Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Na plus zdecydowanie lokalizacja, optymalne wyposażenie kuchni i kontakt z hostem. I na tym kończą się plusy.
1. Zdjęcia nie oddają prawdziwego wyglądu mieszkania. Realnie jest ciemne a meble i sprzęty zdecydowanie wysłużone. Zdjęcia na booking wprowadzają w błąd. 2. W mieszkaniu poza 2 pokojami wychodzącymi na główną 5-cio pasmową ulicę (bardzo głośną i ruchliwą również w nocy) i częścią salonu, pozostałe pomieszczenia wychodzą na ciąg wentylacyjny. Realne ich otwarcie tylko pogarsza sprawcę bo z zewnątrz dochodzi niemiły zapach i finalnie lepiej już tych pomieszczeń nie wietrzyć. Są ciemne i bez zapalania światła w dzień przebywanie w nich jest po prostu nieprzyjemne. Zdjęcia zamieszczone na booking wprowadzają w błąd gdyż są nienaturalnie rozjaśnione. 3. Zaduch i unoszący się zapach wilgoci w mieszkaniu oraz trudność z dobrą wentylacją z uwagi na ograniczoną ilość pomieszczeń wychodzących na otwartą przestrzeń. 4. W sypialniach wychodzących na Gran Avia otworzenie okien jest praktycznie niemożliwe, z ulicy jest bardzo głośno i ma się wrażenie że śpi się na środku autostrady. Z kolei przy zamknięciu okien jest ciszej ale z kolei jest zaduch.

Kleinste slaapkamer had geen airco. Lastige locatie om auto uit te laden, geen ruimte om even kort te parkeren voor de deur. Lift is gammel dus veel trappen lopen. Erg drukke straat, ook s nachts veel verkeer.

The only inconvenience is that the apartments have electric water heaters, so you need to be mindful of how long you shower to make sure there is enough hot water for everyone. Otherwise, you have to wait for the water to heat up again. All in all, the staff were very helpful and always available. Thank you!

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Gut war die Lage und dass die Ausstattung der Beschreibung entsprach.
Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig abgenutzt und ist auch nicht wirklich säuberlich gearbeitet. (Silikon-)Fugen im Bad sind verdreckt/geschimmelt. Wände sind laienhaft gepinselt und erinnert eher daran, dass Kinder mit Wasserfarben an der Wand/Boden/Leisten malen. Zusätzlich hatte ich für 48h keinen Strom, was nicht durch den Eigentümer zu beeinflussen ist. Dennoch: Kein Strom heißt an der Gran Via mit offenen Fenster (keine Klimaanlage), kein Handy laden, kein Licht, kein Aufzug, nada. Was durch Eigentümer zu beeinflussen ist: Das elekt. Pinpad (Stromausfall = funktioniert nicht) und somit kein physischer Schlüssel sorgen dafür, dass ich nicht flexibel das Haus verlassen konnte wie ich möchte und somit mich stark eingeschränkt hatte. Am zweiten Tag wurde einfach die Haustür offen gelassen, was ich als klares Sicherheitsrisiko betrachte und ich fühlte mich nicht sicher. Ein selbstständiges Entgegenkommen vom Eigentümer kam bis jetzt nicht in Frage.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Уже не первый раз останавливаемся в этом апарт-отеле — всё стабильно нравится. Очень комфортное жильё на одной из центральных улиц города, удобное расположение, до всего рукой подать. В целом всё отлично: чисто, уютно, приятно возвращаться именно сюда.
В дни нашего проживания в городе были перебои с электричеством — оно то включалось, то отключалось на протяжении всего дня, из-за чего не работал и лифт. Это была общегородская проблема (затронула всю Барселону — магазины, гостиницы и т.д.), а не вопрос обслуживания квартиры или хозяев. Никаких претензий к самому жилью нет.

Forse la luce serale è un po’ scarsa, si potrebbero adoperare delle lampadine più potenti meno atmosfera e più utilità, ma parliamo di dettagli.

Volveríamos!!! en los días de máximo calor, la climatización del apartamento fue un factor decisivo. Estuvimos muy cómodos!!!
Nuestro único inconveniente es que no recibimos el código (o faltaba algún número) de la puerta de entrada al edificio y llegamos muy tarde para poder resolverlo con el anfitrión. La llave de la puerta del apartamento sí la obtuvimos.

A lakásban nincs sok utcára néző ablak, ami sötétté teszi a helyet, illetve zavaró lehet a sötét helyiség. Nem tudom mennyire a szálláshely hibája, de a konyhában, a kuka mellett egy elég nagy csótánnyal találtuk szembe magunkat.

Too bad there's such a big différence on the looks of the prenium appartement and the regular one we got. An open terrace would be great. Feels a bit empty

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Me habían confirmado un late check out al hacer la reserva, y el dia del check out, a ultimo momento me notificaron que no era posible que debía dejar el apartamento a la brevedad. Lo que me implico volver al apartamento a hacer valijas, y perderme de recorrer la ciudad como estaba previsto.

Apartment lounge is dark evening even with the lights on. The master ensuite shower tray lets water over flow into the ensuite. Neighbours were abit loud some nights, but did settle before midnight.

We arrived early so we tried to get a early check in. Through some back and forth emails we still didn’t get an earlier check in which is a bit disappointing.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Het was een prettige locatie met verschillende metro stations in de buurt waardoor je je snel binnen de stad kan verplaatsen. Daarnaast is het personeel goed bereikbaar via de telefoon.
De foto's op booking.com waren enorm misleidend. Ze adverteren met 45 foto's van prachtige appartementen. Het 7-persoonsappartement wat wij hadden geboekt zag er echter totaal anders uit, namelijk enorm verouderd en totaal niet luxe. Dit was een enorme domper en een teleurstellend aspect van onze reis.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Bezvadná lokalita pár kroků od stanice metra. Velmi blízko je také nákupní centrum a příjemné restaurace. Apartmán čistý a dobře vybavený.
Špatná izolace apartmánu proti hluku, je slyšet každý krok obyvatele nad vámi. Obzvlášť nepříjemné je to během noci.

L'insonorizzazione purtroppo è davvero pessima, consiglio di portare dei tappi per le orecchie per dormire

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Le service était impeccable. Le grille-pain ne fonctionnait pas, ils sont venus aussitôt en remettre un neuf. Les poêlons ne fonctionnaient pas avec la cuisinière à l'induction, ils sont venus en remettre d'autres. Nous étions 7, cinq adultes et deux bébés (voyage familial grands-parents avec enfants et petits enfants) et nous avions assez de places sans se piller sur les pieds. Nous étions situés près de métro 🚊 et des épiceries. À relouer ❤️❤️❤️

Beds were ok. It was very hard to not get whatever everywhere when showering as there was no slope or barrier of any kind in the showers. Also our toilet stopped working and by the time we got a response from the management we had less than a day left of our stay so didn't want to go through the hassle of someone coming over

L'appartamento è al sesto piano e quando sono arrivato l'ascensore non funzionava . Io ho 68 anni ed il braccio destro inutilizzabile . Mi hanno mandato qualcuno per aiutarmi con le valigie ( un imbianchino ) Ho chiesto per il mio check out fosse possibile farlo alle 13 e nonostante tutto me lo hanno negato . Non ho trovato questo piacevole
