Flat on Kvaloya, Tromsoe

Everything was exactly as described. We were very happy with it and the proximity to the city and Tromsø Airport is an added bonus. We would recommend it.

It had snowed quite heavily before we arrived, so the short climb to the entrance with our suitcases was a bit tougher than expected. Otherwise, the flat itself was very nice.

Nous avons passé trois nuits en février du 22 au 25. Il neigeait beaucoup lorsque nous sommes arrivés, Martin nous a bien guidé car ce n'était pas facile à trouver sous une telle épaisseur de neige. Le soir après son travail il est venu déneiger l'allée pour nous faciliter les accès. On a donc été très bien accueilli et on le remercie. L'appartement est très bien situé pour aller soit à Tromso soit pour visiter Kvaloya ou aller à Sommaroy. Il est bien équipé. Martin nous a également donné des indications pour voir les aurores boréales. Il nous a même envoyé un message pour nous dire qu'il y en avait! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et comme vous le voyez nous sommes revenu le 4 mars car l'aéroport n'etait pas loin et nous prenions notre avion le lendemain. On remercie Martin pour avoir accepté de nous réserver de nouveau l'appartement pour une nuit. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de cet endroit et nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Juste une petite chose , on peut s'asseoir sur le canapé mais une simple chaise serait utile car il n'y en a pas dans l'appartement et pour les gens qui ont le dos fragile le canapé ne convient pas forcément.

Place was clean and nice. We really enjoy hiking around, some tracks starts close to the apartment.

Außerhalb der Hauptinsel, aber nah in der Innenstadt; sehr ruhig, sauber, gute Ausstattung, sehr komfortables Bett, Rentiere in der Siedlung und der Terrasse (!); unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter

Hellhörig - Nachbarn von oben sind recht früh wach und laut; Zugang über Treppe ohne Geländer, was es im Tiefschnee schwierig machte

Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Prosty,skromny w stylu norweskim, z dala od zgiełku z centrum Tromso.Jednak uważam że jest to obiekt przeznaczony na cieplejsze sezony.

Wejście do domu jest bardzo utrudnione szczególnie zimą-wręcz czasami niemożliwe.Bez odśnieżenia z ciężką walizką można nie podejść pod górkę( samodzielnie trzeba odśnieżyć-właściciel zostawia łopatę) .W mieszkaniu jest chłodno przy silnych wiatrach i temperaturze zewnętrznej poniżej zera.

Niesamowite miejsce oddalone troszkę od centrum ale to właśnie tam spotkasz renifera i zobaczysz zorzę . Przemili gospodarze , wieczorem podwieźli nas do sklepu i pomogli we wszystkim .

Traumhaft schön. Wenn man nicht gerade kurz nach einem Schneesturm ankommt, ist es sehr einfach zu finden, dank der tollen Beschreibung die man im Vorfeld bekommt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ging immer sehr schnell. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Ausblick. Man findet alles was man braucht, ein kleines Regal im Bad wäre noch toll. Die Betten sind gemütlich, Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir werden irgendwann nochmal im Sommer nach Tromsø kommen und hoffen, hier noch einmal einchecken zu können.

Es ist sehr gemütlich und liegt wunderschön sehr nahe vom Wasser. Es hat einen kleinen Sitzplatz- von dem aus man sehr gut die Mitternachtssonne geniessen kann!

Ich habe schnell herausgefunden, dass man mit dem Svipper App die Bustickets kauft und dass man mit dem Bus sowohl gut nach Tromsö als auch an schöne Orte Richtung offenes Meer gelangt. Sobald ich die Buslinien und ihre Fahrzeiten verstanden hatte- gab es keine Herausforderung mehr und alles wR ideal!

This accommodation is almost perfect in every way. It's clean, well equipped, comfortable, has lots of storage space and a great bed. The neighborhood is beautiful, calm and close to numerous trails, while retaining great connectivity to both the airport and city center. The owners are nice and helpful, we received all information we needed. It was also good value for money. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The sound isolation from the flat above isn't the best, but we never had issues in the evening or at night. The only table in the flat is in the living room and is quite low, which isn't best for eating. These, however, were marginal issues.

The location of this flat is amazing. You can see the sea and mountains from the windows and balcony, and sometimes you will even see a reindeer walking in front of your flat.

The flat was perfect, check-in and out with a key-box code was really simple as was finding the property with really detailed instructions. The flat is clean, warm and comfortable with everything we needed; good wifi, linen, towels and cooking equipment all available. Car parking close by. I want to thank our host who responded to our special request at no extra expense, you couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much! The flat has lovely views of the mountains and sea. If you don't have a car there are plenty of buses on the main road. Supermarkets and petrol stations close by. We had a wonderful stay, it was a beautiful and fascinating place, we came to visit the arctic circle, see moose and eagles and we were not disappointed!

I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s the perfect spot for anyone visiting Tromsø. I would absolutely stay here again! + I get to see the Nothern Lights from my window!!!
