The location was good just down the road from Tauriko. Nice neighborhood.

Just like many other reviews that have been submitted to the BED.. I have never slept in such a hard, uncomfortable bed, like this one before..back breaking , also like the other reviews NO top sheet. No cotton insight, just microfibre bedding which is not PARADISE. It's such a shame for that all this same feedback is just ignored on this website by the owner. As for the towels in the bathroom unfortunately they were cheap microfibre and so small in size The kitchen had no tea towels to do the dishes with and also the plates were not suitable for much...also couldn't put them in the microwave oven as they had gold on the rims. At a first glance place looked clean but all scearting boards were full of dust and the mat in the lounge was so stained in places. But this has been mentioned many times in past reviews but clearly is just ignored which is concerning. If I had of known I had security cameras everywhere outside I wouldn't have booked as I felt uncomfortable with the owners only meters away in the next house. Outside deck needs some deck chairs to sit on instead of the edge of the deck.

House was great. Modern and lots of space

Bed needs to be replaced. It’s cheap and uncomfortable. It’s the only reason I wouldn’t rebook this location. Seems like a minor thing but the towels are also cheap and struggle to dry you.

Cleanliness was amazing, owner was helpful when we arrived to accommodation. we were upgraded to the bigger unit upon arrival had an amazing stay such a relaxing weekend away!

Lack of cooking utensils, needed an extra blanket on the bed as it was a cold night, lower the hedge out the back so you can see the view

The location was very peaceful and quiet. The facilities were great and I had everything I needed for the stay. It was warm and everything was clean and tidy.

A simple modern little holiday home, very tidy and comfortable

You had to have your own acc for streaming services like Netflix- would be a bonus to have one available for guests as there is not much else you can watch if you are chilling for the night.

Clean with a good shower and bathroom bed was comfortable.

No dishwasher, washing machine or dryer, no place to put wet dishes on the sink. We were there for five days and although it was a good place to sleep, that was it. There was a deck, but no furniture on it. There was a view before the hedge grew up, now there is just a bare deck and a very small lawn.

The facilities provided - smart tv and fridge. Couch was comfty!

No blind/covering for the bathroom window (which is situated at the front of the house by the road).. nothing to scrub or dry dishes with (scrubbing brush,tea towel)

A great little place in a very quiet area. We particularly enjoyed the garden and went for several runs around the lakes nearby. It's an awesome spot from where to explore the bay of plenty area without being in very busy places like Tauranga or Mt Maunganui.

Great quiet location, close to local shops, off street parking, felt very safe.

Space was beautiful and spacious for two people, views great, very clean, big shower, and had some outdoor space that would be nice on a sunny day.

Just a personal preference, but I didn't like the firm bed.

I didn't realise the drive was about 30mins from Papamoa and the Mount. But that's more on me. So not a "didn't like," just a bit surprising after a long drive.

Very well presented. We come from a modern, sleek minimal home so we felt right at home. Great accommodation and onsite parking. You feel apart of the suburban neighbourhood. Great views and amazing big spacious bathroom with amazing water pressure. Double glazing, quiet residents. Good lighting and very fast GB wifi - Private home network. Fridge was useful and comes with cutlery, Toaster, kettle. Microwave. Bed is comfy, fan as well for those who like white noise. Shampoo in shower and good linen.

The property was immaculately presented. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Fantastic location as we had an event at Tauriko Pub co which was about a 3 minute drive away. The personal greeting on the board was a lovely touch thank you. We would happily stay again.

Great location, close to Tauranga crossing cinema and shops, but far enough away to be lovely and quiet. Lovely lounge area, good sized bathroom. All modern and very clean. Good to have offstreet parking and easy entrance with digital keypad entry

Had problems getting code for the door which was sent to our email & we don't have access to email while travelling. Finally received the code via a text. No suitable plates for meals. No tea towel to dry dishes

If you’re going to supply hot drink ingredients, then a small bottle of milk would be good. Other than that it was great!!

Good Location

Not very clean, coffee mugs were dirty, stained, not washed, cutlery was dirty, toaster was full of crumbs & oil which was dripping onto storage shelf. No dish cloth or tea towel to wash & dry dishes. I had to use a hand towel from the bathroom. Mattress was poor quality - a solid foam mattress. Duvet cover, bottom sheet & pillowcase were worn out, faded & dirty appearance. This was really uncomfortable, I woke @ 2.30am as the bed was so uncomfortable, packed up my belongs & left at 3.00am as I couldn't sleep Toilet seat was dirty with dried urine. The door was locked with a key pad. around 10.30pm a person appeared at the door & was trying to gain access. Not sure if this was the property owner, as they left as I approached the door. I wanted to set my laptop on the table to work in the room, no power points close to the table. I had to move the side table, sofa and floor rug to enable me to move the table to access a power point. A pair of dirty yellow slippers were left in the bedroom.

Cozy apartment, have a living room for us to chill for the night.

There’s no AC in the bedroom, but the provided fan did the work.

The place was lovely with a beautiful outlook. It was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent. Very handy to amenities. I would definitely stay again. 😊

The bed was a little hard. The shelf the toaster and electric jug was on was too high to reach, so we were unable to use these, also the cupboards with dinnerware were too high. Nothing to dry the dishes with. No top sheet on the bed, being summer was far to hot to sleep with the duvet, although there was a fan in the room. A little outdoor table and chairs would be great to sit outside and enjoy the sunset. But over all was a lovely stay.

The house is very new, modern, and impeccably clean. The location is super convenient, just minutes away from Pak’nSave, a large shopping center, and other amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.

This place was incredible—clean, modern, and exceeded our expectations. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was stylish and modern, with a strong shower pressure. The instructions on how to access the property were easy to follow. There is a nice view in the garden and parking for a single car.

There was no mircrowave, we found the bed too firm and it’s a shame there is no outdoor furniture to enjoy the deck and view.

Great location, not far from motorway but nice and quiet.

Took a while to find the keypad for the door code as hadn't come across this type before. Cupboards are too high for the shorter person. No power point by the kitchen table therefore had to use my work laptop off the bed.

In bedroom, there are no curtains which we feel as a couple is must to make it more private and comfortable. We carried out our iron which should be available with an iron table. Please include these two things and I’ll plan my next visit to your location again.
