The room was double booked, I drove over six hours and then still had to find my own place. I'm still waiting on my refund.

It’s near d Leonor resort. Near the airport, That’s it.

There’s cockroach. Lighting feature should not be there in the first place. It’s so low that you can accidentally bump your head into it.

I like that the property had 2 rooms, nice view, easy to get a ride, good water supply, plenty of hangers, clean.

When we came in, the room had a slight smell, similar to dried fish. Maybe the previous occupant were cooking dried fish. There was no washing machine with dryer.

Matratze ist nicht bequem (uneben), Schrank unter der Spüle ist nicht sauber (hat gestunken, Wasserleitung unter der Spüle ist undicht). Großes Problem ist, dass man nach der Ankunft in Davao nicht sofort in die Unterkunft bzw. das Gepäck abgeben kann, bevor die Wohnungsübergabe stattfindet. Außerdem sind Stühle auf dem Balkon dreckig, so dass wir diesen nicht nutzen konnten.

There was a really bad smell 0f sewage from the drains in the bathroom, which made the appartment smell. Also the television and speaker did not work , it may have to do with the extension lead plug which was sparking

The place is very homey. Very comfortable beds. Everything you need was right there.

The property owner was strange! She said she is banned from Booking.com and only accepts cash yet the full price was taken from my card as a "security deposit" even though they have no way of accessing the money apparently. I had to pay twice before I could leave while the security guard oversaw the payment and hoped I got refunded. The booking was cancelled by the owner and money refunded luckily. Really felt like I was being scammed at first but I think it is lack of knowledge as a school student runs this property.

- Location is a prime advantage for this property. Accessible to public transport, near to big malls and 7eleven and most specially to the Airport. Closeby to the barge going to samal island as well. Although we didn't meet the owner but they were reachable anytime and assisted us with our questions. - Room was clean and tidy. - Great view of the samal island - Owner was organized with our check in process.

The location is very convenient. Near the airport and it's near SM lanang and Robinsons, for us to do our shoppings and groceries during our stay. The owner of the unit was very helpful and responsive.

Since the unit is facing the main road, unfortunately the late night noises of cars and the early beeping truck are very evident.

Terrible location, no blankets on bad , looked like sheets were not clean. Small double bed ,very small couch more like love seat. Dangerous and noisy location. Very small shower with little water pressure. Did not look like advertised. Stayed one night and left because it was so bad. Owner rude. I am requesting refund for on used nights.

We came midnight, no water found in faucet. No flash water in toilet. They didnt fix it until 4 pm next day( No shower almost 48 hours)( our poop and pee stucked in the toilet bowl for 12 hours) ... they asked charge of the broken induction cooker. Which is already broken when we came. Broken doorknob. Dirty (dusty) storage basket. I removed the bedsheet to bring in laundry shop and found out that the mattress is terrible dirty. We been all sick the whole stay...

Wifi speed, homey place and close to everything.

Accommodation was very cozy. Home from home feeling. WiFi and Netflix worked great for the kids. It has all the amenities you would need. The owner was super accommodating and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend the place and it will be my goto place for my next stay. Martin.

A very responsive host and the guards there were unbelievably helpful and kind and just great people to deal with.

Nothing to like if they allowed over two guest. One mattress was pump up single bed with so little space. Great only for 2 people using the 2 bedrooms. We don’t mind distance, it’s the space & bed that aren’t comfy.

I had wrongly thought we are booked 3 days, but it’s was a good thing, so we get a better place. Sorry for my bad review! But the place isn’t big enough for over 2 guest. Too much bling to display & crowding it more in the tiny space. Plated table isn’t necessary, people can find it in the cupboard if needed. Good for ads visual, but not necessary to display there.

Great Deal, classy condo unit😌😌The place was properly maintained, very tidy, fully furnished, complete kitchen utensils beddings, microwave, fridge etc😌 Make us feel Home away from Home the owner is very kind and responsive...I will highly recommended this place, ☺️☺️☺️

My experience is really bad. I was booked in that room but when i arrived in the condo some other guest were checked in before us . I was totally exhausted and the weather is raining at that time . They put me in other condo which is not the the one i booked . And i don’t want to recall was really a bed experience . The neighborhood also is not good to see at.

We stayed here as it was close to the airport for an early morning flight. It was very clean and nice so it suited us well. Thank you.

There is not a lot around the condo, so not so good for tourists.

The condo was lovely and the hoist was the best ever, getting back to me and sorting any problems promptly.and going that extra mile to make the place feel like a home.

Every appliance worked well, wifi was fast, bonus netflix on TV, pool was clean, security guards were polite, other residents were nice. There is a 7-11 and also a convenience store near. A landromat is at 5 min of walk. You can also walk to the ferry that goes to Samal Island. Price of the taxi to go to Gaisano Mall is under p270, where there is a supermarket so you can buy the meat and all other foods. a ride to Crocodile Park is also close to p300.

I messaged the owner the first day about the toilet seat being broken. No one fixed it during the 10 days we were there.

Accessible to go to touristy places. The entire condo is very clean, comfortable and new. Safe place and perfect for family as well. Near to airport. You can relax and enjoy even for a staycation.

The place is Clean and Cozy. It is near the mall and airport. I also feel like I’m in a resort. Also the host is very accommodating.

The guard is strict though we understand that it’s for the safety of everyone.
