The location was excellent, conveniently close to the shopping centre and supermarket, and the area was peaceful and quiet. I really appreciated the outstanding communication from the homeowner. Responded promptly to every question. Thank you for accommodating an early check-in and for checking on us upon arrival to ensure everything went smoothly.

Host threatened to call Police. Banged on the door asking us to leave after asking for a refund due to water damage in the bathroom ceiling. Refund not processed immediately meant we had no funds and nowhere to stay. Host eventually let us stay as no refund showing to pay for 1 night, but said we better be gone by 8am as she had Police on standby. The worst experience ever as a guest. We were scared and in an unsafe home due to a medical condition caused by water damaged buildings, which can cause anaphlyaxis.

Lovely well kept and appointed two bedroom flat attached to a main house but completely separate. Apartment had its own parking, entry and fenced outdoor space. Full kitchen, plus washing machine. Comfortable beds and a great set up for 4 adults to stay. Location is away from the CBD but very close to a major shopping mall and supermarket with food options close by, if required. Was super close to where we needed to be for the weekend so perfect location for us.

We had an issue the first afternoon with the air conditioner leaking water down the wall, messaged the host, who was very quick to reply and contacted an electrician who unfortunately wasn't able to come until after our weekend visit

Very cosy nanny flat located in a quiet and pleasant suburb close to key shops and main road. The flat was very clean and had everything I needed including a fully stocked kitchen and quality washing machine. Bed of excellent quality with excellent bedding. Will be back.

There was nothing I did not like.

Had some trouble finding the lockbox but gave the host a call & she was very helpful! The bed was super comfy, well thought out little flat decorated beautifully 😍 very convenient with the lakes a couple minutes away. Shower has amazing pressure.

A lovely stay!

Very clean & everything was supplied including soap powder for the washing machine.

Honestly not much!! If we are being picky mayby a few more pegs ha ha The only other thing which unfortunatley you cant do much about & is in no way your fault or problem was your neighbours dog barking very early in the morning & not being told to stop.

Very pretty and tidy. Netflix was already logged in

The aircon remote batteries were low so when it got cold wasn’t able to used the heater on the reverse cycle.

Not sure if there were people staying there just before us. Assuming the cleaner or owner did not check the place completely beforehand, as we found someone else medication on the counter top. This can be dangerous for young children. I left this in a plastic bag above the pantry so little kids cannot get to it easily.

Loved it there. Just missed having milk so could make a hot cuppa.

Nothing at all.

I thought everything was wonderful. It was very much like we had our own home. It was also not very far to reach the highways which meant we could get to other places quite fast.

There was a broken door stop on the toilet door, and the toilet roll holder was a bit loose when we arrived. So it just made me worry that we might get questioned whether we did it or not or perhaps blamed. But those are things that I consider VERY minor.

Possibly a clothes line out the back (i might have missed it but couldn’t see one) and a vacuum in the room I felt rude leaving crumbs on the floor when we left, apologies!

Very convenient for us. Great communication and very helpful when we needed to change a day.

There is dog barking early morning

The place was quiet tidy warm and comfortable. It has everything you need as if you were at home away from home. The bed and pillows were ultra comfortable. I was at a netball nationals so it was the best place to come back to after a hard long day of games.

There was nothing that I didn't like i enjoyed my stay.
