Wouldn't open balcony door for us to let air in despite no openable windows in lounge so had to just deal with the heat, fan available but just blowing warm air. Tried to call and was redirected to an Indian call centre. They said it was for safety reasons. Then later on I see other occupants with they're balcony doors open smoking cigarettes and doing laughing gas. I guess them folks where deemed worthy of a openable balcony door.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped as described

The flat was out of order - another guest said it had been out of order for 3 days. The reason for our stay was that we were moving my son into university so we had to carry an entire car load of boxes etc up three floors when we arrived and down again the next morning. Not great at all

Check in process was a nightmare. I arrived at 10pm after a long day of travel for work, only to be told I had to walk 20 minutes into the city to a sister hotel to pay the deposit so they could give me the lock box code. I also had to try and call them 5 times before I got through. When I finally got through all of that and got back to the location, It was completely dark all around the building and it took another 10 minutes to locate the lockbox. Overall communication and set up is really poor

Lift wasn't working on arrival - could have just happened or been out of action for a while but carrying 3 suitcases up was a bit of a pain.

The location was perfect, close to the exhibition centre and also Albert docks. It was easy to access the building and the hosts when contacted were really helpful and found a solution to us not having WIFI available. The kitchen had most things you would need, including some sachets of milk in the fridge and teabags etc

The property was a little worn, it needed a refresh (painting), the bed in the smaller bedroom was really uncomfortable, you could feel the springs coming through and so was the settee, we did not sit on it whilst we were there. There were no teaspoons in the drawer.

Great apartment, well located for conference facilities. Large, clean and comfortable.

It felt a bit weird with the deposit request and the check in instructions coming so late but in the end was fine. If they had said we'll give you the code to a key box on the apartment at 2pm then I would have been more reassured.

Perfect location: Right next to the Liverpool Experience Campus (LEX) and just a 5-minute walk from the FlixBus station (1-hour direct ride from Manchester Airport). Excellent apartment: Very spacious, airy, and well-designed.

The biggest issue – Check-in process: Collecting the keys was very difficult. At 9 PM, we had to walk about 2 km with all our luggage just to pay a deposit of £50 per person (even though we booked via Booking.com, it operated like a typical Airbnb). Furthermore, when we returned to the apartment, it was very hard to find the key lockbox. Some visible boxes were not numbered, and others were hidden inside a cupboard that was extremely hard to locate.

It is a great location nearby the docks, and the city centre is not far within 10 minutes walk. There is a good setting inside the flat with adequate space. We appreciated the welcome pack (washing up liquid, cleaning clothes, etc...) the bathroom toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo) and there lots of towels and toilet rolls.

Communication / empathy / putting oneself in the customer's shoes could have been much better if they had informed me the lift was not working on arrival and therefore leave it to me to make an informed decision to stay there or not. The lift out of order was short lived, it just happened during our stay and my 70yo mother in law had to climb 10 flight of stairs. Yes, we did it but I would have preferred to be informed beforehand and being given the choice to stay elsewhere if that was the case. There were dirty glasses and dirty cutlery setup on the dining table: not important but shows lack of strict supervision and checks The intercom in the flat was not working: this helps to open the front door on the ground floor. This would have been great help with the lift not working. One of the bedside lamp was full of dust and not working: again, lack of strict checks. The extractor fans in the bathrooms were not functioning correctly: it didn't affect us but in the long term helps with the moisture in the flat.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped for one or two people. Very good location. Good price. Towels, soaps provided.

It is not clear before you book that this apartment requires a £100 holding charge deposit on a credit card in addition to charging you for . This must be paid on the phone or at their office. I have never had that before and there was no online link to pay this. Got my deposit back, but this very odd. Ad mentions a breakfast and 24/7 front desk - this is untrue and there is no front desk. You can also get into the main building without a key as the door does not lock properly. Stained sofa. Finally the door in the kitchen to outside was permanently locked, so the door could not be properly closed. Very difficult to find the door as poorly signposted and poor instructions for entry. No parking available

The accommodation was clean and tidy upon arrival, and nicely dressed with a full 4 piece dining set on the table. Each room had a TV as did the living room. One room had a wet room shower en suite. The beds were a good size.

The lift was out of order on day two, but fixed by day 3

Het was heel netjes en 'clean'. De tafel was gedekt, dat was wel grappig bedacht - een beetje alsof je een restaurant binnenkomt. Het appartement was verder niet heel ' persoonlijk' qua sfeer. In 1 flat zitten zo 100 dezelfde appartementen. Maar dus wel heel netjes en fris allemaal. En je kunt vlakbij langs de kade wandelen en hardlopen. En ook vlakbij zitten restaurantjes. En je bent ook zo bij de bus naar de rest van de stad. En het uitgaanscentrum is eigenlijk ook maar 15 minuutjes wandelen. En de auto parkeren was ook makkelijk in de buurt. Dus fijne uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken van Liverpool! Verder in het appartement 1 badkamer en nog een extra douche-cabine met sanitair.

Its not a sofa bed its a click down very uncomfortable plus it was dirty and the floor was dusty the culterywas dirty only thing clean was the beds I had to buy bleach for the toilets dishwasher tablets to clean all the pots and pans dishes cups windows had greasy finger marks I should have taken pics but because I had my grandson we just came back to generally sleep there lets just say Always read the reviews properly I usually do I wont be staying there again .Just gutted as it wasnt cheap and disapointing for my Grandson and Daughter they should have someone going around to inspect the cleaniness of the Apartments Shame as I say in a good location but do scout around for cheaper Carparks !!! If you do risk staying there !!!!

la struttura aveva infissi guasti, con gravi problemi acustici. la mia richiesta di intervento, non è mai stata evasa. Inoltre dal multipiano di fronte si vedeva totalmente in casa ( nessuna privacy)

It had not been cleaned properly and there was a cigarette end on the floor, food spillage in the microwave, unknown drips on front of the TV. Toilets had not been bleached. Floor not swept or mopped.

There were only 4 beds when we arrived and it took us hours of chasing, making phone calls and messaging to get it sorted. Eventually at 10.30pm (with 3 children with us!) we were moved apartments to move us to a 5 bed apartment (which we had booked!). Radio silence when they don’t have an answer or they don’t want to speak to you!

Couldnt get into apartment until after 4 ,then to be told lifts not working ,and late entry was due to the staff doing 6 floors without a lift Lift !!!!! And ground floor is 4 flights of stairs up,staff took my walker up stairs ,god send,bedding fresh towels fresh ,mattress stained ,no portector on bed ,quilt and pillows cheap ,and my relatives window was NAILED shut building 14 room 4

Location was good for Albert Docks and easy walk to Liverpool One and bus station. Apartment had everything advertised and everything you need. It was comfortable and clean.

Was advertised as having parking (a key reason I chose it over others) but there was no parking and I was given a 20% discount on parking nearby.

Very dirty, sick stains on mattress, difficult to negotiate bath/shower, no handles. Wet room was a joke and with a very high step again very difficult to negotiate and no handles also too small, water was going in sink not on the person showering. Lift wasn’t working so for my mother who has mobility issues the whole thing was a disaster.

There was not enough mirrors in the Apartment, only mirror was in the main bathroom. Could have done with a Full length mirror. Sofa bed was not comfortable - would have been better with a proper sofa that the bed comes out off, as the one in Apt was not comfortable due to mechanism in the middle

The aprtments them selves are great , but where do i start with the cleaning , first apartment crumbs everywhere blinds threw on the floor rubbish on floor and to top it off smashed glass just brushed into the cornor ! Got moved and the cleaning in that one was just the same but thankfully no glass i think the cleaners may wear blindfolds . The noise from all the other people there was the worst ive had police called , fighting off their heads on drugs shouting all night they are more like party apartments not suitble for a family . Then had to wait over a hour with a baby in the car to get depoisit back as they needed to check it shame they dont check it before you go in them . Then was told the manager would ring me back on monday yet im still waiting .

Staff not helpfull, their wbatsapp line response comes after 3 hours. I called their line, they are asking 100 pound deposit to give access code.

2 good sized rooms, excellent location just out of the city centre. Excellent communication from company and rectified issues with WiFi promptly.

Apartment is tired and this gives it the impression of being grubby which is a shame because it was actually very clean. It is not an aparthotel, it is an apartment in a residential block. There is no reception and all contact through WhatsApp app. Nowhere to leave bags for early/late check in or out. Blinds in kitchen were broken and toilets were both very high for short legs.

Accommodation was very dirty, all the blinds kept falling off the windows, the cold water didn't work in one of the showers, noise was terrible from other apartments.

It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The small bathroom was a wet room which is really handy for you if you can’t get into the bath.. it was very close to all the sights

Needs a mirror in the bedroom so you can dry your hair and maybe a coffee table in front of the sofa

This was a self catering apartment. It was clean tidy with good facilities

It's been a long time since I've slept in a bed with pillows that aren't covered for allergies etc. This I would have thought was standard as a precaution for the guest and the company

Heavy staining on the carpets, and tired looking walls/decor. The sofa was in dire need of a deep clean. Only providing 2 towels each for a 3 night stay (I needed to use one to dry the floor in the en-suite after each shower as it was more of an all in one wet room) and when I requested another was told there was a charge of £5 per towel. Could do with a few extras like tea towels, dustpan and brush. Also had a strong smell of weed throughout

It’s not that we didn’t like it as had everything we needed but my daughters thought maybe a long length mirror would be hand to see full outfits😊

I had booked a 2 bed apartment in the dock area I ended up in a hotel room which was next to bars - not what I booked Mattress was uncomfortable and lumpy Toilets in lobby were out of order Noisy guests coming in at 3am - talking / laughing / loud TV Not impressed

Great location. Hair dryer, ironing board, basic cooking facilities supplied which was great.

The lift wasn't working and some of the cutlery in the drawer was dirty and I had to re-wash it. Otherwise the apartment was clean. Air con would have been good but I realise this isn't needed for most of the year. It was very hot. It was great that a fan was supplied though!

It’s central location

The bed - worst mattress I’ve ever slept on! Suggest it needed replacing several years ago! The decor - all needs a fresh coat of paint. Especially the kitchen and bedroom.

The whole place was filthy, spew stains on carpets, blood on sofa, stains all over the walls. The whole apartment stunk of sewage. They refused to even try provide a refund, put me in another apartment that was as bad. Horrific experience. Avoid at all costs.

The location was easy access to work.

On arrival, the property was not clean, and the lift was not working. I reported the cleanliness issue to the property management, and they assured me they would send someone to clean it. However, despite me being out of the property for a period of time to allow access, no one attended. Overall, the lack of cleanliness on arrival and the failure to resolve the issue during my stay made for a disappointing experience.

The price was good to what was offered.

I requested a second fan upon my arrival due to the intense heat, I was told there was one per apartment and then arrived to receive no fan at all. With customer service being almost non existent, taking ⅔ of my stay to resolve with promises of rectification upon the next day this was false and required 3 follows ups to resolve. Leaving the house like a greenhouse for 2 of the 3 days I stayed with ventilation only being possible by opening all windows. None of which came with keys to lock so they were all unlocked.

The location was amazing as it is close to the ACC Liverpool experience campus (conference venue). It is located at the Albert Dock which was amazing too.

The lift doesn't work and the property is on the second floor, so we had to use the stairs up and down multiple times in a day. We had to pay security deposit of 100 pound before getting information to check in, which I only noticed few days before check-in and I cannot cancel anymore at that point. The option was to give my credit card details including security code to do it over the phone, or to go to the office in person. I chose to do it in person for confidential reason so it is quite a detour from a smooth check-in.

The apartment was really comfortable,clean and spacious and the location is amazing easy access to the city center.

I didn’t like the fact that the elevator was out of order at the time of my visit was really quiet a bit of a stress using the stairs to the fifth floor and I was assured they were working on it and will get it fixed soon. It was just a coincidence maintenance issue during visit.

Did not stay as was refused access until paid a security deposit over the phone. This was not made clear at time of booking and seemed suspect.

Great apartment, clean, spacious, well equipped, great views. Lift to upper floors. Comfortable beds. Location is good for Albert Dock, Arena and short walk into city or Pierhead. It was mostly quiet and loved the large windows.

It got really hot in the hot weather so may need air-conditioning for summer but the windows open and it was high up so got breezes.

Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed

The sofa /bed in the apartment had seen better days. It was very uncomfortable, the springs were sticking in you when you sat on it. This let the apartment down & needs replacing ASAP.

Called to find out how to find the property & collect keys- was told to travel to an address at a different postcode & called ‘boutique 56’ which was very confusing. Found out this was actually the office away from property. Called again to clarify and it’s because they wanted a holding fee of £150 (more than booking total) before collecting keys which was not mentioned in booking description! They said it wasn’t mentioned as some people pay in advance but I’ve never had this with booking.com. Paid over the phone as didn’t have a choice and then was given code to get keys. Property door has a different company name on. That company is round the corner & have no clue how to assist. Sofa very unstable. Also, I find it weird being asked to submit a review before my holding fee is refunded! - Also - we were lucky! Two girls checked in after us, they had paid deposit & received code for lockbox to find no keys in there and were unable to contact the office at that time of the day.

Some of the supplies were inadequate for a 6 night stay. No Air conditioning during the Liverpool heatwaves. Although a standing fan was provided.

Well, first of all, the the bathroom flush wasn't working properly and will need to push really hard and multiple times to get water running, but this wasn't a major disappointment. The apartment on Booking.com comes under Air conditioned filter but it doesn't come with AC, this might be confusing. There was only one fan and the staff failed to provide another one when requested. Customer service responds to whatsapp message but not to calls so try not to call. I guess if not for the fan thing, I would have been very satisfied as it is a good value for money

Kitchen very basic accessories - no tea towel, no coffee maker or equivalent. One of the beds I falling to pieces. 2 of the tvs don’t connect to the internet and so not usable as no aerial connection either. One of the windows doesn’t work and given the extreme heat and floor to ceiling windows the flat was unbearably hot - I don’t sleep. One of the blinds was broken and non of the blinds fully cover the windows so the bedrooms are not dark

The flat was so dirty that I felt my shoes glueing to the floor in the kitchen. Kitchen was disgustingly, I was disgusted to seat. Toilet bowl dirty. I asked to be moved immediately. It took them a while. Booking.com customer services are useless. Next flat better but kitchen not up for standards, no cutters, no washing liquid. I would not stay again unless people don’t care about somewhere being dirty. For the price it’s ok but still u would want a clean place

Avoid anything by Happy days these people are not to be trusted at all. They changed our booking at the very last minute to a substandard property with blocked sinks, dirty furniture and in an extremely old and mouldy smelling building with open drug use going around the building. Moreover, they forced is into paying a security deposit after leaving us to stand out in the rain when we asked them to show us the new property first before we agreed to anything which they didn't comply to and made us pay the deposit before we could even enter. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and the manager had reportedly taken off from work and when we contacted booking.com heagically appeared to provide us answers to our queries. These people will up sell you and leave you stranded or with a substandard place to stay. Don't fall for there gimmicks and don't book anything from them if you want to enjoy your stay rather than making it a stressful and regretful decision of yours

Loved the area down at the Docks but definitely not what wee expected off the side views car parks everywhere.

It really is a lovely place but! need to pay more attention to the cleaning things, The kitchen area was definitely not clean . Bed mattresses both are very badly stained Floors dirty definitely had not! been brushed. The bed pillow was ridiculously thin as well,window blind dirty as well ,sorry but the list goes on. 🫣 We had no hot water for the two days we were there and had to stay in for them to come as well. So sorry to say it was a very stressful time . This was supposed to be a stressful time away with my husband as he has been ill .🫣 Sad really it's a lovely place but definitely not the right location You really need to explain better in your advertising that you're surrounded with car parks definitely no views . Sorry to go on but you did ask and I have been truthful with every word. Just to let you know I work in this industry as we'll and do know what people expect. Thank you .

It was a short walk to the Royal Albert Docks and Liverpool centre. It was quiet.

The communal areas were littered with dropped food and the view was of a car park.

It was hot and the fan was not enough to cool the temperature down. If you can look at air conditioning options that would be lovely. Also there was a coffee machine with no pods. The sofa in the living room has stains on it and it should be deep cleaned or changed.

TVs (3) were not tuned in. Promised a walk-in shower which was not available.
