Goede locatie en ruim appartement.
De douche kan beter. Er leek al een nieuwe waterverwarmer te hangen maar niet aangesloten. De douchekop die het water verwarmd geeft een slap straaltje water.
Lots of amenities in the house, especially the kitchen. Cosy but also lots of space. Safe. Nice complimentary touches.
A bit musty (although it was monsoon season so I guess its difficult to air the place). Shower was a bit hit and miss.
Well laid out rooms and kitchen. Many pot plants Guest book shows guests from many countries .
Great location in the centre of town, lots of space and quite well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the couches were homey.
We missed the convenience of a microwave, and the bathroom being downstairs from bedrooms was a minus for us.

Nice
Dogs barking all night
The home was neat and tidy. Owners were lovely
The shower went from freezing to to hot constantly with minimal water pressure
Belle expérience.
Location. Plenty of space. Coffee and cookies. Thanks. The guys from the bistro the help us with our luggage’s were very helpful and kind.
Need to provide extra blankets. The thorny cactus are beautiful but they need to be placed on the other side of the stairs. In order to access the stairs baluster. The left over condiments should be checked for cleanliness and expiration dates.
Cozy and clean
Nothing its perfect for a get away either solo or with group.
The view is amazing and the place is on a quiet zone
It was a beautiful and clean home 5mins walk from the station. When I had to move my checkin date due to bus schedules from Banaue to Sagads (only leaving at 5am), I was glad to know that it was okay without any additional charge.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property, as when I arrived at around 8am by bus, I could not access the property. The instructions were to go to a nearby bistro and get guidance to find the entrance to the property. However, the bistro was closed (even though the sign said, "We're open!", I asked in three shops who also run inns where my hotel was and found it. Nobody was there, nobody answered. I rang Gina, nobody answered. Eventually, a neighbour told me where to find a relative of my host where I gratefully managed to dump my big and heavy backpacker-style suitcase. Since I only planned to do 1 night in Sagada, I wanted to make the most of my time by booking to a group tour 1.5hrs later. Since I could not get access to my hotel, I had to hike in a dress and my sunburn worsened as my sunscreen was in my luggage. Also, I had to scout around town for a toilet after the bus ride from Banaue. Eventually, at around lunch, the host still had not replied to any of my messages/calls. By chance, I saw the cleaner outside the hotel who let me in, gave me the keys and who offered to pick up my suitcase for me from the relative's house. I wanted to finally recharge my phone, as I had spent a few hours in a bus and then taking many pictures with it on a tour. I found out that none of the plugs in the upstairs bedrooms were working. The bedroom was warm. If anyone wanted to use the fan provided, they would not have any electricity for it... Finally, I wanted to extend my stay after finishing a tour shortly before checkout time. Gina never replied to any of my messages. Since I had to assume she was ghosting me after the botched check-in, I quickly packed everything up even though I would have liked to rest a bit longer after the hiking tour than just 40mins and looked up other free properties on booking.
Great location with amazing views
Place was cozy, with free cookies and coffee. All the needed amenities were there. It was also near the center and restos. A grocery store was also only steps away
None so far, tho owners are kinda hard to reach at times...
Warm, cosy and comfortable 2 bedroom accommodation over two floors. Very well appointed lounge room and kitchen with lots of homely touches and indoor plants. TV with few English channels. Centrally located to restaurants, shops and tourist office where you need to register. Morning sunshine on access walkway plus outdoor clothes line with pegs. Very handy.
Note up some narrow stairs with very heathy spiky potted plants along the hand rail side.
So nice to have our own apartment although some of the furniture downstairs seem a little worn. So we sat mostly upstairs. It is situated close to restaurants, shops and guides bureaus. Good value for money. We had a fine stay.
WiFi was wobbly.
Great accommodation in the centre of town
House was lovely. It was comfortable, clean and well supplied. We loved the living room and kitchen area! The location was excellent- near shops and restaurants but still quiet. Owners were very nice and helpful!
Nice and homey place near a lot of restaurants and tour agencies. Has a working kitchen filled with essential tools.
Water pressure is low.
Lovely character home situated right in the heart of Sagada's main street. Lots of space and the facilities had everything we needed. Happy to recommend
It has everything we need especially the toiletries. The towels were clean. Everything was clean. Good space for a family. Has water heater. Location was walking distance from everything. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and I would stay again.
I wish they have a thicker and wider white blanket. The blanket they provided was clean but very thin and only fits one person (we are a couple) so my partner had to use another blanket from the other room. The water pressure in the shower could be better improved.
Very clean
None but I like if there are mirror in the 2nd floor
Everything was in our great satisfaction! We were happy with everything in overall aspect!

Very cozy. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful view. Great beds.
Gina’s Homes was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. We’ve requested woods for the fireplace effortless, shout out to all the staff! Indeed a great value for your money!

Beautiful property, located at the downtown area which is where most of the establishments are, and the staff member who assisted us was friendly. The welcome gift (cookies) were so good too!
Nothing at all.
The cleanliness and comfortability. It feels homely. It is nice to have lounge to sit and gather after an exhausting walks. You can either cook or buy food outside and eat on a dining table together. You are not stuck in the room. There are 2 lounges
Nothing. The place is perfect
Wonderful to have the space of a full house. Full kitchen facilities. Two bedrooms. Good location on the main road, near tourist offices and restaurants. We were allowed to check in early, which was great
Rooms, especially upstairs, were pretty warm. Both had fans but they can only do so much.
The water was off and on while using it.
We vould cook our food and the kitchen was well equipped . There’s the dog Masa to greet us everyday when we come home .
Water supply was intermittent . There’s no toilet upstairs
Nice decor and wooden interior. Central to town restaurants and tour guide booking areas (Ask for Mary at Sega tours, she was great).
Small leak of water from the bottom of toilet seat.
Conviniently close to everything in Sagada Proper, well furbished and lovely wooden house with a countryside feeling. Easy going and very accomodating hosts.
Bathroom was a bit cold, but that's the overall experience I've had in every bathrooms in the Philipines.
The apartment was so clean. It had everything we needed and very much enjoyed the fireplace. Very roomy. Very enjoyable. Made our Sagada trip a real pleasure. Would highly recommend. Thank you 😊
Very spacious, great location, free cookies and lovely touch and the use of the washing machine very appreciated.
Top sheets on the beds would have been great.
+ clean + convenient location + cozy, beautiful view outside + nice kitchen
-wifi not working
In the heart of the town with all your companies, shops and restaurants in east walking distance
The wifi want to accessible from all rooms.
The property is well located and the parking at Sagada Bistro was a bonus.
Its cozy and very near to every establishments.
Water supply suddenly stops…
The localization, the beds
Shower (and any taps really) had no water pressure and only brown water coming out. from previous comments I can see it’s been the case for a while. After a few hours and trying to see what could be done, the property manager downstairs allowed us to shower at her place
Great location. Excellent value for money. The only thing needs to be fixed is the hot water pressure. It's way too weak and it's almost impossible to take a shower.
The location was fantastic, the staff who manage the property for the owner were brilliant, very helpful. We had free parking at a local restaurant. It was nice having a real fire for the colder evenings.
The water pressure for the shower didn't work so we had no working shower and had to use the owners house (which was downstairs). Someone helped to get the shower working for the day we left. There was also no drinking water provided, but we weren't sure if that was supposed to be...
nice place
gina did not talk to us- but she was at the restaurant
Excellent location in centre of town Great facilities for cooking, etc Dozens of towels/bedsheets Relaxing view of tree-lined mountain
WiFi is poor and often unavailable Neighbors dog barks a LOT - especially early in the morning
everything was great. the only weak point was the power shower but I notified the host and I’m sure it will get fixed. The bistro owned by Gina is also fantastic.
