Il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è una persona davvero speciale: gentile, attento, sempre con il sorriso, ti fa sentire a casa. É difícil encontrar algo que possa ser avaliado como menos positivo. Tudo estava bem, e é fantástico encontrar um riad em Marrakech no qual as pessoas são genuinamente simpáticas e prestáveis.

Location was great. Breakfast above average for price range. Staff very friendly. Good accommodation, very beautiful and good size rooms, though riad is smaller than expected.

I got a room at ground floor level right next to the reception and entry area which gives a sense of lack of privacy. Also got a couple of cockroaches is the bathroom and the flush broke which I fixed myself cause no one was around at the time. Maybe I was just a bit unlucky.

Séjour exceptionnel au Riad, de l'accueil à notre départ. La chambre était confortable, l'emplacement à la fois proche du souk et la place mais assez en retrait pour être calme et silencieux, avec une terrace magnifique sur laquelle nous avons d'ailleurs mangé un délicieux petit déjeuner. Les gérants sont d'une gentillesse et d'une hospitalité incroyable, j'ai eu l'occasion de discuter avec nos hôtes qui nous ont donné plein de conseils pour le séjour. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage.

Very convenient location but set back from the road ( down an alley) so that it was completely quiet and isolated from the huddle and bustle of downtown Marrakesh Very clean and attractive building. Lovely hosts. Great breakfast Walid is a great guy.

ACCUEIL EXCEPTIONNEL. SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE IDEALE.

La struttura si trova nella medina, vicinissima alla piazza Jemaa el Fna, ma in una zona molto silenziosa. Il riad ha poche camere, ma davvero accoglienti, confortevoli, pulite, profumate, con wifi e aria condizionata perfettamente funzionanti e arredate con grande gusto. La colazione è ottima e servita con cura; inoltre, avendo soggiornato 3 giorni, c'è stata ogni giorno qualche piccola variazione per renderla non monotona, cosa molto apprezzata. Il personale è accogliente, preparato e assolutamente gentile ed ospitale, come pure i proprietari, che abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere. È stato davvero un grande piacere soggiornare qui e sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consiglieremo.

La nostra camera al piano terra era un po' buia, il bagno ogni tanto rilasciava qualche odore non gradevole. La struttura era comunque curata in generale.

A choice of 2 areas to sit and relax other than your room

Un riad encantador, decorado con muchísimo gusto y lleno de detalles que lo hacen especial. Aunque es un espacio pequeño, es absolutamente precioso y muy acogedor. Además, está muy bien ubicado, a un paso de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna, lo que lo convierte en una opción perfecta para disfrutar de la ciudad.

Riad is located in the heart of the medina yet still remained quiet at night, a few minutes walking distance to main square. Small road consisting of only 4 rooms with a beautiful rooftop terrace where the most delicious breakfast was served. Hosts were super helpful and available on what’s app when needed. Room was extremely clean with lots of extra nice vouchers including slippers, robes and hairdryer. Would definitely recommend.

L’accueil, les conseils et la disponibilité de nos hôtes. Ils ont été de très bons conseils concernant les bonnes adresses de restaurant et les excursions ! Tout le personnel a été très attentionné car nous ne pouvions pas monter les escaliers. Ils nous ont descendu les petits déjeuner et le repas le soir que nous avions commandé. Merci particulièrement à Morad avec qui nous avons beaucoup aimé papoter

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa alojarnos en este Riad. Desde el primer momento nos encantó el sitio, no solo porque el edificio en sí es precioso y tiene muchísimo encanto, sino porque además cuenta con una ubicación muy buena, justo en el centro. Si algo ha hecho que nuestra estancia sea inolvidable ha sido el personal. El trato con el cliente es súper cercano y cálido; te hacen sentir como en casa desde el minuto uno. A esto hay que sumarle que la limpieza es impecable, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle en todas las instalaciones. Por último, mención especial a los desayunos... ¡estaban riquísimos! En definitiva, ha sido una estancia espectacular que ha superado nuestras expectativas. Si buscas un lugar hermoso, bien ubicado y con un trato excepcional, este es el sitio ideal. ¡Volveremos sin dudarlo!

Posizione comoda, ottima colazione. Anche se il Riad è piccolo, lo spazio è sfruttato al meglio.

La stanza a piano terra era molto umida, è vero che gli standard di pulizia non sono uguali a quelli europei- ma le lenzuola già sporche prima dell’utilizzo o il velo di polvere sulla testata di legno del letto non credo siano apprezzabili da nessuno.

We arrived late at night and even though the hotel is centrally located, it feels unsafe walking there since it’s in some back alley street. We stayed in a room on the entrance floor, it had no windows to the outside and was small despite a large bed. The only window opened to the entrance hallway/reception.

We had a pleasant stay at the Riad. The location in the medina is excellent, within easy walking distance to the main attractions and the souk, which made exploring very convenient. The host was very kind and even came for us, which we really appreciated. The place was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The room had a charming blend of traditional Moroccan design and modern comfort.

Not really an issue but the wooden furniture appeared to have some oil on it. While we appreciate it’s used to maintain the wood, it left a bit of residue that could transfer onto clothes. Perhaps wiping it down after application would help. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Habitación muy oscura con muy poca luz natural. El agua de la ducha se salía inundando todo el baño. Bastante ruido que no te deja descansar bien (de la puerta de la calle, de gente de fuera, de otros huéspedes...). Pasé frío por la noche.

We had a wonderful experience at Riad Laly. The host Daniele and Morad were very warm and welcoming. We paid for the airport shuttle which was reasonably priced and both the pick up and drop off were timely. Rooms are clean and has all the basic amenities to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast has good variety and a special mention to Jamila. The location is perfect as it is at walking distance to central market and all other famous tourist spots. Overall we were taken good care of. Would definitely comeback again!

Nice breakfast (although it never varied), very nice dinner on the one night we ate in. Staff were lovely. Rooms were smaller than expected, but all the extra hanging options, made all the difference. Quiet at night. Centr a l location in the Medina. Enjoyed the location and our stay.

La ubicación es excelente. El Riad es muy tranquilo y todo estaba muy limpio. Morad ha sido muy amables con nosotros. Destacar el rico desayuno.

La habitación era un poco pequeña y había un poco de humedad, aunque teníamos un deshumificador.

Riad Laly is an absolute gem in the heart of Marrakech! We had a wonderful weekend in the city, and the Riad made it even more incredible. The staff were so attentive and friendly. They arranged transport for us and guided us from meeting points to help navigate the streets. The breakfast was so delicious and was great fuel for a busy day. The property was spotless, and the blue room was beautiful. Despite being right in the centre of the city, once in the Riad everything is peaceful and quiet. Everything we needed, they were happy to help! If you're visiting the city for the first time, don't skip a stay in a Riad, they're a different but wonderful experience.

Beautiful, small, artistically decorated riad in a great location! Definitely grab one of the four rooms, if you can. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, which also has a nice sitting area.

The only thing that could be improved is the overnight noise—it seemed that the staff switched shifts at midnight, and the doors were very noisy. With just four rooms, a continuous physical staff presence seems a bit unnecessary.

Very quaint and traditional riad. The staff and owner were excellent, hospitable and most accommodating. The breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The building was very secure and well located in the old Medina area.

The location is perfect, you are literally in the center of everything. The riad is cozy, clean, and very well maintained. Our host, Morad, was extremely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. On our last morning, we asked to have breakfast served in our room, and they were more than happy to accommodate us. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Nice small riad, almost everything was above Marrakesh standard. Quite small but comfortable room, very nice breakfast served on a slightly chilly roof terrace (January). Airport pick up reasonably priced and worked well.

This was my first time in Africa and Morocco, and as a solo traveler I was a bit nervous at first. From the very beginning, Riad Laly made me feel completely safe, welcomed, and cared for. Booking the airport taxi through the riad was the best decision from the airport to the riad doors I was accompanied by kind and professional people. On arrival, I was welcomed with Moroccan mint tea and a clear explanation on how to navigate the medina, which was incredibly helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable, always with hot water. Housekeeping was outstanding: every morning my bed was beautifully prepared. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious. And the location is perfect: right in the heart of the souks, very close to Tinsmith Square and Jemaa El-Fnaa, yet wonderfully quiet at night. Lovely details like a warm cape during breakfast made the stay extra special. I had the best birthday trip ever and met truly wonderful people, thank you all! I would absolutely return and highly recommend Riad Laly.

That my schedule was too full to fully enjoy this riad. The breakfast was extraordinary, but because I had so many tours booked, I could only attend it a few times. I truly wish I had spent more time at the riad to enjoy the atmosphere, the rooftop, and the hospitality. Next time, I definitely will.

Ottima posizione veramente comoda a tutto, staff disponibile e gentilissimo

Posizione eccellente nella Medina (5 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza principale e 10 dalle Tombe Saadiane) ma lontano da rumore e traffico. Pulizia eccellente. Gentilezza sublime e precisione dello staff per la gestione della pulizia e della colazione. Accoglienza professionale e cordiale, disponibilità, organizzazione dei transfer, indicazioni per la vita quotidiana perfette. Nei giorni di soggiorno abbiamo festeggiato una ricorrenza, che hanno celebrato spontaneamente con una sorpresa in camera. Davvero una coccola sublime per un viaggio a Marrakech.

Une chambre à la décoration authentique, un accueil très chaleureux et personnalisé, l'accès à la cuisine pour se faire un café ou un thé, le toit-terrasse calme et très confortable (tables, canapé), un très beau riad, très bien rénové et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.

Tout était très bien, à part un peu de bruit venant de la rue (par l'aération de la salle-de-bain) au rez-de-chaussée. Quelques conseils sur les visites à faire ou les restaurants/cafés auraient été appréciables.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Riad Laly verbracht und hatten einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer war mit einer Heizung ausgestattet, die bei dem Regen, den wir in Marrakesch hatten, sehr hilfreich war. Morad war sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Da wir leider vor dem offiziellen Frühstück abreisen mussten, hatte er uns netterweise ein Paket mit verschiedenen Obstsorten zusammengestellt.

Leider ist das Riad anhand der Adresse nicht zu finden, man sollte bei Google auf jeden Fall nach dem Namen suchen.

Estuvimos muy cómodos, el Riad es muy bonito y está bien situado. Morad fue muy simpático y acogedor, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. El desayuno muy bueno también!

Il proprietario Daniel e Morad (il ragazzo che lo gestisce ) sono due persone squisite, molto gentili, disponibili e accoglienti. Daniel ci ha anche offerto del prosecco e delle noccioline per brindare, insieme ad altri ospiti del Riad, all'arrivo del nuovo anno, É stato un momento di condivisione e scambio davvero piacevole. La signora che si occupa della colazione é molto cortese ed é un'ottima cuoca, la prima sera abbiamo cenato al riad e ci ha fatto una tajine squisita, la migliore della vacanza! Consigliatissima. Il riad é in posizione ottima, il piccolo vicolo sebbene possa sembrare pericoloso, non lo é affatto, assolutamente tranquillo. Inoltre é a pochi minuti dalla piazza principale. Ci hanno gentilmente organizzato il transfer da e per l'aeroporto al costo di 15 euro. Pulizia buona.

Purtroppo la stanza era molto umida, nonostante la presenza del deumidificatore si sentiva l'odore di muffa in modo spiccato soprattutto nel bagno (non finestrato ). Abbiamo avuto problemi con la doccia, nel tentativo di farla (2 minuti di numero con l'acqua aperta) si é allagato il bagno e l'acqua ha raggiunto il letto. Abbiamo segnalato il problema ma ci é stato detto che il doccino getta più acqua di quanta ne riesca a raccogliere lo scarico, ci hanno quindi suggerito di togliere il tappo allo scarico. Purtroppo peró non siamo riuscite a fare neppure una doccia in 4 giorni perché il problema persisteva .

Tiene una decoración muy bonita cuidando cada detalle , la chica que prepara el desayuno es muy amable te trata super bien con desayuno muy rico y variado, terraza espectacular y empleados super amables .... Volveré

Η τοποθεσία, ο Morrad, η διακόσμηση, το πρωινό. Ο υπεύθυνος του ριάντ, ο Morrad, ηταν ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε τον ρωτούσαμε. Ό,τι συμβουλή μας έδωσε ήταν τοπ. Γνωρίσαμε και τον Γάλλο ιδιοκτήτη ο οποίος ήταν συμπαθητικός. Το μέρος ήταν σαν ένας μικρός παράδεισος. Μέναμε στον επάνω όροφο και ακούγαμε μόνο πουλάκια από το παράθυρο. Το πρωινό στην ταράτσα, με φρεσκο χυμό πορτοκάλι, ήταν ό,τι έπρεπε - φτιαγμένο με φροντίδα. Παρά το βροχερό και κρύο καιρό, ήταν υπέροχα. Η τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία, μπορείς να τα κάνεις όλα με τα πόδια. Τα δρομάκια για να φτάσεις στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν αρκετά φωτεινά και έχει αρκετές κάμερες. Κράτησαν και τη βαλίτσα μας για 3 μέρες που πήγαμε εκδρομή και γυρίσαμε.

Το σπασμένο τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου που πετούσε παντού νερά και το οποίο δεν βοήθησε το υπάρχον πρόβλημα με τη χαμηλή πίεση του νερού που υπάρχει σε όλο το Μαρακές. Νιώσαμε μία μικρή ανασφάλεια με την καθαριότητα αφού οι πλυμένες πετσέτες ήταν απλωμένες για να στεγνώσουν στα κάγκελα του ριάντ.

Bella camera, bel Riad raccolto in un ottimo punto della Medina, personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Das Design der Zimmer ist wirklich wundervoll. Die Lage ist schön zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war auch super. Der Flughafentransfer war auch gut organisiert.

Das größte Problem war leider die Kälte im Zimmer. Wir waren im Dezember dort. Die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage war leider schwach, obwohl sie permanent am Laufen war. Als ich ankam, zeigte mit die AC 14 Grad Celsius im Zimmer an. Nach tagelangem Heizen ging die Temperatur nur auf 18 Grad herauf. Schlafen war in Ordnung, da es dicke Decken gab. Aber für alles andere war es leider so unkomfortabel und ich fühlte mich nicht wohl. Weiterhin gab es ein paar leichte Flecken auf Laken und Kissen. Ich kann die Unterkunft im Winter nicht empfehlen, außer sie erneuern die Klimaanlage. Für alle anderen Jahreszeiten ist das Riad aber gut.

The staff was amazing, they were helpful, nice and friendly. Especially Morad and Jamilla! They gave great tips and advice for our stay. Morad helped us book everything and was a great host. The breakfast was delicious and home made. The rooms super clean and comfortable. We even got a thoughtful christmas present. I would definitely recommend it! A personal touch :)

Riad Laly es perfecto para pasar unos días maravillosos en Marrakech. El ambiente es muy acogedor y la habitación impecable, con una cama comodísima y con una decoración muy cuidada. La ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno es maravilloso. Especial mención al trato del personal, Morad y Jamila, que hicieron que la estancia fuese sobresaliente.

伝統的なモロッコの内装がとても素晴らしく、ELLE DECOの雑誌に載っているような空間でした。伝統的なペンダントライトの装飾、ベットスプレッドの色合いなど完璧でモロッコ滞在中のどのホテルよりも気に入りました。またモロッコを訪れたいと思うし、また泊まりたいと思っています。

部屋の鍵が開けにくかったかも。ホテルのスタッフが丁寧に教えてくれます。
