Asunto oli riittävä yöpymiseen. Aamupalan ja iltapalan tekeminen onnistui asunnossa.

Asunnon epäsiisteydestä. - likaisia astioita kaapissa - likainen ja haiseva mikro - pakkanen niin täynnä jäätä, että pakastin luukku oli auki kun saavuimme asuntoon. - saunan kiukaasta puuttui paljon kiviä - suihkun pidike rikki ja suihkun laatat likaisia - suihkun lattiakaivo ei vedä kunnolla. - vessan käsipesualtaan hana on jäykkä ja sen säädin on irti.

Die Lage ist vor allen Dingen für Reisende, die mit dem Flugzeug in Rovaniemi ankommen ideal, da der Flughafen nur 15 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem PKW entfernt ist. Man hat Privatsphäre, es ist ruhig gelegen. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung, vor allem für die dicken Winterjacken und Schuhe. Der Eingangs Bereich ist durch eine extra Türe vom Wohnbereich getrennt. Alles ist sauber, in der Küche befinden sich alle Dinge, die nötig sind für Frühstück oder zur Zubereitung kleiner Gerichte. Ich fand es auch wirklich super, dass ich anfangs als ich mit der Bedingung des Sauna Ofens etwas überfordert war, sofort mit jemandem telefonieren konnte, der mir geduldig und ausführlich eine Anweisung gegeben hat. Danke nochmals dafür.

Das Apartment wirkt auf den Fotos von der Einrichtung neuer und moderner. Tatsächlich ist das gesamte Interieur schon in die Jahre gekommen. Was ja O.K. ist, wenn alles gut gepflegt wird und in Schuss gehalten wird, oder gegebenenfalls repariert wird. Der Klo sitz war einfach locker und ist dauernd verrutscht. Sowas sollte bei der Endreinigung auffallen und sofort behoben werden. Ebenso war der Wasserhangriff im Bad defekt und ist immer abgegangen. Das sind einfache Dinge, die man leicht reparieren kann. Das aber auch machen sollte. Auch war die Lichterkette, die den Treppenaufgang schmückt kaputt. Bitte auswechseln. Noch etwas: Für etwas unsportliche, ältere oder schwere Menschen ist der Schlafbereich nicht ganz problemlos zu erreichen. Man muss eine Treppe zum Bett "klettern".

This was a superb unit. Absolutely perfect for our needs. I was a little confused as to where the unit was, (user issue, not the hosts fault), I called the number and we vid called so he could see where I was and point me in the right direction.

It was minus 30 the day we arrived, the lock box was tricky to use because my fingers were so cold and it was frozen, the door was a bit tricky but again, because of the crazy cold weather, it would normally be -30. That's not the hosts fault though, that's the weather, so really there wasn't anything we didn't like about the accommodation to be fair!

Asukoht, saun. Võõrustaja oli sõbralik ja abivalmis. Toidu valmistamiseks elementaarsed asjad olid olemas.

Ruumid ja sisseseade vajaksid natuke värskendamist. Suure külmaga (-33C) esines palju kondentsi.

Sijainti loistava Yliopistoon nähden ja siisti ja ennen kaikkea turvallinen asunto. Rauhaisa ja hyvä ilma; ei sisäilmaongelmia (olen homeallergikko reagoisin heti jos olisi). Kunnon keittiö ja kylppäro ja parvella loistava sänky.

Portaat parvelle hieman liian jyrkät minun makuuni.

Good apartments located near the lake with a beautiful view. Very quiet and calm place. The sauna is a great bonus. Everything was comfortable and met expectations.

Super Lage in der Nähe des Sees, Kaffeemaschine , Sauma und Geschirrspüler war super

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It is located in a peaceful and quiet area, away from the city center, which made it very relaxing. The cleanliness was up to standard, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment was warm and cozy. Getting into the apartment was easy, and even my cat felt at home and loved the place.

The only thing I didn’t like so much was the bathroom – it’s a bit older – but it was still functional and didn’t affect my overall experience. I definitely don’t regret booking this place.

The apartment is clean, has everything you need, shops are close,very beautiful and large park almost! I want to say that the owners are very kind, they helped us with whatever we needed. Thank you so much
