Super lekker ontbijt met prachtig uitzicht. Ideale gastheer!

De accomodatie zelf en gratis parking met laadpaal op paar voetstappen van de voordeur

Die Unterbringung ist einzigartig und liegt zentral. Bei jedem Spaziergang hat man eine gute Orientierung, weil der Turm so groß ist. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Bad hat sogar eine Regenschauerdusche und eine Bodenheizung. Das Frühstück ist im 6. Stock und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Luka der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und zaubert morgens schon einen leckeren Cappuccino. Die gesamte Kommunikation war einfach und problemlos.

Uns hatte es etwas überrascht, dass das Badezimmer keine Tür zum Schlafbereich hatte, aber darauf konnte man sich zwei Tage gut einstellen.

Accueil très chaleureux, au petit soin envers ses hôtes, chambres très propre et confortable, très bonne situation de l'hôtel. Nous avons apprécié, l'écoute de Mr, et ses petites attentions notamment pour le petit déjeuner (choix végétarien) et l'effort pour la communication en français. C'était parfait 😁. Merci 🙏

Luka, unser Vermieter, war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Er versorgte uns mit vielen Tipps. Tolle Lage. Der Frühstücksraum oben im Turm war richtig schön mit einer tollen Aussicht. Es gab zum Frühstück jeden Tag frisches Obst. Schönes Zimmer.

Central location, very nice and clean, modern apartment with excellent view. Luka was very kind and attentive, he quickly responded any questions that we had, room service was provided every day, which was amazing. The apartment also has a small fridge, free coffee and tea. Thank you, Luka, we had fun sailing ⛵️🌷

De locatie was makkelijk te bereiken per auto. Gratis en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk ontvangst door gastheer Luca. Ontbijt: er was genoeg om uit te kiezen, voor ieder wat wils. Ontbijt was prima verzorgd

Super unieke locatie! De kamers zijn schoon en mooi ingericht. Alles is goed verzorgd en de eigenaar Luka is heel dienstbaar. Ontbijt goed verzorgd met een panoramisch uitzicht. Fijne bedden, hygiënisch. Je kunt hier echt spreken van een hotelervaring! Fantastisch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hele schone kamer. Fijne bedden. Weinig tot geen geluidsoverlast in de nacht. Leuk uitzicht. Ontbijt was goed. Geniet keuze aan brood, fruit, beleg en yoghurt. Weinig wordt er weggegooid te zien aan de kleine porties. Dat vind ik erg goed.

Broodjes waren lekker, maar meer als lunch. Te “zwaar” voor ontbijt.

Prachtige locatie, mooie kamer in een oude verbouwde watertoren. Fijne persoonlijke ontvangst, kortom echt een aanrader. Eigenaren verdienen alle credits hoe ze van deze watertoren een b&b hebben gemaakt.

Sehr außergewöhnliches B&B sehr ruhiger Ort super Aussicht vor allem beim Frühstück. Der Gastgeber ist super Freundlich und ausgesprochen gutem Frühstück.

Origineel verblijf, gastvrije ontvangst, zeer comfortabel, uitstekend ontbijt!

Jammer, we waren vergeten, of we wisten het niet, dat we voor 15.00 u het ontbijt moesten bestellen voor de volgende ochtend. Maar we hebben de volgende ochtend bij de bakker in het dorp een heerlijk ontbijt gekocht.

Unieke lokatie in het centrum van mooie fietsroutes. Super gastvrije beheerder, we konden er eerder in en als we wilden later uit checken. Alles was schoon en het ontbijt heerlijk met warme broodjes en vers fruit en verse jus.

Enige minpuntje er zit geen deur bij het toilet.

Speciale locatie , anders als anders, geweldige mooie kamer en badkamer . We zijn ontiegelijk leuk en goed behandeld door de eigenaar

A very unusual stay in the old water tower. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the heated floor is to die for! The homemade breakfast with the fresh orange juice was served by the host, Luka. He also gave us precious tips on what to see and do.

Our stay at De Tulpentoren was excellent. The accommodation was very bespoke and unlike anywhere we’d ever stayed before. Our host, Luca, was wonderful - nothing was too much trouble for him. The B&B was well placed for Krugenhof Gardens which was our main reason for visiting the area.

An exceptional B&B with a charming host. The beds are very comfortable, and the open-plan bathroom impresses with a rainforest shower and underfloor heating. For breakfast, host Luca offers everything your heart desires, and the kitchen on the 6th floor of the old water tower provides a fantastic view. Free parking is available right at the base of the building. This definitely won’t be our last stay here.

A very original and iconic building, clean , tidy and spacious rooms with a tv, coffee making facilities and a small convenient fridge. The view was beautiful from the breakfast room . The breakfast was wonderful with more than enough of everything. Luka the owner was very helpful before and during my stay, very friendly and ensured I had everything I needed during my stay . I would highly recommend this property.

It’s a tall thin building with a lift. The lift only stops at alternating floors so if you have a mobility problem it is worth considering and discuss with the owner prior to your booking. There is a convenient ramp at the building entrance.

My family stays there based on their experience they are very happy with the service and comfort, we highly recommend !

Great accommodation in a unique setting. Luka has been an amazing host, and made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was nice with a beautiful bathroom, delicious and wide spread of breakfast and communication was also very quick and good. He was also happy for us to check in early, so we could get changed before attending a wedding nearby. Thanks for your hospitality!

The host Luka was very kind and gave us some nice tips for exploring the region, which we really appreciated. Great breakfast in a cosy setting - very homey feeling. Nice room also. Overall we had an excellent experience.

This property was so unique and the host was amazing. I had told him that my mother was coeliac beforehand and he made sure that there were things at the breakfast table that she could eat (he does advise that, if you have dietary needs to inform him before your trip). The rooms were very comfortable and well-presented. He also gave us a very helpful list of nearby restaurants and shops. You could see the property easily around the town so we never worried about finding the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would absolutely book again!

Fabulous stay. The converted water tower is a credit to Luka. He has decorated to an amazing standard. The breakfast is wonderful. Great recommendations for dinner and sights to see in the surrounding area. Carparking available. Very safe area.

The former water tower has been adapted for residential purposes in a very good way, making it an interesting place to stay. The hosts are very charming and warm people that made me feel home the moment I stepped in there. The tower is conveniently located nearby cute town of Leiden, tulip fields and Schiphol airport.

Being able to stay in a monument of Roelofarendsveen is amazing. The staff was very friendly an concerned about our confort. The room was confortable and with a great view of the city.

You have to go up stairs to have breakfast.

The building is unique! Never visited water tower before. Room was cozy and clean. Supermarket located literally 3 minutes walk ,but also there is a choice of restaurants. All night was silent, definitely place to stay. I will come back!

I absolutely loved the overall structure, especially the room and the shower. The breakfast was excellent, and the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The beautiful sunset view was a highlight. The unique setting in a converted old water tower added to the charm. The small, picturesque town further enhanced the experience.

Really unique location with amazing hosts. Was there for work but planning to come back in the spring with my family for the flower fields.

The breakfast was served on a floor of the tower with amazing view of the surroundings! I could even see the lake with sailboats while I enjoyed a buffet selection of breads, nice coffee and relaxing atmosphere. The room is a bit lower in the tower but it also had nice views in three directions! The shower is modern, the room is quite complete and the bed was excellent.

You have to travel one flight of stairs to the breakfast area, but it was very easy.
