Very clean and comfortable rooms. Located just out from the old town away from the hustle and crowds.

La struttura è moderna e dotata di ogni confort necessario per una casa. Dotata di parcheggio privato anche se non facile da trovare subito.

20 minuti abbondanti a piedi per raggiungere il centro.

Appartamento nuovo, molto grande con ogni tipo di confort. Davvero una chicca a 15 min dal centro di Nauplia, con un bellissimo centro da visitare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato ottimo!

Comfortable for a couple, new, not far from center of old town, private parking, well equipped.

We had to call the owner to clean the apartment as it was not vacuumed (had hair on the floor)and not mopped when we arrived. The owner responded immediately and the cleaning lady came and did a quick vacuum, not mopped but we did not ask also as we wanted to settle in. They did apologize politely and said this was a one time occurrence. They sounded honest.

Neue geräumige Wohnung im 2. OG mit bequemen Betten, modernes Bad und Küche, Mückengitter vor allen Fenster. Küchenausstattung soweit ok aber Weingläser und Handtücher fehlten leider. Es hat einen privaten Parkplatz, dieser ist jedoch von der Strasse öffentlich zugänglich und nicht eingezäunt. Man ist in 20 Fussminuten im alten Zentrum, der Stadtteil wo die Wohnung liegt hat auch ein paar schöne Läden und Restaurants auch wenn der erste Eindruck anders ist.

Balkon kann wegen dem Strassenlärm nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden, Küchenausstattung.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα κοντά στο κέντρο του Ναυπλίου

La iluminación un poco tenue y falta, en mi opinión, menaje de cocina. No había: abrebotellas, sacacorchos, espátula, bol de desayuno, escurridor, tostadora,

Καθαρό, άνετο με τις απαραίτητες παροχές. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ό,τι χρειαστηκαμε.

Θα μπορούσε να τοποθετηθεί στην είσοδο του διαμερίσματος μια κρεμαστρα επιτοιχια ή επιδαπεδια πχ για τα μπουφαν, τις τσάντες.

Καινούργιο διαμέρισμα, οι φωτογραφίες προφανώς ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα, καλό στρώμα, άνετο μπάνιο, με parking, όλα σε 1 πολύ καλό επίπεδο. Περίπου 15 λεπτά περπάτημα από την παλιά πόλη του Ναυπλίου.

Κάποιες λεπτομέρειες που όμως δεν αλλοίωσαν την πολύ καλή εικόνα του διαμερίσματος όπως η ντουλάπα που δεν είχε κρεμάστρες, οι συρόμενες πόρτες της είχαν κάποιο θεματακι και σκαλώνανε. Επίσης καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε 1 wetter στην κουζίνα (οκ είχαμε φέρει δικό μας).

Ολοκαινουριο κατάλυμα σε καινούρια πολυκατοικία, εύκολη πρόσβαση με καθορισμένη θέση στάθμευσης. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα. Δεν του λείπει κατι. Οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρινονται στην πραγματικότητα. Η οικοδέσποινα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστηκαμε. Εξαιρετική επιλογή. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για οικογένεια.

Βρήκαμε λίγες τρίχες στο χώρο του μπάνιου στο σιφόνι κ στο πάτωμα. Μπορεί να ήταν κ της κυρίας που καθάρισε νωρίτερα αλλά υπήρχαν.

Location wise it was nice. Amenities and furnishing was nice and high end. Washing machine and everything else you need.

The reason I scared this place lower was purely because despite having amazing facilities within the place, there was no guidance on how to use any of it without the risk of breaking something. From the shutters, to the aircon that works from a central control panel. As a guest house and accommodation owner myself, we firstly meet snd greet all guests and show them all facilities. I tried for hours to get hold of the owner via WhatsApp and booking.com and was stressed as we were approaching the town and I had no idea how to get the keys. Eventually the owner reached out saying they had internet issues. I accept that. No one met us at the apartment. I understand that’s more convenient for some. But there was no check in instructions on getting the AC panel to work for the example. So a friendly suggestion is that if you don’t meet guests at the location - have clear instructions on how to get the AC to work and the shutters.

Apartment is new. Have a good comfort. Have a private parkink in the building. Staff is communicate and fast responsable.With one word Excelent apartment.
