Sevenstay Apartments Fleet Street

We really enjoyed our stay at Sevenstay Apartments. The location was very convenient and close to everything we wanted to visit in Liverpool. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and suitable for our family. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time there.

There were only a few minor things that could be improved, but nothing that seriously affected our stay.

Very satisfied with the stay. The apartment was in good nick and was safe, easily accessible and convenient. Shower was lovely and the layout of the property was nice.

The bed was quite low which was hard for a tall couple. The apartment wasn’t clean upon arrival upon personal opinion but we really liked it overall

Perfect location, although if you’re not there for partying it can be a bit noisy into the early hours. Easy to get in and out of the building while still remaining very secure. Lovely, clean room. Staff were brilliant, very friendly, fan provided for the room on request (it was during heatwave), as was an iron.

No remote for the tv, which would have been good for music etc while getting ready for the evening or watching news over a morning coffee Small irritation as I don’t routinely check emails, and the messages didn’t appear properly on the booking.com app, but I feel the need for uploading official ID for each person prior to staying was unnecessary, could be done at the desk on arrival as is done at hotels

The location is good and very central, but the area can be quite noisy. The windows are well insulated, though, so you don’t hear the music too loudly in the bedroom. Unfortunately, you can hear almost everything happening in the hallway. We stayed on a Saturday night, and someone had forgotten their room key, so there were people shouting and knocking on neighbouring doors throughout the night, which was quite disturbing. We were also asked to provide either a non-refundable £25 security fee or a refundable £150 deposit. We found this quite excessive and unnecessary. We understand that people come to this area to drink and party, but treating every guest as a potential cause of damage feels a bit excessive and does not create the best first impression.

Perfect location for us on a night out. Clean, modern, staff really friendly.

Would not suit families at all lots of younger people reminded me a bit of university halls music blasting. There is a nightclub over the road which is open until 6am so if you want an early night don’t stay here. We got in at 4am so was fine!

Clean, easy to find, location

Very hot in the room, spoke to lots of other people staying in apartments all said the same. Spoke to gentleman on the desk to see if I could get a fan as we couldn’t sleep, he said there’s a queue of people waiting for a fan, he said he’d as the manager but I never heard anymore

Excellent central location, a good sized apartment, good shower and facoilities. Suited us perfectly for a on night stay in the heart of the city

Nothing we didn't like, but as a forewarning, it is in the centre of all the bars and night venues, so noise is quite loud through until the early hours. But to be fair, we were out in that anyway !

La posizione è molto centrale, nel cuore della movida di Liverpool. Se si tengono le finestre aperte, la notte del weekend è rumoroso, ma con le finestre chiuse è silenzioso. La cucina è funzionale, abbiamo sempre cenato a casa senza problemi. I letti sono comodi, ottima doccia, buon armadio, tutto è pulito, le comunicazioni sono perfette, rispondono subito.

Il wifi al sesto piano funziona poco.

Prime location and nice and clean good shower lovely staff

Mattress on both beds very uncomfortable. Sink in bathroom had no hot water flow and the sink emptied very slowly.

Not even during a heatwave and the heat in the flat was unbearable. The room was so warm we didn’t get any sleep and there was no fan in the room, and the window only opened a crack. The outside temperature was only around 24 degrees so I would recommend not staying here if the weather is even remotely warm.

The lovely receptionist who let us in and supplied us with door codes was very helpful.

The noise from the nightclub was overpowering when the window was open. Close the window and no problem with the noise. However, it was very, very hot and the room didn’t have aircon.

Great apartment, clean, plenty of space, good facilities, everything needed. Centrally located and very easy access to stations, restaurants and things to do.

No fans (did ask) so was incredibly hot with the current weather. Great location but also means a bar outside and very noisy till that closes. Fine after that.

Good location, tidy room. Where we were situated was directly across from a night club that didn’t shut until 6am and barely got any sleep. However, good value for money if you’re going for the party scene.

No air con. It was quite warm.But to be fair we did not check to see of they had fans. No oven, not much space counter or storage space if you need self catering for long stay but it’s doable.

La deco, La position géographique, tout peut se faire à pied depuis l’appartement et c’est génial.

Les équipements sont beaux et l’appartement est agréable visuellement, mais malheureusement notre séjour a été marqué par plusieurs problèmes. À notre arrivée, le lit était cassé et plusieurs lattes étaient manquantes. Le ménage prévu pendant le séjour n’a pas été effectué et les serviettes n’ont pas été changées avant que je ne fasse moi-même une réclamation. Les consignes données aux voyageurs mériteraient également d’être plus claires. Autre déception : un colis que j’attendais a été refusé à la réception en mon absence. Mais le principal point noir reste le bruit. Notre appartement donnait directement sur deux bars/boîtes de nuit. La musique était extrêmement forte et se poursuivait jusqu’à 6 h du matin, rendant le sommeil quasiment impossible. Contrairement à ce que j’avais pu lire dans certains avis, l’insonorisation est très insuffisante et ne permet absolument pas de se protéger du bruit extérieur. C’est vraiment dommage car l’appartement et ses équipements ont du potentiel, mais ces différents problèmes, et surtout les nuisances sonores nocturnes, ont fortement dégradé notre séjour.

Tenere in considerazione il rumore della movida il sabato sera vista la vicinanza di molti locali (problema prevedibile vista la collocazione centrale della struttura e comunquue non riscontrato nelle altre sere della settimana)

The property was secure

The location was in the heart of nightclub land with the booming beat continuing until after 5am. No soundproofing to counter this, so little sleep. The apartment also was one room, no dividing doors, so two beds but one room! The beds were awful, the worst I’ve slept in - no comfort!

Stayed in the heatwave and it was stifling without any form of cooling. Had to sleep with the window open, right above All Bar One. However it was circumstantial due to the weather.

Dotazione bagno(bodyshower-shampoo) minima sufficiente per una sola notte.Locale sotto casa molto rumoroso ma con finestra chiusa non si sente.

The apartment is just above the pub, I was not particularly thrilled about this aspect, also there was too much paperwork to fill before getting the key, this is the minus

Good location and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was super hot in the room and not a lot of air flow, a fan would be nice in the rooms in the hot weather.

A very clean apartment

Property was clean tidy and in a good location.

The apartments location was great - everything you’d need within less than 5min walk. The apartment was spacious

Unfortunately the only window on the apartment opened on to two beer gardens - not SevenStays fault but the apartment became extremely hot and stuffy if the window was closed and extremely noisy until the bars closed somewhere between 3-4am! making it impossible to sleep with the window open! Airconditioning would have made sleep possible with the window closed to block out the noise! The mattress seemed quite old with springs pushing into your body - we placed a doona under the bottom sheet to make it more comfortable which helped a luttle

The apartment is on the street with 4 clubs, we couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise. Also, the clubs closes at 06:00 am so if you have kids or are not into parties I don’t recommend staying here!

Location is central to all of Liverpool

£150 deposit for an aparthotel that had many flaws: scratched furniture, stained cushions, broken blinds. It makes you nervous you will be blamed and will lose your deposit. There is some expectation when the place says it will have kitchen facilities, tea and coffee and soaps, etc, that it would provide a bear minimum, 1 cup per day, some dairy, salt, pepper. It didn’t. Some empty containers left under the desk, a dirty pan and bowl; mould around shower base, dirty grout… Very small space to enter shower cubicle and no where in the shower to place bottles and soaps except on the floor. The heat! There should be some ventilation—a shower fan, windows that safely open more than a few cms, tower fans that cool…

The location was great.

The space is very clean, and the bed is comfortable! Security at the location is excellent, making it very safe. While not a negative issue, adding more air conditioning during the heatwave could improve comfort, but overall, everything is good.

We loved the entire stay; there was nothing not to like.

I could not gain access

Unable to access the property. Had difficulty filling in appropriate forms and unable to get hold of the 24/7 support number. Eventually spoke to someone to explain the issues with the online forms to which they were no help. Abandoned our spontaneous plans and got transport home. They had taken payment from my bank despite not being able to access property. No code was sent for the door. Company refuses to refund me and booking.com was no help as mediator. £70 down and couldn’t even get in the place. Disgusted with their customer service.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable it was in a great location, on the centre of Liverpool.

Could have done with more mirrors. Other than that, perfect.

Piso amplio, muy limpio y realmente céntrico. La cocina funciona bien. El staff fue agradable y atento.

Está ubicado en.una zona con muchos pub que tienen musica alta hasta la 1 o así de la noche. El mueble donde está ubicada la nevera desprendía un olor fuerte a humedad. El colchón de la cama era muy blando.

Everything! The staff were helpful and friendly beyond belief. Fantastic location right in the beating heart of Liverpool city centre, Q carpark on the nxt block and everything you would ever need, for a carefree week or weekend, this place and area. Lifts to the rooms are available and the room are clean and fresh, Fans were provided during the hot spell we had. I wouldn't have any problems in the future booking up with Seven Stay, 11 out of 10.

What i don't like are ppl who write on seven stay web site saying its noisy and loud music being played right through till silly o'clock, listen up guys, the hotel is in the heart of club and pub land, get with, don't book, if this offends you, but im telling you now, you're missing out. So what are you waiting for, book up and have some fun, its all on your doorstep.

Everything about the booking, would never advice anyone too book this place! Took a £150 deposit away from us because their was a little sauce on the floor that needed "deep cleaning". Shocking stay

Tried to pay the required £150 refundable deposit during check‑in, but the person at reception told us the £150 option was not available and that we had to pay a £25 non‑refundable deposit instead. We unwillingly paid the £25 as it was a very busy check‑in time with long queues. I have booked properties through Booking.com for years and always leave accommodations in perfect condition. How a deposit can be non‑refundable after the stay was fully paid in advance and the property left exactly as required is something I cannot understand.

The apartment was very very hot due to the heatwave. Can’t control the weather but because of it, we had to have the windows open and there is a bar with a beer garden just metres away playing loud music until the early hours. I packed up my stuff and left at 5:30am as I couldn’t stand the heat any longer. Could really do with aircon in the rooms

I paid for one night i left our bags at the reception area at 11.30 and went back at 7 to get the key. We were told we had to pay another £250 . We got the train back to Penrith i lost £96 70 i am a pensioner it is a lot of money to me very disappointed I paid on my card can you help?

Sofa bed wasn’t most comfortable but fine for 2 night stay! And music from club over road was loud but not the fault of the property itself and still able to sleep.

Lift was not working and room was on the 5th floor. Rubbish left in the passageway. Bed mattress had collapsed. Very uncomfortable.

It's an easy walk to all the main attractions you want to see in Liverpool plus the staff were very responsive if you have any concerns about the property.

It's not the fault of the property but it's right in front of a nightclub so if you're travelling with kids or elderly people or you're someone who's sensitive to noises, expect that you won't get a proper sleep at night cos of the loud music/noise. Also, In a sunny day, the room can get really hot but they did provide an electric fan upon request.

チェックイン方式がブッキングコムに伝えてあるとのことだったが同社からは連絡なし。事前に🆔の写真をメールで送る様指示があったがブッキングコムからは送らない様に連絡があり当日迄そのままにしたら自動入館システムに対応出来ず慌てて🆔を送付、さらにトラブル時のデポジットを追加請求され支払い後ようやく入館コードと部屋番号が送られて来た。

Solid clean rooms, good Location for Nightlife

No staff, never saw a staff member, only cleaners place was dirty, floor boards were slipping and sliding. Minimal very basic kitchen items, ie- no knife to prepare food.

It was perfect for our 3 night stay, me my partner and 3 year old son were delighted with the stay overall.

Window didn't close fully so was a little noisy by night but didn't make much difference

The bed is incredibly uncomfortable. Opted for the sofa instead. Late check out unavailable. No iron or ironing board despite stating it has it. Staff could not find my booking on site and had to contact customer service to get my lock box code. Staff were unhelpful on all questions and didn’t even try to assist on some occasions. The staff when I couldn’t get access said “are you sure you booked?” And then walked out the front door to have a cigarette.

The location was great despite located in night clubs area due to its proximity to Liverpool One and the Royal Albert Dock.

First of all the mattress was the worst ever one I had slept in a hotel. It was so tiny that I could felt all the strings of it. I had a back pain and never slept properly and comfortably. It was like a student accommodation or hostel style bed. Secondly, the shower base was so slippery when taking shower and it would be very dangerous if someone slip and fall. There was non slippery mat on the ground. There was also no handle in the shower area and seperated with a big glass from the toilet area. Any accident could have serious consequences. It should have been taken care of by the management. There is also security deposit which had not been mentioned when booking and you could only know after booking by an email from the management. They want to charge you 25 pounds nonrefundable or 125 pounds refundable after booking and paying the amount which is a bit odd. When asked they told me that we mentioned about it on the photos of the property and there are 177 photos. As if they are expecting us to check hundreds of photos to find out. Anyway, overall except the location I would not recommend it and will not stay there again unless they improve a/m conditions.

The property itself was great. It was in the wrong location.

The fact that it was next to a nightclub that was open till 4am. I know. I was in there. Thumping music till that time. Realised I wouldn’t get any sleep so went there. I stayed in Liverpool for business reasons. Shouldn’t be allowed to be a hotel. In addition to health and safety issues. The windows that didn’t properly close on stairwells. The roaming fire extinguishers propping open fire doors.

It was comfortable and in a good location.

The place was way too noisy. We couldn't sleep till 4am because of the loud music all around. It was quite terrible. And there was no one to talk to at reception most of the time.
