There is no AC in the room as the temperature outside is cold and inside is hot and you cannot open the windows due to presence of mosquitoes. Also didnt like the unwelcoming attitude of the security guard.

First of all, it was disappointing. Very not worth the amount I paid for the stay. We stayed because we can't do anything about it. 1. Comparing the photos you included in the app (booking.com), even in your Facebook account, there's now way I am looking at the same room. 2. The bed/linen and pillows are itchy and dirty. 3. Sofa is so dirty and has a lot of stains 4. The CR has a lot of used shampoo packs. Even the mirror is not properly fixed. You can't tell me that this room is being maintained because its obviously not. This unit is not really worth the price I paid. The room and cr look like rooms in a horror film. Your postings are so deceiving.

Reviewed May 5, 2026this place is good not that bad except for the closet, there is no closet to hang the clothes but, there is an extra mattress plus a sofa bed even though I'm just alone. anyway, the host was responsive and kind enough.🙃
I notice the paint in the bathroom is quite old like there is a (mold) maybe it's time to repaint it. so, it will maintain the cleanliness and also I didn't like the one on the rack inside the toilet, it's quite annoying to flush the toilet. It should be removed so, it will be hassle free to flush the toilet and also there are few plants Inside the unit, not a fan of it I guess.😅✌️

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026This is a really good 1 bedroom suite. It's really worth every penny. True to its name, the place is esally cozy. It is clean and one thing you'll notice is that the owner is very generous with tissues, towels, toothbrush and toothpaste. Even coffee and cream and water is provided. The bed is comfortable, and you can sleep sound and well. Moreover, the lighting is absolutely perfect, you have every kind of light for your mood all throughtout the day and night. The bathroom is also clean, complete with everything you need, from tissue, biddet and working heater.

There was no door knob on our bedroom door which was highly unusual. Our breakfast was included with the stay but it’s a takeout style and choice is limited and by the time you get it, it’s cold.

Total scam. The listing showed a 2-bedroom, but we were given a tiny studio. We were a group of five forced to cram into one room—it was incredibly tight and uncomfortable. The photos are completely deceptive. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, the linens were dirty, and the kitchen was missing basic plates and utensils. There was no staff available to help. Avoid this place at all costs

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The room accommodated a lot of people, good for family. The building was beautiful. I recommend to RSVP for a parking by the host because there’s not much parking space outside.
I did not like the complicated process of checking-in. I had to remind the host I already booked and was asking for check-in instructions when I arrived. The host should give check-in instructions in advance. The name of the building should also be included in the instructions because we got confused of where it was exactly. The hot water heater in the shower stopped working.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were cockroaches. Bathroom was a bit smelly. Utensils were not washed properly. We literally cleaned the kitchen area because it’s too gross. Window can’t properly shut. Bed was so squeaky. Ac was not cold. It was not what we expected it to be. Overall, the property was not maintained properly. It was not worth the price we paid. Definitely, not recommending it.

The water flow in the bathroom was extremely slow—so slow that it was very inconvenient. It was so bad that we were all not looking forward to taking a bath. It seemed like the water usage had been adjusted to reduce consumption. The owner of the van I rented, who also owns a unit there, said that there was no problem with the water flow. Moreover, one of the guards on duty was not courteous or welcoming.

No bath maths provided, No hand towels either, so we need to buy from SM . Parking is a nightmare we got Parking ticket out the front hotel. security guards are awful not the friendliest guard you encounter in Baguio. The whole experience staying there was stressful. So if others want to book this hotel Think 100 times or you’ll be sorry. Paying P20k fot 2 nights is very expensive Never again.
bedrooms are so tiny theres No way you can fit 4 people in those tiny rooms, No blankets too. Electricals exposed in the baLCONY, No bath maths provided provided. No Hand towels either. Netflix not working, Local TV not working. Parking is the number 1 nightmare we got a ticket by parking out the front hotel. And last but not the least guards are so awful and unfriendly. We’re asking if we can park at the PWD parking coz we got 2 PWD and 2 Seniour citizens they said NO , and saw the guards allowing normal people parking the PWD parking space the following day we even scream to them fake pwd This is so unfair at the balcony. We’re asking if would like a refund.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Cozy Suites does NOT exist as a facility or hotel. It is only a virtual name to market a condo unit located at the facility called Brent Hill. Do not book through this Cozy Suites site. The person I spoke with was so nasty with zero customer service on the phone. Your alternative is book another hotel or go to the Brent Hill facility in person and ask the guard to find you an available unit that you can preview before you agree to rent it out. Parking is extra 500 pesos and the loud church bells and loud speaker enabled church prayers are what wake you up early morning. Unit and bathroom are tiny but adequate for short term lodging. The unit terrace overlooks only rooftops no actual sights. Opening the terrace door exposes you to vehicle fumes so keep it closed.

Rude staff when checking in, no proper greeting, no assistance given for heavy luggage, I booked a room with breakfast at the time of check in the owner mentioned the breakfast details but in the morning we were advised that there are no breakfast available due to the cafe being closed but when I checked it seemed that it is still under construction so the owner should've advised ahead. Im very disappointed in the stay.

The enternet is very slow and they have some ants crawling in the wall. we are not happy to stay even you want to watch the netflix and YouTube is very slow the enternet. My son his so bored he can’t watch any and all of us try to connect to my family to call but is not working.
