The location is definitely a good feature as the unit is in the city center. The room is quite spacious and basic needs are provided. The staff accommodate all queries timely and are very helpful.

It's cold in Baguio but we were still a little surprised that the room is not air conditioned. This is a miss on our end as it was also stated in the listing. It would have been great if tissue paper is provided since it is considered a basic necessity, especially when travelling.

I dont like that upon entrance, the room had a smell of mold. On the ceiling of bathroom, molds are everywhere. Most fixtures were dirty. Sheets kind of smelled like used. And the bed, it was okay but its not comfortable especially the airbed used by my daughter

Als wir ankamen, konnte uns der securityguard im Tower nicht sagen, in welchem Apartement wir gebucht haben. Über booking hatten wir nicht wie vorgesehen Infos zum einchecken bekommen. Die Managerin des Hauses konnte den Besitzer anrufen, um uns endlich das Apartment zuweisen. Er schrieb später, das sei ein Fehler von booking.com gewesen!. Es hatte Haare in der Dusche, kein Toilettenpapier und in der Küche kein Wasser. Überhaupt hat es wenig brauchbares in der Küche, nicht einmal ein gutes Messer. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht.

Accessibility to SM mall,taxi,and close to all stores,laundry etc. Water. Is okay but no hot water The room has electric fan,microwave, boiling pot and glass and plates,i like it The staff is okay

The sink is very stingy which worsen my ashma even I slept the whole night I was expecting that thecroom is wide for the family because it says there deluxecroom I cannot contact the management in perdon because tyou can only talk to the front desk office wh the security personnel

The Location is near to everything. You can actually walk from there to burnham and everything in between. The owner is very kind and helpful. Booked their unit twice already. IT HAS BALCONY.

Parking fee was a bit high. I expected a Php300 /night but ended up paying Php350. but all goods. Staffs there are great.

The owner was very accommodating and specially nung nagka emergency ako they allowed me to stay for an additional night with a minimal fee. A very good place to stay if you just want to have a walking distance from everything.

Location is perfect because the taxi is readily available

On the last day there is no hot water so all of us did not get a shower before checking out. The table and chairs are outside the veranda soaking wet so we have to eat standing on the kitchenette. The air mattress made me dizzy everytime I changed position, the 3 of us had to fit to the bigger bed to get some rest. There is no tissue paper in the toilet.

It was ok. We did not get what we booked but another room

We didn’t like the big signs on the wall letting you know how much you would have to pay if: the sheets had a stain (which they already had), the microwave or TV was broken, etc. You felt like at “their” mercy, since you couldn’t prove that you didn’t brake it…

The location is definitely a strong point! Being within walking distance of SM Baguio, Session Road, and Baguio Cathedral made getting around really convenient and enjoyable. I had a pleasant stay overall. The cleanliness of the place was commendable, and I appreciate the effort in keeping the rooms tidy.

I love the place, ambiance and the staff are very accommodating. Close to everywhere like SM, Burnham Park and Session Road. Safe and Quiet place. Easy to get on and get a ride for commuters.

Cheap linen, cheap equipment. Not very clean and noisy We left after one night.

Walking distance to Baguio Cathedral, Burnham Park, SM Baguio, Session Road & Public Market so we saved gas and effort finding a parking slot going to nearby places. WiFi is exceptionally fast 10/10. The host is great, so easy to communicate with. We had an overall comfortable and great stay.

No hangers to hang your clothes and limited utensils, not enough for 3 people.

I love that it was just walking distance from Session Road.

It was so hot when we got in. To think that we booked in December. I can't imagine staying here during the summer. There was only a very small electric fan provided. There was a bad smell in the restroom that we had to let the exhaust run even when we're not using it. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. The reviews said that the owner was very responsive, I disagree as he didn't even acknowledge my messages that we were checking in and checking out. When I asked if they have a bigger fan that they can provide, they responded HOURS.

Room was good, location is just a few minute walk to sm baguio, session road and burnham park. Lots of food choices to choose from and near a catholic church for spiritual connection. The host KR is very accommodating ang goes beyond the extra mile to assist us with our queries. Great job KR and awesome, fun, and within the budget!! Greatly recommend you guys to check all their properties for value for money!!

I appreciate how responsive the host was; even though it's already 11 pm, they're still replying to my inquiries. Additionally, our check-in time is at 2 pm, but the host kindly allowed us to check in early once we arrived in Baguio, which was a huge help as we had a lot of baggage and were quite tired. Thanks to their flexibility, we had time to rest before exploring various tourist destinations. Another aspect I love about this room is its proximity to the Cathedral, SM, Burnham Park, and other attractions. The place is also comfortable.

It's hard to catch a taxi because they're always full. Also they don't have gas stove which we can use in cooking our meals.

The Place is very near to all essential establishments. Price is pretty affortable and place is very clean and comfortable. They also provided guest kit depending on the number of your days of stays. I would recommend this place.
