la salle de bain, elle a informé l’homme qui a haussé le ton, la femme de ménage étant sorti , l’homme a continué à demeure les lits en étant agité et énervé. Je lui ai rappelé le règlement de la chambre affichée sur la porte, il est sortie en balbutiant puis 5 minutes après nous sommes sortis rendre le badge de la chambre en informant l’hôtesse d’accueil qui nous a demandé de régler 10€ par personne pour le retard de 15 minutes alors nous n’avons même pas pu prendre demandé douche , le responsable est également venu nous réclamer de l’argent Inadmissible !!! JA

Partendo dalle scale fino al terzo piano ripidissime e senza ascensore quindi, se qualcuno ha zaini o valige soprattutto pesanti, diventa difficile. Nessun condizionatore o ventilatore in stanza e le finestre non si aprivano bene perché venivano bloccate dai letti. Inoltre la zona non era minimamente delle migliori e il bagno si allagava subito perché non c'era niente che chiudesse la doccia.

L'experience client etait défavorable. Etant en pleinne canicule, les chambres ne sont ni ventilé ni climatisé. Il n'existait aucune fenêtre pour aeré la chambre au moins. J'ai pas dormi toute la nuit avec mon fils compte renu de la chaleur intense. J'ai demandé une ventilation pour la nuit vu qu'il faisait excessivement chaud et je transpirais L'agent de la reception que j'ai trouvé la nuit m'a que la Belgique est un pays froid. A la limite, vu la canicule je devais passer la nuit ainsi. En revanche, la matinée j'ai echangé avec un agent qui etait plutot courtois et à l'ecoute des remarques. Je suis deçu et je ne recommande pas l' endroit en pleine canicule.

Bed wasn’t the comfiest. Location not the best but handy for the station and town centre. Tv remote was hard to use. Windows didn’t open.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Las personas de la recepción un amor! Me ayudaron y me banca ron en poder quedarme ahí haciendo tiempo y guardando mis bolsos una vez hecho el checkout… gracias chicas! El chico de mantenimiento un divino y estaba todo súper limpio, no se puede cocinar en el hostel! Pero te podes armar un cafecito! Esta excelente relación precio calidad distancia al centro y a la estación de bus y tren perfecto!!! Gracias por todo

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Nice bathroom in the room (4 person room). Shower was excellent and bathroom was very clean. Receptionist was pleasant enough. Price was very cheap so I supposed you get what you pay for. Location was very good, a 5 min walk from the centre of Brussels.
The bed was quite uncomfortable, I am 6ft 6 and so didnt actually fit in it. I also had a bottom bunk amd couldn't even sit up in the bed as it was to short. I came in the middle of June, and it was 30 degrees outside. The room was hotter than outside. 0 air-conditioning throughout and after having to walk up 2 flights of steap stairs, I was sweating my balls off. The windows in the room do not stay open, they just close again once you stop holding them, so couldn't even get a breeze at night. I had to sleep naked, which didnt bother me, but I can imagine when sharing a room with 3 other strangers, some people might be put off by this.

Dzielnica gdzie usytuowany jest hotel trochę niebezpieczna. Bezdomni śpią na ulicy. Czasem cuchnie moczem w okolicy. Strome schody w budynku. Ciężki bagaż trudno wnieść.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026When I woke up in the morning and wanted to take a shower there was no running water lol neither for the shower nor just to wash my hands… When I made a complaint they told me “ it’s because everyone shower at this time “ Like I don’t have plans or museums to see, I’m supposed to wait for all the others to make their plans. Absolutely ridiculous… the bathroom smells mold for kilometres away…Also I made a mistake and left my keys inside the locker and when I asked for their help the old man there started cursing me literally and saying that I have no brain, I’m stupid etc… They’re the worst guys I’ve ever met. Imagine I went to other hostels to ask for their help with the lock because they’re incapable of helping or just be nice in general… The neighbourhood is also one of the worst in all Brussels… Avoid it at any cost, better pay a little bit extra rather than staying there
