Very convenient location. Staff were kind and courteous, Santosh especially took a lot of troubles to make our stay comfortable. Clean property.

Not a criticism but the morning food/beverages ordering time could be made from slightly earlier.

Well located. You can get to popular eating places fairly easily. Santosh was super kind and very helpful with everything. The bathroom had good hot water and was clean. The room and extra bed was very comfortable too!

The balcony didn’t have any chairs and could have been cleaned better.

Hospitality and response rendered by Mr. Santhosh are excellent. Inspite of calling any time and any number of times, he always responded kindly and politely. His prime intention seems to make the guest feel comfortable and cool. Ordered south indian dishes for breakfast and north Indian items for dinner, which are very nice. Room service was excellent. Outside food is also allowed to be ordered through Zomato.

Water supply stopped. Already we got ready and so we were not affected. Also, when we informed this, water supply resumed. The water tanks may be installed with automatic water level controller.

One word - absolutely amazing. The room was huge and spacious and worth every penny. The staff were so polite and helpful. Definitely looking forward to staying again ^_^

Stayed for 3 nights with family. I had booked the Superior King Suite. Just loved every step, right from booking experience till check out. I must say these guys gave us the best hospitality possible. The property is very well maintained, clean and hygienic. Pretty close to many tourist places. Their humility and humanity was what touched my heart. Very rare to come across such graceful people, both owner and care taker. I would recommend anyone visiting Guwahati to just come and experience this place.

Shower was hard to change temperature, so sometimes ended up too hot.

We were helped by the Sid at the front desk very much - he gave good information about Guwahati and made our stay comfortable We recommend. Safe and nice.

I got upgraded to the superior king room, mainly due to my room not being ready and the niceness of the host. Overall an okay stay, the suite is very big and can host a family pretty easily. I didn't use the kitchen at all but it looked usable. The bed was comfortable and the geyser worked well. The mesh in the bathroom to avoid stepping on wet ground is a great addition.

There was only a bed cover (with a hole in it) and no bed sheets. It also had a blanket. The host was nice enough to provide them for me and added an extra blanket. The windows in the room aren't really straight and it made the room quite noisy. Cold air was also getting in the room. Not a bad stay overall and probably a very good place for guwahati. But still lacking a bit of comfort for the price.

It was a pleasant experience. The room, the facilities were all good and it was worth the money. The staff and the host were really good too. Went with family and they liked it as well.

Well there isn't anything not to like. The only thing that might be a problem for senior or differently abled people are the stairs. There are no lifts. That's all.

There is no dressing mirror in the bedroom. The pillows, even after replacement were hard and uncomfortable. The guest house has been incorporated after duly modifying an old house. Room service was just ordinary. Food options are limited.

The behaviour of the owner was the standout who helped us all the way to ensure we get rooms prior to checkin time which ensured our itinerary was not impacted. Rooms are superb considering the price and location is nice as well.

The rooms were well organised and clean with all amenities.The staff, particularly Santosh made us comfortable and homely by providing us tasty home cooked food, as per our requirements All in all, it was a very comfortable stay. The property is highly recommended
