Очень рано шумно становится от соседней школы, двери в номер тончайшие + со стеклом (свет из коридора в комнату, когда не хотелось бы), в 6 утра начинали громко разговаривать и мыть полы в коридоре ударяя шваброй о дверь, такой себе будильник…

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025Ich war für eine Woche in Weligama und habe diese schöne Unterkunft gefunden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte ein bequemes Bett und AC. Grosses, helles Badezimmer mit guter und warmer Dusche. Sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Ich konnte unkompliziert einige Tage verlängern.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: möchte man das Zimmer geputzt haben, muss man das mitteilen.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2025La stanza molto grande, bella e pulitissima, così come il bagno. Aria condizionata funzionante. Le persone dello staff gentili. La grande terrazza del roof top. Il ristorante di fronte.
La posizione non è comoda per spostarsi a piedi. È distante 15/20 minuti di camminata dalla zona del lungo mare dove ci sono i ristoranti. Il wifi praticamente non funziona. Il letto abbastanza scomodo e i cuscini di materiale sintetico fanno molto caldo. Non c'è la zanzariera. Le tende non oscurano bene quindi la stanza diventa molto luminosa fin dalle prime ore del mattino, se la luce dà fastidio meglio mettere una mascherina. Ogni tanto si sentiva un cagnolino abbaiare anche durante la notte, non so se era di un ospite. La ragazza alla reception è molto gentile ma non parla inglese. La signora che prepara la colazione è molto carina, ma la colazione è sempre uguale: omelette succo o frutta the o caffè due fette di pane tostato, se ne vuoi una in più non è un problema, burro e marmellata, di quella però tutta coloranti e conservanti.

The place is away from restaurants and beach clubs, but having own transport shouldn’t be a problem (or using tuktuks) However we like walking, and it wasnt really comfortable

The girl at the reception speaks English very poorly - it is difficult to get information and discuss anything. During the week of stay, there was no cleaning. The garbage was taken away only when I left it at the door. Nobody told me in advance how to turn on the hot water when there is no sun and the solar panels are not working.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2025Die Unterkunft und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Wahnsinnig guter Wasserdruck und vor allem heißes Wasser möglich. Die Lage war super, um an den Strand und Stadtkern zu gelangen. Nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, deshalb sehr ruhig. Die Dame, die das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse zubereitet hat macht ihren Job ausgezeichnet und ist sehr freundlich. Ihre Zubereitungen haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt würde ich die Unterkunft erneut buchen.
Das Bett könnte etwas weicher sein. Für mich war das aber kein Problem, da ich zu weiche Betten nicht mag.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2024Relativ neues Haus, großes Zimmer mit großem Bad, A/C und Ventilator, bequemes Bett. Ruhige Lage in Seitenstraße. Einfaches Frühstück mit Omelett, Toast und Marmelade. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Manager erlaubte mitgebrachte Getränke in seinem Kühlschrank zu lagern. Sehr aufgeschlossener und freundlicher Manager. Scooterverleih direkt nebenan.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2024We stayed there for few night but wished it was more. The room was spacious, clean and freshly renovated. Air con was brand new, extra large bed extremely comfortable and water pressure was amazing too so morning showers were a bliss. The best room we stayed in our whole trip. Hotel is located off the beaten path so there was no street noise whatsoever. Mr Kumar organised our scooters from next door agent so we could move around the area freely. He also helped us with whale tour and getting a taxi to the airport at very reasonable price. Amazing stay! Wish we knew about this hidden jem sooner. A must stay!

Reviewed Jan 5, 2024Struttura di nuova costruzione, vicino alla spiaggia di Welugama. Personale preparato, accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste. Vicino a noleggio scooter per potersi spostare in autonomia tra le bellissime spiagge della zona.
Per chi vuole godersi il mare già dalle prime ore del giorno, potrebbe essere opportuno anticipare l'orario di inizio della colazione.
