N3 Opera Residence

Full function apartment right in the centre. Feels like home. Love that the staff is there 247.

Sehr modern eingerichtet.

The apartment was lovely, super clean with all the needed amenities. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Roomy and clean, good location

-

Flexible

Love the bigger apt. The staff is the Best. Always smiles and welcoming and helpful. Love the wash room with sink/vanity & toilet too! Big plus!!

Tub should be taken out and expand to bigger shower that has a surround. Avoiding the water mess! Bath vanity of counter space needed. Main Toilet does not have room for knees and legs properly! Kitchen needs drawers please.

We only stayed for 1 Night . the room was comfortable but very small. Facility was not very useful , The kitchenette was not really functional . Location was not easy to find .

NA

Good

Clean and great location.

So terrible experience i book 2 nites and finally i book another hotel for the 2nd nite. The hotel use some artificial perfume make the smell so strong every where, pollow, bedsheet towel etc.....may be they never wash just put chemical perfume to cover the smell

All hardware design & smell

I stayed a week. Very friendly staffs, and flexibly complete cleaning the room twice in a week of my stay as I requested, and lundry machine prepared with detergent, and Netflix and Youtube can be watched by big TV. Location is close to Le Thanh Ton area where is so called little Tokyo in Saigon, and very convinient to access to lots of restaurant, bars, convenience stores, and so. Receptionist does not speak English well, but whenever I have something to ask this appartment, I can communicate with an assistant by chat through Booking.com and responce is very quick and cooperated soon. It was very comfortable stay. I would choose this serviced apartment to stay next time as well when I travel to HCMC.

Bath tub is too close to toilet seat, so can not use it properly, but can use another one in the chamber where laundry machine is placed. Basically, that is not a problem though.

Lage und Sauberkeit

Check in was straight forward. Property was clean and the bed 'Western comfortable'.

The surroundings are not the most attractive but that's not the properties' fault.

Very close to Japanese restaurant area.

This apartment location itself is ok (very close to the city centre), but it was very hard to find it due to surrounding area atmosphere.

Spacious room with washing machine.

Toilet in the bedroom is not practical. Cannot sit on the toilet. It’s too close to Bathtub. Water shower is not hot and the area is too small. Water everywhere on the floor.

Location

This time there was no room cleaning despite confirming the date.

I highly recommend this place if you want to be right near the action, but away from the noise. Fantastic location in quiet cul de sac, but short walk to everything. I have stayed here multiple times as it is spacious, super clean and love the fact it has a bath and washing machine. Owner and staff are very accomodating also.

Clean, affordable prices

Cheap toilet tissue

Great location and very convenient apartment!

There was no knife and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking but it didn’t cause us much inconvenience.

Quiet, accessible to most places you need to see. Fast internet, spacious and decent kitchen

Nice location

Spacious and close to everything

Nothing major but please put a clothes hanger in the wardrobes closet please and extra towel.

This was the second stay in this serviced apartment. The location is great on the edge of Japan Town with lots of restaurants, izakayas and spas, but still quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You should know that the reception is not always manned, but can always be reached via WhatsApp and responds very quickly. There is 24/7 security. Since it is a serviced apartment, there is no daily cleaning, but it can be requested at any time. Great: there is a washing machine and detergent is provided.

All perfect, except the TV should be in the bedroom.

Quiet location that is at the doorstep of a very bustling japan town. Reception was very accommodating with all of my requests. Very comfortable bed aswell.

I only wish that the television was mounted opposite the bed in the bedroom.

Located in quiet area but not far from center

The property was very nice and tucked in at a death end street so pretty quiet, and walkable to everything around there.

The bathtub in the main bedroom’s bath was unnecessary they installed it so close to the toilet , you can’t really seat on the toilet hahahaha

Clean, big apartment. Nice personal. The best thing was washing machine. Good location.

It was nice to have a little apartment, quiet, decent kitchen (though minimally equipped) and nice host. Had a washing machine and a good place to dry clothes, a proper refrigerator, and it was nicely laid out.

The cleaning was...sporadic. As in, I was there two weeks and they cleaned...four times? And ONLY when I asked. And one time, BARELY. So that was a little strange.

Excellent location: quiet street but close to everythings. New and clean facilities. Bright and airy appartment with good city view. Friendly and helpful staffs. Excellent laundy with washing liquid and cloth airdrying rack. The appartment even let us check out late at 2pm without charging fee, as our flights were in the late afternoon. Very comfy bed, lots of wardrobe storage.

There has been second daily room service, but this was not bothering us much, because staffs have been very flexible and helpful whenever we needed more supplies in room. Tivi needs Netfix or Google account to connect. This again was fine with us as we mostly enjoyed the city and great facilities of the city centre, so no screen time for kids!

It’s an apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Comfortable bed. Living room with large sofa. WiFi connection was excellent.

Bathroom is rather crowded. Too small for bath tub and shower 😅. Should have separate wet/dry area.

The apartment has two rooms and feels spacious thanks to the natural lighting. Very calm end of a street and good noise isolation! We had no problems sleeping.

It was unfortunately a bit dusty and some minor mold in the shower (which is a ventilation problem and not the fault of the cleaners). The staff was very helpful and did some additional cleaning but it was still dusty in the corners afterwards.

Everything is perfect. Total comfort.

Location - central but quiet. Very comfortable beds

The bathroom in the larger apartment was very crowded and almost impossible to use.

Modern studio in quite street of downtown Saigon

No social interactions

Location, space and facilities were all very nice.

It could be a bit more clean. Dusty, crumbs and hairs from previous guests were to be found in many places. So a bit more eye for detail would be great.

Very convenient.Close to central district 1, walk to some common places within 10-15 minutes. Free motorbike parking in basement, washer and dryer in room with liquid detergent available. Receptionist works day time but security work 24/7.

Modern, ckean, good quality bedding and supplies. Helpful staff. Close to centre of D1, but quiet.

- construction work nearby, but this seems nearly complete.

The apartment is brand new and well decorated. There was everything we could need, including washing machine detergent. The location is very good, close to the Opera house. There's a vigilant 24/7 so you can enter the apartment or check in off hours

On the second day, there was no hot water, but it must have been an isolated issue. There was no towel for hair drying.
