They didn’t have room service always skipping my room

Sehr sauber, wir waren im 3.Stockwerk mit Balkon, Aufzug groß und immer verfügbar, es war modern mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes hilfsbereites Personal, Lage super, wir haben uns als Familie mit drei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen wenn wir in Fethiye sind. Die schlechten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Late check-in possible. There is a swimming pool, but didn't try it out. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Room clean and overall ok for a quick stay.

The biggest downside was the naphthalne tablets smell due to its use in the sink and drain as an insect repellent - it is cancerogenic! Windows dirty and full of bird poop around. Furniture in the room quite outdated.

Le personnel est vraiment adorable, très gentil et toujours disponible. L’emplacement est excellent : à proximité de la plage, du centre-ville et des supermarchés, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer à pied. Le réceptionniste a été particulièrement attentionné et accueillant, toujours prêt à nous aider et à répondre à nos besoins. La piscine était également très propre et agréable. L’appart-hôtel est bien entretenu, confortable et idéal pour passer un séjour reposant. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

le logement est situé a quelques minutes du port et des restos donc pratique, le logement est mignon , le lit est confortable et climatisé

la fenêtre de la chambre ne se ferme pas en étant au rez de chaussée pas top, le propriétaire nous a mis une barre en bois pour bloquer la fenêtre ..nous avons eu besoin qu on nous aide pour un appel d ordre médical et les deux personnes à qui nous avons demandé ont refuser de nous aider ,ne parlant pas turc je trouve sa vrmt pas sympas ...quand au ménage fallait pas être très exigeant

Чистые и комфортные апартаменты в апарт-отеле, находятся в центре города, рядом с прогулочной зоной набережной. Сам район очень спокойный и тихий. В кухне есть все необходимые приборы и посуда. Рядом несколько магазинов и ресторанов. Много мест для парковки машины на прилегающих улицах.

Only location is better. Nothing else

First we waited for more than 30 min for the receptionist but she dint bother to come. Our apartment was on second floor and lift to that floor doesn’t work. We were 5 persons they only gave 2 pillows and 1 blanket. Also kitchen was running out of things. No basic facilities even no tea or coffee no salt sugar. No parking

Расположение супер. Набережная в 3 минутах. За углом супермаркет Мигрос до 0:00. Кровать наконец-то большая. Балкончик. Есть даже крохотный бассейн, который не заявлен на сайте. В целом для такой цены в Фетхие - могу рекомендовать.

Дырки от сигарет в покрывале дивана в гостиной. На стенах есть черные полосы от стульев. Нет наличника на входной двери. В общем есть мелочи, которые надо исправить

Çalışan kötüydü ve kaba davrandı. odalarda sigara kokusu ve rutubet kokusu vardı. Klima düzgün çalışmıyordu ve değişik bir koku geliyordu. Odaların böyle oluşu ve çalışanın tutumu kötü olunca burda kalmadık.

The room was clean, the bathroom was in good condition, the mattress was firm and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. It’s suitable for a one-night stay.

There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the room that didn’t go away even after airing it out. The furniture, especially the sofa, looked quite worn. The kitchen area and stove also didn’t seem very well maintained. Considering the price and the fact that breakfast wasn’t included, it felt a bit overpriced.

This place was lovely! Our room was really big, it had a lovely terrace where we could sit outside, good air conditioning, a full kitchen, a washing machine bug lounge room and a super comfy bed! The staff were so friendly and they let us check in early! It’s also super close to lots of shops and cafes! Would definitely stay here again!!

Die Lage,Sauberkeit und Personal

Месторасположение очень хорошее, набережная, центральная улица, в шаговой доступности, магазины, аптеки, даже поликлиника. В номерах-чисто, все необходимое имеется, чистый бассейн. Мужчина очень добрый и вежливый, есть в цоколе прачечная, очень удобно. Останавливаемся уже второй год.

Всё было хорошо! Мы приехали поздно вечером, нас без проблем заселили в отель! Машину припарковали прям рядом с отелем. В номере чисто и уютно.

Lokalita byla blízko moře a snad bude hezká , až skončí stavební práce . Zatím bych ubytování nikomu nedoporučila .

Úvodní fotka je stará, v hotelu bazén není. V budově probíhají stavební práce . Na chodbách je prach, pokoje jsou špatně uklizené , nedostatečné vybavené a smrdí kouřem . Spali jsme tam poslední noc před odletem, ubytování bylo zaplacené. Jinak by jsme odešli .

Хороший персонал. Удобный матрас. Диван превращается в спальное место для двоих детей и одного взрослого (не на постоянной основе с точки зрения удобства). Есть посуда для приготовления. Есть бассейн. Хорошая ванная комната. Хороший балкон, есть где развесить белье, есть прищепки.

Не было соли (это не недостаток, но надо понимать). Плита работает слабовато, но это обычное явление. Пол грязноват. В одном месте вообще прилипали пятки 😁

Во всем здании идет глобальный ремонт квартир, ощущение были, как будто заселилась на стройку. На моем этаже в жилом состоянии были только мои апарты, остальные стоят без дверей, туда сюда ходят рабочие, куча строительной пыли и звуки ремонта в течение дня.Чувствовала себя супер небезопасно, но приехала ночью из аэропорта и искать новые в ночи не стала. Апарты были чистыми, но видно, что давно не обновлялись, все обшарпанное, на сантехники желтый несмываемый налет, на зеркале и в душевой- белый. Вода моментально набирается в душевой и не уходит, мыться надо очень быстро, если нет желания затопить все вокруг. Лучше добавить буквально на 10 евро больше и остановиться в другом месте более комфортном

We book this property since February 2026. And I was informed them I am traveling with 6 month baby. From February until 16 April we still on communication. BUT ! they're not telling me about they are property conditions. We arrived and shock ! the property is under renovation, dusty everywhere, ruined from the building,.swimming pool green water with all trash on it. No body there, just a note "will come in 15 minute" we waiting for 30 min no body show up. We no have local number,we couldn't call. Luckily I walk to the hotel infant the accommodation, me and my husban planing to have 1 night stay in that hotel it's batter then we stay in that apartment with that conditions. And ! Surprisingly that hotel also belong to that apartment they man who supost to waiting us in the apartment he is also work in the hotel. If I am not walk to that hotel I don't know when that man will come to apartment. Finally I am decided to stay in that hotel, AND ! YES !!! the hotel room so tiny where my baby can sleep no space for baby bed. We cancel and find other accommodation withch same price and much more batter. NOTE FOR THIS APARTMENT OWNER ! DOING YOUR BUSINESS IN THE RIGHT WAY. LEARN WHAT THE MEANING OF SERVICE, MONEY WILL COME IF YOU HONEST WITH CUSTOMER. FOR TRAVELER WHO ALREADY BOOK THIS APART. MAKE SURE TO ASK THEM AGAIN ABOUT THE APART SITUATION. FROM WHAT I SEE MAYBE THEY NEED 2 MONTH MORE TO DO THIS ALL RENOVATION.

THE OWNER IS NOT HONEST

The complex was under construction, so if you stay here expect a bit of mess and noise, though it was nice and quiet during normal sleeping hours.

Отличное расположение , море в двух шагах, очень просторные аппараты, вежливые сотрудники. Отель еще на стадии завершения ремонта, но в мае это почти везде, все готовятся к сезону . Единственное что я бы поменяла это подушки, очень жесткие, но вопреки им я смогла выспаться. Отличное место, хотела бы вернуться)))

It is was not a good experience, enough to come by but staying for longer than one night would not recommend, the room looks like it is incomplete and work being done, on the floor there were signs of plastering from the walls and the room also smelled like this there was no proper bedsheets only a thin blanket and we were not offered any alternative solution. Also for a night check in there is a sign saying to wait 15 mins and someone will come back shortly, turns out the reception is completely on the other side of the road, I have seen that someone has left a review this issue around 2 years ago and nobody thought of adding a note pointing to the reception.

Хорошее месторасположение отеля: недалеко находится автовокзал, продуктовый маркет Мигрос, набережная, старый город В отеле есть лифт, очень удобно В целом переночевать один день можно

1. В отеле идет ремонт, шумоизоляция плохая, бассейн заполнен строительным мусором 2. Номер брали на 4-х человек, по итогу заселили в апартаменты, где один диван и одна двухспальная кровать. Не было постельных и ванных принадлежностей, тапочек для двух человек (позже конечно принесли)

Разбитый грязный номер в отеле, который проходит вялотекущую реконструкцию. Бассейн не работает, возможно фотографии показывают состояние лет 10 назад, но сейчас номер грязный, с разваливающейся мебелью и все приходилось отдельно просить на ресепшен. Насекомые в номере, вид из окна на стройматериалы. Не рекомендую к бронированию.

Нема звукоізоляції… стіни тонкі . В готелі та біля нього іде будівництво , або ремонт, не зовсім зрозуміло було. Нема даже чаю в номері …

Hotel sa nachádza v blízkosti promenády, asi 15 minút chôdze do centra, v okolí veľa reštaurácií aj supermarket ,izby sú čisté ,v noci je ticho a kľud. Personál recepcie veľmi milý a prívetivý ,celkovo som bol spokojný, ubytoval by som sa tu znovu.

В готелі проходить ремонт деяких номерів, тому часом шумно може бути. А так все добре.

Staff didn't speak much english but they were super nice and helpful.

They had renovations going on in some apartments which made a bit of noise sometime during the day but we weren't in the room most of the time anyways

Месторасположение - близко к центру, удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей. Номер достаточно просторный, описание соответствует заявленному.

В отеле шел ремонт, было шумно. Шумоизоляция никуда не годится, как в ванной самого номере, так и между номерами - стены как бумажные. В ванне плохо сливалась вода в раковине и в душевой + был слой пыли на лампе и других поверхностях. В целом, видно, что качество отделки не на высоте, но это и не люксовый отель, ценник один из самых низких, но есть куда расти..

Nettes Personal, 24h Ceckin, Gute Lage

Eine Schabe im Bad, die Mülleimer nicht leer. Auf Anfrage haben wir aber doch noch Decken und Bettwäsche bekommen, die waren erst nicht da. Leider nicht sehr sauber. Für Leute die z.B. einfach nur ne Nacht bleiben, um die Wanderung zu starten vllt noch in Ordnung, Familienurlaub lieber nicht:( Achtung Rezeption ist Gegenüber!!! Das wurde leider nirgends beschrieben/ kommuniziert!

It was near the center,clean,the receptionists were so kind and helpfull,the manager so prompt to solve our small problems.

Sehr zentrale Lage Der Männliche Mitarbeiter sehr nett hat ein gutes Herz wünsche ihn alles gut im Leben .

Es war mein dritter oder vierter Besuch. Herd ekelhaft dreckig, hat nicht funktioniert. Toilettendeckel ekelhaft gelb Waschbecken, ekelhaft verschimmelt . Wasserhahn in der Küche ekelhaft . Ameisen und Toiletten fliegen vorhanden Wenn jemand raucht, riecht man im Zimmer . Es wird nicht mehr investiert alles veraltet . Früher hat man sich da wohl gefühlt jetzt nicht leider konnte ich nur 4 Bilder hochladen, nicht mehr.

Hice una reserva para cuatro personas y nos dieron un estudio con dos camas, opción que no deberían ofrecer para dicha configuración de familia. Además, no nos dieron opción a cambiar por algo que fuera cómodo.

The apartment was clean and newly renovated, the pool was empty the check in was very smooth and the guy was very helpful

The apartment at night was cold and they provided 2 thin blankets , and the heat on the air-conditioning wasn't working, but the next morning started working normally and I saved the settings, the next night we came back to the property, I tried the air-conditioning, but it didn't work again, I contacted the reception and explained to them the situation, and asked them if it is controlled from them or what ? The air-conditioning is working day time but not at night , so there are two possibilities, it is controlled by them or due to the lack of electricity as we have some light going and coming back all the time . The lady came to the apartment and she was looking at the issue, while she was on the phone talking to someone else and asking me where I came from and speaking her language, she was a pure rude lady , instead of focusing on fixing the air-conditioning asking some questions which not her business at all Well after all of that , she said it's sorted and will work in 2 min , I said to her I did the same setting and didn't work She said it will work I waited all night but it didn't work and I'm sure she knew that it won't work , and she knew this problem is going on to everyone staying In this property or the apartment I stayed in .

The apartment is clean and comfortable plus great location for old town.

Very poor wifi in building and rooms. Plenty of wifi available but poor signal strength and cuts out a lot. They really need to improve this.

Отель с лифтом, для уставших от долгого гуляния. Хозяина практически и не видели, но и не было необходимости. Все устроило. Соотношение цены и качества хорошее, рекомендую. Номера просторные.

Не было вай фай, лифт переодически не работал, неудобные подушки, вместо одияла в постели наборе была только простыня, кухонная плита при разогревания начинала вонять, вцелом на кухне плохо пахло

صاحب الفندق لم يوفر أكياس الشاي والماء كباقي الفنادق ! توجد غلاية شاي بدون شاي ! حتى لما طلبناه رفض يعطينا ولو قليلا !! المسبح متسخ من فترة الصيف لم يتم تفريغه من الماء وتنظيفه كان منظره مقززا ! لم يتم تعطير الغرفة قبل دخولنا ووجدنا رائحة ( إنسان) كان قبلنا في المكان

Kitchen unbelievably badly stocked didn’t have knives so basically useless, pool was genuinely foul

Great room. Modern and clean bathroom. Air con was great. Quiet area. Check in process was easy and staff were lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

El hervidor de agua está sucio como de leche por lo que no pudimos hacer te. Ubicar a la recepcionista fue muy difícil para entrar o salir.
