I can say this was the best stay in my entire 2 weeks road trip, beautiful, clean, location everything was perfect.

Manuela was son nice, kind and attentive.

Todo. Personal fantástico. Ubicación. Y las instalaciones perfectas.

Location

We loved everything

Absolutely everything is perfect! Rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable. Attention to detain is outstanding. What a fantastic place to stay. Highly highly recommend. Fabio is absolutely wonderful, and so warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back one day. Grazie mille!

Very well kept bed and breakfast.

Sauber mit eigener Einfahrt und Minibar

Alles war gut

Super dejligt sted

Beautiful, modern accommodation just a short distance from the center of Maranello. The motorsport theme is everywhere. Small details, like rooms named after racing circuits, will put a smile on the face of anyone who loves motorsport. :) The entire property and its surroundings are very well maintained, and you feel truly comfortable here right away. Everything is topped off by amazing staff who take great care of you. A big benefit is definitely also the spacious parking in an enclosed courtyard right in front of the villa. If you're heading to Maranello with a more valuable car, there's nothing to think twice about — I would definitely choose this accommodation again.

The room was super clean and I had everything I could need for my stay. Maranello being a rather small city, it was possible to visit everything I wanted by foot, leaving my car at Ca' Prandini. The staff had good communication and was very friendly as well.

I did not really like that the fridge was full of things that I would've had to buy if I wanted to consume them. My personal preference would've been that this was kept empty so I could use the fridge for my own food/drink. Note that the prices were really reasonable and that this is just my preference.

The staff is very heart warming, very trusting, clean place with parking, gate and a comfortable garden.

This place is a true gem with large, modern rooms. My family and I were so comfortable here and it the staff was so helpful. They even helped us get a taxi back to the train station. The area was beautiful. I would love to visit again!

Pulizia, colazione, professionalità e gentilezza personale

Assolutamente tutto. Camere bellissime e posizione fantastica. Abbiamo già prenotato un secondo soggiorno

Ospitale, rinnovata, super strategica

Nulla

Location, struttura , accoglienza. Sig.

RECOMIENDO 200%✨

Nada, nos pareció todo PERFECTO

Smart, well designed, non fussy, subtle motorsport theme, like room names being racing circuits, and breakfast china designs, great books and photographs. Excellent breakfast. Good location, 10 minute walk from the centre of Maranello and very secure parking for Ferraris

Nothing!

Beautiful bed and breakfast. Wonderfully remodeled and the staff were friendly.

This is super close to Ferrari Factory but not as close as I was thinking to the museum.

Very friendly and generous staff. Excellent room and facilities. Great breakfast. Second time staying here and will definitely do so again in future.

Very nice room, incredibly clean and with great facilities. Breakfast was very nice but the best part was the manager who very generously lent us umbrellas and waited for our car to arrive in the morning.

Très belle ambiance

Very nice hotel and wonderful host, give us honeymoon upgrade. Thanks!

No

The hotel helped us arrange a paid car to pick up and drop off at the Modena train station, which was very convenient. The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are very welcoming, and prepared coffee and hot chocolate for us. Everything here is very warm.

Nothing.

A very friendly welcome from the owner. Beautifully situated in the middle of Maranello. Nice room and a very good breakfast. Highly recommended! Grazie!

Um lugar lindo, confortável e acolhedor. Retornaremos sem dúvida!

Ottima posizione vicino a tutti i musei dell’auto

Excelente

We had a fantastic stay! The whole property was beautifully designed, with a unique Formula 1 theme that added an additional atmosphere since we’re about to visit Formula 1 race and our room also had thoughtful touch, every detail reflected the character of the track it was named after. The interior was stylish, comfortable, and clearly created with care. The breakfast was really delicious and the entire atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owner was especially kind and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, personality, and great hospitality!

Fantastic !!!!!!

Everything was super 👌

Amabilidade dos funcionários, comodidades dos quartos, tudo perfeito.

Calme et très propre. Chambre pratique.

rien !

If you want to have the time of your life, stay at Ca’ Prandini. Our stay exceeded all expectations. Check-in was extremely convenient and not limited to specific hours, which allowed us to head straight into Bologna’s city center after arriving. The building itself, complete with a charming winter garden, and its surroundings are absolutely lovely. There is plenty of parking space, and our room was very spacious and incredibly clean. The owner is a wonderful person with a real passion for cars. We had his phone number and could reach him whenever needed. He even helped us secure a reservation at Montana, which is usually quite difficult. The staff is honestly better than in many 5-star hotels. Truly. They spoke English very well and were always eager to help. Overall, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and homely. My partner even received a beautiful birthday gift from the hotel — something we’ve never experienced even in luxury hotels! And finally, the location is unbeatable. We were able to walk everywhere.

Super place in great location.

Nulla

The accommodations were spacious, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located to very good restaurants, cafes and of course the various Ferrari attractions and stores. I appreciated the roomy shower (!), adjustable lighting, and reasonably priced minibar, as well as the daily room service. I particularly liked the Ferrari/Racing decor and the rooms named after the F1 racetracks too!

We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, (but the weather was so perfect we just opened the windows!).

Parcheggio interno custodito.

The location and parking was really good the winter garden was very nice and hot in the evening as well we played cards for all night there! Would recommend to anyone

Hotel novo, limpo, moderno e aconchegante. O atendimento e atenção de Fábio e Manuela fazem a diferença. Já é nossa segunda hospedagem nesse hotel e recomendo demais.

Cudowny hotel! Wszystko nowe, zadbane i czyste. Hotel w samym centrum miasta, do muzeum Ferrari 10 min pieszo.

A great hotel idea and even better execution! Perfect location in Maranello, close to where everyone who comes to Maranello wants to go. Thank you, Fabio. I recommend it!

Wszystko super 👍

Loved the decor and theme (rooms are all named after a formula 1 track), it was also very close to city centre, extremely clean and had good coffee

The bar fridge in the room was a bit tiny, but other than this everything was perfect

Beautiful property, very central, comfortable with very kind staff

We absolutely loved our stay. Such a special place. We came to visit the Ferrari museum after going to the Italian Grand Prix. So much attention to detail and care at this stay. It’s a true expression of Maranello and feels very high end for the price. Well worth it. Thank you, Fabio!

A molto presto..Ca'Prandini e grazie!

Dovere soggiornare solo poche ore!

Posizione top! Parcheggio auto all'interno della struttura !

C'était juste parfait.

Hotel super bien cuidado y muy buena atención. Super recimendable

Alles neu, sehr sauber! Ruhig gelegen. Nette Gastgeber! Bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Gentilezza e accoglienza ottime. Posizione della struttura molto strategica e comoda. Camera ampia il giusto, moderna e pulitissima. Colazione servita al tavolo ottima.
