Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Nos dieron una habitación que no era ya que reserve una con baño privado y a la que llegó me dicen que al día siguiente me la cambiaban luego el día siguiente se la dieron a otras personas y encima no me devolvieron el extra que pagué por baño privado y ya la segunda noche es que ni mi pareja ni yo nos quedamos en el Riad y pésimo la devolución de una noche más el extra y no nos quiso devolver nada .

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. Problème de propreté dans notre chambre Pas d’équipements Nous avons dû attendre le premier jour pour avoir notre chambre puisque le ménage n’était pas fait Nous avons demandé CHAQUE jour des serviettes de bain. Le ménage n’est pas fait chaque jour Le dernier jour nous n’avons plus eu d’eau chaude Les équipements laissent à désirer pour le prix qu’on paye. Nous avions l’impression de déranger le personnel à chaque fois c’est pas du tout correct Le petit dej certes bon mais trop d’attente pour rien Idem, nous avons dû demander un sèche cheveux, fer à repasser alors que dans la réservation de la chambre il était bien stipulé ces équipements la Bref, je recommande pas trop ce riad, vous pouvez avoir mieux ailleurs.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026En el centro se la Medina, las instalaciones muy bonitas, cómodas y sin perder la esencia de Marruecos. Tiene terraza que se puede contemplar el amanecer. Te recomiendo llevarte la cena, le faltaría que estuviese iluminada, pero sitio muy acogedor. Los dueños son muy serviciales y atentos y también muy agradable.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The moment I put my foot on the riad, it felt like I was home. I was warmly welcomed, taken care of immediately and they showed me the room (despite arriving early), gave me all toiletries and towels, and a fan. The room is spacious, has an interior window to the patio, where it can get a bit noisy as the conversations are easily heard, but it didn't bother me. There are two bathrooms that can be used. If you're very tall, be aware as the ceiling is low, but they are neat and clean. The terrace is superb, big and it's a joy to work or to just chill. Wifi signal is not very strong, but if you're not in a rush, it's enough. Breakfast is nice, with omelette, jams, bread and some tea. I truly enjoyed the hospitality.
I really liked the place. A bit "privacy free" as it's easy to hear conversations (does not bother me!) and I personall missed having desk as I work remotely, but I did it in the terrace instead.

Al Borj Tetouen Advised on arrival that no room available. 0n showing the room I indicated that it was totally inadequate to what I booked On the top floor it would have been 30⁰ inside this morning Small fan on arrival:-) DID NOTHING Google Maps site location was incorrect. On arrival three floors up room not shown as per brochure Ventilation overnight totally inadequate room stayed at over 30⁰ degrees and I only slept 2hr 46m. Sleep score on Garmin was 8 - the worst sleep I've had in 10 years Decided to leave next morning Only windows was 300x300mm green glass - when open anyone could look on bed Riad promised to change the room the next day but no guarantee of any better Neither Wfi or data worked adequately No toilet paper in shared bathroom Shower broken off hook in shared bath room Door lock on shared bathroom did not work No private bathroom as paid for No hot water in the morning Shared bathroom flooded when using shower Sign Don't put used toilet paper in toilet - put in bin (not problem as no toilet papet) Sign keep toilet tidy Breakfast half an hour late and cold

Il bagno è esterno alla stanza: quando la struttura si è popolata, è stato usato da tutti gli ospiti. La pulizia è migliorabile. Le stanze non hanno aria condizionata, e d’estate sono veramente molto calde. Tenetene conto.

From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their breakfast felt homey and just overall you get an amazing stay for the price. Their genuine hospitality made the riad feel like a home away from home and made my time in Tétouan even more special. The kindness and care they showed throughout my stay is something I’ll definitely remember. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Riad Al Borj again the next time I’m back in Tétouan. Thank you, Hatim and Ayman, for making my stay such a memorable one! ❤️

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, the hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill. If you have luggage, you will immediately regret booking this place. The location is not central at all. The biggest disappointment was the room itself. The listing advertised a Luxury Double Room, but what we actually got was a tiny room on the rooftop that felt more like a storage space than a hotel room. It had almost no ventilation and was extremely uncomfortable. The room was unbearably hot. There was no proper air conditioning, only a fan that made constant noise throughout the night. Because of the heat and the fan, I couldn’t sleep at all. If, for some reason, you have no other choice but to stay here, at the very least do not accept Room 9. the breakfast was good.

De bedden waren heel hard en de badkamer heel heel klein. De talenkennis van de eigenaar was zeer beperkt.

Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce Riyad. Je le recommande ! Merci aux qui préparaient le petit déjeuner et qui sont toujours souriantes. Abdennasser.

Pedí una habitación con baño privado y me tocó una habitación con baño compartido aunque el anfitrión me explico que se habían dañado las tuberías de los baños privados pero igual incómodo y el baño compartido no olía bien y en la habitación solo había un ventilador para el calor tan fuerte que hacía y el sitio me lo imaginaba diferente por las fotos que tienen publicadas pero no fue así.

Chambre composée uniquement de lit, sans commode ni rangement pour poser ses affaires. Les toilettes se trouvent dans la douche commune, ce qui n’est pas pratique. De plus, l’accueil a été froid et le personnel peu sympathique. Je suis déçu par cette expérience.

Yo estaba en una habitación un poco oscura y húmeda, que son las habitaciones que tienen cuarto de baño, la otra chica que atendía, era un poco distante y poco empática, no ayudaba mucho cuando se le pedía algo.. al ducharse quedaba todo inundado el cuarto de baño..

L'hôtel n'est pas accessible en voiture ni taxi puisque étant dans la vieille ville de tetouan pour y accéder il faut monter des marches très pentue donc imaginé avec des bagages et étant en situation de handicap et ce qui me dérange c'est que ça n'est indiqué nulle part à la réservation. Un minima indiqué sur les annonces l'accessibilité handicap au gens à mobilité réduite afin que l'on puisse réserver un hébergement accessible. Je n'est rien contre l'établissement mais je me devais de mettre de mauvaise note pour une chose aussi importante.

The rooms were perfect. The people hosting, amazing!! The Medina and places close to the riad great to get a real Morocco feeling. The breakfast included with your stay was A M A Z I N G!! I loved this place!!

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Joli Riad dans la vieille ville. Belle décoration et très bon petit-déjeuner sur le toit terrasse. Les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur, mais sur le patio ce qui ne permet pas vraiment d’aération d’où les quelques odeurs d’humidité, mais cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour. Très bon pied à terre pour visiter Tetouan et les environs.
Le manque d’aération, mais impossible de faire autrement.

Non c'era l'aria condizionata, ma non do un voto basso per quello, do un voto basso perché il gestore mi ha mentito, in un messaggio in cui chiedevo conferma che ci fosse, come da descrizione su booking.com
