I stayed in the single room called Pixie Room which was very comfortable and had a large bathroom, working desk and fridge. They also offered an honesty bar with drinks and snacks.

Breakfast was not was expected according to description of "Continential Breakfast"

I really enjoyed the stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and modern. The area was peaceful and quiet, but also nice and close to the main town. Breakfast was simple and continental, but it suited the stay well and had what I needed to start the day. Overall, it was a really easy and enjoyable experience.

Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn't like. Everything was comfortable and suited what I needed for the stay. Really nice to have the breakfast included especially at the price. Overall, it was a really good experience.

The breakfast was not what I was expecting when the booking said continental breakfast I thought of normal toast and egg, but not cereal, granola and yoghurt.

The location is good, breakfast ok, they do not serve the English breakfast that was my turnoff.

This was a good experience I love this place I highly recommend either on business or leisure it a perfect place to relax and recharge, the setting and design very modern everything you would get in a bespoke hotel you will get here. Absolutely amazing im always going to book everytime im in the area.

It's stylish and modern, loved that about it. The person who welcomed me was very friendly.

I was unhappy to wake up on the second night feeling cold, especially since there was no heater or air conditioning. On the second day, when I returned to my room after it had been cleaned, I noticed that my jacket had been hung on my suitcase, with some parts of it touching the floor instead of being placed in the wardrobe. The mats were carelessly left on the bench, and the bed had not been made properly.

The catering for the continental breakfast was below par. The catering we received daily was nowhere near to the list in the accommodation. Our 1 hour earlier check in time which was approved on Bookings website was disputed. So we waited until the published time. The directions given to find the site were woefully inadequate.

The room was very comfortable, the location was great for visiting my friends in the area, the check-in was easy as well as getting in and out. I also appreciated the parking and little stoop where I sat a few times.

The fruit could have been a little more fresh, but otherwise, things were great.

I booked 2 rooms. The rooms are well appointed, and the beds comfortable. The garden was well looked after.

We were held up by an accident on the road. I had originally informed them that we would arrive at about 4 pm. Due to the accident and very extensive road works, we were going to arrive about 2 hours later than I indicated. I received a phone call whilst driving, asking what time we would arrive, and told the lady at about 6 pm. Her immediate response was to inform me that if I arrived after 6 pm that they would bill me at the rate of R200 per hour for every hour after 6 pm. I told her about the accident and as I tried to explain to her about the accident she simply ignored my explanation and continued to talk over me and responding that I would be charged at the rate of R200 per hour. She also asked if there was someone traveling with me and, if so, why had I not asked that person to phone them and inform them of the possible late arrival. We arrived just before 6 pm. The one bedrooms bathroom uses gas to heat the water. This was not working, and I informed the lady of the problem. She came back to me and said that the plumber was not available to see to the problem. She undertook to replace the gas cylinder. On leaving the following morning to go out for breakfast, she phoned me and requested that " I go to the bathroom to see if the water was hot as I was closer." I found her attitude aggressive and condescending and would strongly recommend that she either find a new line of work or go on a course of how to interact with people. I have used Booking.com for around 17 years and have stayed at their recommended accommodation in Europe, South Africa, and Australia. What should have been a pleasant stay was tainted by the interaction with this lady.
