The location was very safe for the family and upmarket

Location. Close to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc. Lovely apartment with all the necessities you need for a break away.

On-suit shower drain were blocked. No block out curtains- I'm a bad sleeper so the light from the parking lot affected me.

Nayuha Apt B on Flic en Flac is a 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor (no stairs). It is very close to the Flic en Flac beach (2-5 min walk). Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby with a Carrefour outlet 10 mins walk away. Pros: 1. Clean space with three A/c bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. The master bedroom has an attached bath & toilet while the other two have to share a common one. The beds were very comfortable. 2. Shower cubicles with hot running water (running on a solar heater) and toilets with bidets. The common bathroom also has a washing machine. 3. Kitchen is well laid out with a 4 hob gas stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, sandwich maker, a small oven (OTG) and large refrigerator. The dining space has a 6 seater glass top table & chairs. A small bar unit with flip open top and high stools was fun to use. 4. Sufficient cleaning accessories were available for both dishes & washing machine. 5. Living room has a 2 & 3 seater recliner sofas – very comfy – with cushioned footstool. TV was well placed for comfortable viewing. WiFi was decent, ensuring smooth connectivity. 6. While there were not sufficient charging points in the bedrooms, the owner had thoughtfully included a couple of extension boxes and adapters in the living room. Mood lighting in the living space and kitchen added to the ambience. 7. Covered and open parking spaces were available. 8. Easy to find - It is correctly identified on GMaps under the name Nayuha Apartment. 9. There is a short cut to the beach from the rear of the building, provided you are not averse to walking thru a cemetery (Note: return this way may be challenging as they close the beach side gates of the cemetery by 5 pm or so in the evening) 10. Keys were provided in the lock box with a combination shared in advance.

Cons: 1. Lack of beach towels (being so close to the beach, it would have been nice), but Mr Prakash was obliging enough to permit us use the extra bath towels for the beach. 2. The wardrobes in the bedrooms were not in the best shape - they seemed a bit flimsy, had sharp corners and at least in one room seemed partly damaged (crack). Further, there is no provision to place your suitcase to un/pack, so you are forced to lay it out on the bed, which is not very hygenic. A table in each room would come in very handy. 3. While the kitchen was stocked with sufficient cutlery and cups, they did not seem super clean when we arrived, so we ended up washing them before use. 4. No towel rods in the bathrooms or kitchen. Both bathrooms had a set of hooks, but the ones in the master was placed poorly, it was hardly useful. The kitchen had no towel rods or towel hooks. Overall we had a lovely time with some great memories! Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment as it was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient and close to key places.

The location was great, close to the beach, which was within walking distance. Shops and restaurants were also within walking distance. The host was friendly and caring and made sure we were comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay in this spacious three-bedroom apartment. The extra space made it feel relaxed and easy to live in, especially for a longer stay. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and stayed cool even during hot days. The air conditioning worked well, and the ceiling fan in the open kitchen and lounge area was particularly useful when working at the desk. We also appreciated the host leaving essentials such as bottled water, soaps and kitchen roll, which sounds basic but is surprisingly uncommon in my experience. The location is excellent, with the beach only a short walk away and Flic-en-Flac being a great base for a holiday. There’s a very good gelato place (Gelato Heaven) nearby, perfect for an evening treat. The parking space was utilised, and check-in was simple via a lock box. Communication with the host was clear and easy over WhatsApp. The number of excellent restaurants and food stands within a short walk are too numerous to count. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-located apartment that we would happily recommend.

There's 4 covered parking spaces and 3 or 4 uncovered spaces out the front of the building. If you have a big car, you will struggle to get into the covered parking as they are very small and it's tight to park between the pillars. We never had an issue getting a space, it's just whether you get a covered spot right outside your door or if you have to leave your car in the sun in the bigger spaces out on the drive (it's a total of an extra 15 steps so hardly an inconvenience).

Apparemment très confortable et situé à proximité de la plage aux filoas. Nous avons passé dix jours à flic en flac très bien situé pour faire le tour de l'île en voiture . L'accueil du propriétaire est très chaleureux. Je recommande cette réservation.

Appartement bien équipé, bonne localisation avec commerces et restaurants à proximité, 5 minutes à pied de la plage, place de parking.

Bit of loud noise from other apartments in the area on a Friday and Saturday night, but nothing too bad.

Lokalizacja obiektu blisko plaży - kilka minut spacerkiem na około lub na skróty za obiektem 1 minuta. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Najbliższy market kilka minut samochodem. Restauracje w odległości kilku minut pieszo, po drodze na plażę. Apartament bardzo czysty i wyposażony wystarczająco. 3 duże sypialnie i dwie łazienki. Dodatkowo salon i kuchnia. Dla rodziny 5 osobowej wystarczająco. Apartament na parterze. Parking dla samochodu zaraz przy drzwiach wejściowych. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Mały basen do dyspozycji.

The house was very well equipped. You had everything that you needed. There are three rooms in the house with two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Each room has an AC. However, we did not need it, as it is on the ground floor and it was pleasant without it. There is a little swimming pool, that we did not use because the beach is just five minutes away. You have to cross the cemetery and the road and there you are! It has also got parking lots. Mr Prakash is really kind. You can contact him anytime. 😃

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Fully equipped, spacious, and perfectly located. Depending on the route you take, you can walk to the beach between 2 min and 5 minutes. Yet it is off the hustle and bustle of Coastal Road. Restaurants are just off the beach, so are ATMs and even a pharmacy. All within walking distance. The area is quiet, safe and everybody smiles and greets! I would recommend Nayuha apt B any day!!

Very comfortable, clean, quiet, modern apartment that felt like home for us during our stay in Flic en Flac. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to outdoors fitness area, 10 minutes walk to the best supermarket in the west area. Top quality broadband Wifi stable and super fast (could live stream high res or load streaming data for our work), modern appliances, quiet cool airconditioning, washing machine and fully stocked kitchen made it easy and fun to cook our own food (since most restaurants nearby are quite touristy priced and quality is hit & miss). Prakash the host has very good communication, fast response, and always showing care for the well being of his guests.

Fantastic place for family chill out time. Easy to walk to the beach. As well as easy drive to lots of nearby hotels for wine and dine. Quiet and very clean. Excellent and pristine building. Walking distance to restaurants and lots of easy clean eating shacks on the beach. Good size pool but beach is nearby.

Well located, close to nearby amenities and the buzz Part of Flic n Flac. The villa was clean and modern. The bedrooms are a true highlight—comfortable beds Lastly, the hospitality provided by Mr. Prakash and his wife was exceptional. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
