Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Close to the museum but the proximity alone isn't enough to justify a stay here. One of the worst stays I've ever had
There were unfortunately a lot of disappointing things during our one night stay. First of all, we were expecting the 4star rating on Booking to be somewhat accurate but unfortunately it was more like a 2star at best. The room was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely flat, the room was awfully bright, the bathroom smelled and was dirty, it lacked so many amenities, they only had plastic cups, the sink was dirty, the shower was rusty. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Our scrambled eggs had so many shells in them it was basically an egg shell omelet. To top it off, whenever we leave our room at ANY HOTEL we make sure to put a do not disturb sign and make sure the door is LOCKED and CLOSED as we do not want anyone entering the room while we are away. We went down for breakfast for around 20minutes and when we got back up, our ROOM DOOR WAS OPEN! We immediately reported it and questioned the cleaner whether she opened it or not. Obviously this was denied but it was IMPOSSIBLE for ANYONE TO ENTER THE ROOM. We had to waste a good chunk of our limited time in Maranello to deactivate all our of credit cards. SO DISAPPOINTING! SO UNSAFE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL! First the misleading rating of the hotel, and everything else. But the entering of our room and leaving the room door open was the worst that could happen. We were livid! We highly discourage this hotel.

L’hotel ha alcune buone caratteristiche, ma a mio parere non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del bagno, che è stato comunque gestito prontamente e con disponibilità, permettendoci di utilizzare il bagno di un’altra camera per fare la doccia. Il giorno seguente siamo stati trasferiti in un’altra stanza, ma purtroppo era di livello inferiore rispetto a quella che avevamo inizialmente. La colazione è estremamente semplice, con pochissime opzioni e una scelta piuttosto limitata per un hotel che si presenta come 4 stelle. Va però sottolineata la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale, sempre pronto ad aiutare e a cercare di risolvere i problemi nel modo più rapido possibile.

Le petit déjeuner est ouvert jusqu’à à 10H mais à 9H il n’y a plus grand chose à manger : juste 4 tranches de pain de mie, quelques céréales et de la pizza.Tout le reste était vide et même pour un chocolat chaud pour les enfants on nous a répondu que c’était fini sans essayer de proposer autre chose!

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Super miejsce do zwiedzania Muzeum Ferrari, utrzymane w klimacie - mają wspaniałe malarstwo nawiązujące do F1 ! Dla samego obejrzenia warto skorzystać z ich restauracji! Ponadto czyściutko , fajny widok z okna , blisko do muzeum , jest też prawdopodobnie sklepik z rzeczami Ferrari z drugiej strony hotelu, ale odkryliśmy go dopiero przy wyjeździe i już nie skorzystaliśmy! Podkreślić też warto super śniadanka i jeszcze lepszą obsługę - serdeczne pozdrowienia dla Pati,która wprowadziła nas we włoski klimat i serwowała pyszną kawę ! Duży, dostępny i bezpieczny bezpłatny parking!

Karşılama personeli ve temizlik görevlileri çok güler yüzlü olmalarına rağmen otelin imkanları çok ama çok kötü. Otelin ve odalarının yenilenmesi lazım. Giriş lobisinin kliması yoktu ya!

You can reach the Ferrari museum, shops, factory and also the Fiorano test track or Ristorante Montana by a few minute walks. The place offered private safe parking below the building which came in really handy. As Ferrari lovers we could not be happier. The room was nice and clean, Hotel offered great breakfast and options to eat lunch/dinner.

Le personnel n'est pas très agréable Odeur nauséabonde dans les couloirs Très forte odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain qui vous prend à la gorge. La pire literie que j'ai jamais eu, le matelas était foutu on s'enfonçait dedans ! La propreté laisse à désirer Le frigo fait un boucan dans la chambre il n'est même pas dans un meuble ou une armoire Le buffet du déjeuner est ridicule, il manque de tout, le peu qu'il y a est mauvais et des mouches partout... Le châssis de la terrasse ne ferme pas correctement et suffit de pousser sur la fenêtre pour l'ouvrir même quand il est censé être verrouillé.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Wir waren zu dritt mit dem Motorrad auf der Durchreise, wollten ins Ferrari Museum. Hotelpersonal super freundlich, wir haben ein Apartment oben mit 2 Klimaanlagen bekommen, draussen waren es um die 40°C. Beim Check In wurden wir sofort mit Wasser versorgt, Parken bei der Hitze gern in der Tiefgarage (ohne Aufpreis). Das Ferrari Werk liegt genau gegenüber und auch zum Ferrari Museum waren es nur einige hundert Meter. In der Unterkunft untern Doppelbett mit Fernseher, oben 2 Einzelbetten. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück war nicht üppig, aber ausreichend. Gern wieder.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Príjemný personál, apartmán bol priestranný, veľká terasa s výhľadom na závod Ferrari presne podľa popisu, balená voda zadarmo, koľko sme chceli, aj na cestu domov nám ju sami ponúkli, v Maranello Village Hotel nám nedali žiadnu a za tú v chladničke pýtali 2Eur za malú fľašu.
Dizajnér sprchového kútu by mal vrátiť diplom ak študoval dizajn, doprial by som mu sa v ňom sprchovať do konca života....
