Quiet Flat in Nature in Lugano

Il parcheggio si trova a 700 metri dall’alloggio, in mezzo al nulla, in una zona molto buia e senza illuminazione. Per raggiungere l’alloggio dal parcheggio, ho dovuto percorrere un tratto dell’autostrada, cosa che ho trovato molto pericolosa. Inoltre, la chiave che ci è stata fornita durante il self check-in non permetteva né di aprire né di chiudere la porta. Non so se la porta fosse guasta o se ci fosse stata fornita la chiave sbagliata. In breve, quando avevamo bisogno di entrare o uscire, siamo stati costretti a passare dalla finestra. Sono incinta e questa situazione è stata davvero molto scomoda e per nulla piacevole. Ho contattato il responsabile, che mi ha detto che avrebbe mandato un amministratore per risolvere il problema. Ho aspettato fino alle 22:30, ma non è venuto nessuno. L’alloggio non dispone né di aria condizionata né di ventilatore, ed è molto caldo. Inoltre, l’alloggio si trova in cima alla montagna e il percorso per raggiungerlo non è semplice. Per chi non ha un’auto è quasi impossibile arrivarci. Non ci sono supermercati nelle vicinanze né molte opzioni di ristoranti. Non ho intenzione di tornare.

Die Lage ist inmitten des Dorfes Sonvico. Einfache Unterkunft in einer schöner Gegend, aber abgelegen. Küche, Kühlschrank, Bett, Dusche alles vorhanden.

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind weit entfernt. Wenn man das Dorf nicht kennt und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs ist vielleicht informieren.

Preis/Leistungsvwrhältnis in Ordnung. Die Untefkunft war sauber, der Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und reaktiv

Das Appartement ist sehr dunkel. Es gibt nur 2 kleine Fenster und sie reichen nicht zum lüften. Die Abdeckungen der Lampen fehlen. Allgemein ist die Einrichtung sehr spartanisch. Zudem ist es schwierig, die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Mit einem größeren Auto geht es nicht, da die Straßen zu eng und verwinkelt sind. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es erst in 659 m Entfernung.

Très bon séjour. Le logement est agréable et bien situé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le très bon accueil téléphonique de Francesco, disponible, sympathique et attentionné. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

La trascuratezza, il bagno fatiscente e la mancanza totale di almeno un ventilatore. In più l’aspiratore del bagno che faceva un rumore assordante. Segnalato al gestore che ha risposto che non c’era da preoccuparsi poiché sarebbe durato un paio di minuti. Invece durava tanto, almeno 20 minuti di seguito e poi ricominciava. Siamo stati costretti ad andare in bagno senza accendere la luce in modo che non ricominciasse. La notte più calda e più lunga che io ricordo. Mai più

Apartamento básico con una cocina bien equipada en la planta baja de una casa de pueblo adecuada para una estancia corta. Nos facilitaron parking público gratuito.

Iluminacion insuficiente, y falta algún mueble auxiliar.

Všechno odpovídalo popisu a fotkám. Takže spokojenost. A poměr cena/kvalita je super.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr detaillierte Informationen zur Wohnung zukommen lassen. Auch das Check-in funktioniert sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist klein und einfach, aber alles sehr sauber.

Appartamento in posizione molto tranquilla, cucina molto ben attrezzata, letto comodo

Ci sono solo due finestrelle molto piccole, per cui in alcuni momenti fa piuttosto caldo in casa e non c'è nemmeno un ventilatore. Inoltre, le tende presenti non oscurano assolutamente, per cui la mattina ci siamo svegliati alle prime luci del sole. Infine, sarebbe gradita almeno una mensola o uno sgabello nel bagno per appoggiare un beauty o abbigliamento quando ci si spoglia, manca anche l'asciugacapelli..

Das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist für eine Nacht vollkommen ok. Check in war auch problemlos.

Leider war das Bad überseht mit Schimmel, das stößt schon sehr ab. Für die Optik alleine und dem wohl Fühl Effekt könnte man das beseitigen! Da die Unterkunft auf einem Berg liegt, und unsere Anreise auf einem Sonntag war, hatten wir keine große Möglichkeit dort in unmittelbarer Nähe Essen zu gehen. Wir mussten dann ca 20 Minuten runter zu einem Tennisclub laufen. Das anstrengende war das ganze wieder hoch laufen, also dafür braucht man schon echt sehr gute Konditionen 😂

De bereikbaarheid. Was best een stukje lopen met alle spullen. Verhuurder doet wel veel moeite om duidelijk aan te geven waar je moet zijn, maar toch hebben we nog goed moeten zoeken

I loved everything

Check-in war unkompliziert und die Unterkunft mithilfe eines Videos des Gastgebers gut zu finden. Die Umgebung(Altstadt) ist besonders.

Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Wirklich gestört hat mich allerdings Schimmel im Bad und Textilien (Handtücher, Badematte…), die nicht richtig sauber waren. Auch der Zigarettengeruch war unangenehm.

Von der Unterkunft hat es etwas 2min zu Fuss einen sehr schöne Aussicht auf Lugano. Es ist sehr ruhig in der gegend. Und die Wohnung ist auch an sich sehr gemütlich.

Die Sauberkeit hat noch Luft nach oben wir waren von der Unsauberkeit enttäuscht.

Sehr ruhige Lage, gute Infrastruktur - man kommt sehr gut mit dem Bus in die Stadt.

Great host, room and location. The room was reasonably priced. Francesco provided great information regarding how to find the room. The room is in a beautiful quaint village a short bus ride from Lugano Centre. The room is big, clean and has great amenities. Shame we only stayed 1 night, would definetly come back for a longer stay. Thank you Francesco.

Kommunikation top, Idyllisches kleines Dorf, Wohnung liegt zentral, Küche gut ausgestattet, großes Doppelbett und komfortable Couch, WLAN funktioniert gut.

Leider sehr dunkel, nur ein kleines Fenster und auch da scheint kaum Licht herein. Lüftung im Bad sehr laut und verdächtige Flecken an der Wand im Bad

Mooi oud historisch gedeelte

Douche bevatte schimmel en het was niet bepaald rustig met kerkklokken naast je die extra gaan bij een mis. Ook waren er behoorlijke geluiden van bewoners/ andere gasten.

Чиста та дуже затишна квартира. Усе було охайно й добре підготовлено до нашого приїзду. Тиха локація, що дозволяє чудово відпочити. Власник дуже турботливий та гостинний. Щиро рекомендуємо та з радістю повернемося ще раз.

Das ich sie nicht ohne Hilfe gefunden hab !

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Vorab wurde man mit sehr hilfreichen Informationen versorgt, wie man die Unterkunft findet. Man hat dort wirklich gut und in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung geschlafen. Wir würde es wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Die Parksituation hätte besser beschrieben sein sollen. Man muß vom kostenlosen Parken sehr weit laufen und das wurde erst nach Buchung klar.

Ns avions une cuisine, pas de petit -déjeuner prévu. Ns avons apprécié le calme, la vidéo ns a été d'une grande aide pour trouver le logement, la propreté, le contact téléphonique.

Sans vidéo ns aurions eu bcp de peine à trouver le logement la nuit, il pleuvait bcp. Nous a manqué: une cafetière, une planche, un couteau pour le pain, qlq verres, tasses, petites cuillères ainsi qu'un ouvre boîte, ouvre bouteille. C'était difficile de ranger qlq habits dans une armoire avec pas mal de linge, rien pour poser les valises, pas de table de nuit, de petite lampe, dommage que les lampes murales n'aient pas de caches, les lumières au-dessus de l'évier ainsi que le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnaient pas.

La posizione per me è stata molto strategica perché non lontana dal cliente che dovevo visitare il giorno dopo e quindi non sono stato costretto ad attraversare il traffico cittadino degli orari di punta inoltre, a qualche centinaia di metri si può posteggiare in un posteggio gratuito ma molto sicuro e con i prezzi dei posteggi a pagamento di Lugano che vanno dai due ai tre franchi ora lo considero un ottimo benefit inoltre la totale disponibilità del proprietario sia in termini di check-in che per alcune informazioni che hanno reso il soggiorno più facile vedi Posteggio gratuito hanno fatto sì che nel complesso per me sia stata un’esperienza molto positiva bravo Francesco continua così..

Total ruhig, dank den sehr dicken Mauern schön kühl, super geschlafen.

l'appartamento è carino e confortevole. in una zona tranquilla. in primavera estate deve essere magnifico perchè situato in un piccolo borgo.

purtroppo ho avuto un grosso problema : l'appartamento NON è raggiungibile con l'auto. il proprietario dovrebbe avvisare gli ospiti che non si può arrivare con l'auto (mi sono incastrata tra le viuzze e se non ci fosse stato un gentile signore che mi ha fatto fare mille manovre non avrei saputo come disincastrarmi. oltre ad aver graffiato l'auto mi sono parecchio spaventata). bastava dire che con l'auto si arriva in piazza e poi a piedi si raggiunge l'appartamento. E' vero, il proprietario mi ha mandato un messaggio ma troppo tardi visto che mi ero già avviata verso l'appartamento. il parcheggio gratuito è a 650 metri (8 minuti a piedi) la strada non è bellissima se fatta di sera ma tutto sommato va bene.

The owner was very nice and the apartment had all we needed and everything was clean and functioning. Very warm in a cold winter.

Super clean apartment in an old town setting! Felt like i was in Morocco, in the small streets of Marrakech, but this is in Switzerland! Sooo cool! Nice cozy apartment, clear instructions from the owner,very clear facilities... Highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in the area

The location is very nice. Francesco was super helpful and reachable. We spent only one night and it was ok.

The sound proofing was really bad. We could hear the neighboors laugh or talk too loud very early in the morning (6am). Also, the air inside the apartment could be improved (it was really wet and un-fresh)

Väldigt bra för priset och älskade området runtomkring med fin utsikt. Genuint område med lite turism och mysiga gator.

Старый город, узкие улочки. В двух минутах от дома нашли бесплатную (синюю) парковку, где смогли оставить на ночь автомобиль. Хозяин очень подробно описал все детали заезда.

Затхлый запах в ванной. Плохая вентиляция. Очень слабое освещение.

You have to pay to park

The flat is located in the beautiful and quiet village of Sonvico which has stunning views over Lugano and the surrounding mountains. It also has a great Osteria where you can get gorgeous meals centred around grilled meat. The flat stays cool even when it’s hot outside. The bed is quite comfortable. It’s only 30 minutes from the centre of Lugano on the 461 bus.

The flat is very small - one room plus a bathroom. It has two windows but they let in very little light so it’s a bit cave-like. If the sofabed is down there is little access to the kitchen. It’s very tight for 3 people. The kitchen is basically equipped.

The manager/owner was super helpful. He made sure that my stay was great. Was always forthcoming with any information that I needed.

Very good facilities and instruction given by Francesco..The area was so quiet and the view was superb. We park the car nearby and walk to the flat about 5-10mns.

No internet/mobile coverage inside the flat, but got high speed wifi provided by the host.

The flat was cozy and quiet. Located in a cute alley in the old centre of the village. No brainier for that price!

The studio has appliances that work very well, even a dishwasher! Beds were comfortable and the studio is very well located and the host is very friendly and helpful. Good wifi. Totally recommended.

The studio is a bit small for 3 people and maybe better blinds could be added in the future to block the light in the morning, but the studio is still great specially at the price. Very good deal.
